What I asked for and what I got. Not particularly happy with the result, didn’t bother to ask for things to be fixed because I didn’t consider it to be in their skill set if they couldn’t see the flaws they had. I trusted the process because they look good at first, my nail tech began to get sloppy when they got to line work and packed on a bunch of polish causing it too lose its shape; now it’s bulk, not smooth and uneven from the side/ top look. Not only that, but everyone was extremely rough when prepping and removing cuticles, I too like many others in the reviews now have cuts and pain around the cuticles of both my hands and toes. I am leaving the review because I enjoyed the people there and hope they can make improvements

I dont think the overall quality of the nails were worth what i paid. i really appreciated the nail tech and her trying to replicate some nails i saw on ig but it wasnt worth it imo. i paid $70 for gel nails. i noticed there were tiny air bubbles in my nails and when i brought it to the techs attention she assured me that theyd go away with filing but they didnt. i think they cheaped out on the nails as the pink parts are really see through and not like the picture i showed. ive gotten better nails for $50 which is how much i think these nails were worth. i think the color and the design are cute which is the only thing i liked. the shape i showed was square but they cut it like coffin. its been about a week and there is a little lifting in one of my nails. the first pic i took right after i got em done and the next right now.

It’s a super popular nail salon in Glendale. Don’t forget to call and book before you go.It’s a Vietnamese owned spot but with many Cantonese staffs. I enjoyed my time with Rose.Bring cash!

I went in and the got to work right away. They did a phenomenal job. My nails look so good right now. These are my real nails with gel. They did a great job for only using polish!

I got a gel pedicure from Jesse and a regular manicure from Penny. The business was very clean, had safe distancing between stations, and disinfected between customers. Both women were very friendly and took their time. I enjoyed my services very much and will go back to them.

Green nails chipped and peeling- July, 6 days after . Red nails chipped and peeling - make good on July, but again 6 days later and a mess. Going elsewhere. Honestly, I think old product on shelves. Luck of the draw when you choose colors.

Ugh.... I’m so mad I’m never coming here again. The guy rushed my entire manicure. He skipped the “manicure” part of the whole thing. I got dip powder and he made it WAY to thick. When he filed my nails he made them crooked and short. He cut me a few times. Terrible service. The place was not even that busy. I never write reviews so that says a lot.

They never disappoint me. I mean yes they get busy but what good nail salon does not. Every one is nice and professional. Highly recommend

Place is clean and beautiful. Im very pleased with my nails, i got the SNS french manicure, with an accent nail in each hand. The reason i took out one star is because the lady doing my nails was very rough when she was buffing them at the end. But other than that, is a very good and affordable place.

This is the best nail salon in Los Angeles. They take their time and extreme care. My nails are always flawless and my gel manicure always lasts at least a month so I dont have to come in as often. Prices are going rate and the salon is clean and bright. Ive had several different techs and Ive been thrilled with the results each time.

I literally visited this place every month for a year. At the beginning, my acrylic nails looked great! Very stylish. I was getting the most innovative designs! But I noticed that as beautiful as my nails looked, they were not lasting for a reasonable amount of time. So I had to go over and over again, sometimes in less than 2 weeks. The staff does your nails very fast, because they are not interested in your satisfaction as a customer. They just want business, business, business. Money, money, money. That’s all they care about. Besides my nails not lasting enough, I used to pay $145.00 or more for a pedicure and a manicure. Way too much!!! Don’t go to this nail shop, unless you want to throw your money away and feel ripped off! Don’t let the nice looks of this place give you the wrong impression.

This place is amazing!! The lotion smells so good, they give you a hot towel, and really fast service! They have a candy bowl, and really nice workers! The only thing that bothers me is sometimes they cut you and the lady who was working for me was not a pro nor was she bad at it she did leave oil on my hands which is making my phone greasy and oily. But other than that it’s awesome 👏🏻 they also play music.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go back there and I don’t recommend this nails salon. I took an appointment with david and arrived two minutes late . He said he could not do my nails anymore because it was too late . They put me somebody else instead and he was aggressing my nails. When I ask him to put the liquid remover he was mad and he left . A girl came to put the liquid remover and disappear. I was waiting there for almost two hours and nobody came to do my nails . They were all over they cell phone and nobody cared. I decided to go to another place and I will never go back there again . THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!! This is how they left my nails 👇🏽. Very disappointed.

I would like to come in once again if possible tomorrow and re-eval your place as giving brand new look to my last experience.

I really love this place, always ask for Rose. She is super fast, clean and professional..she takes care of my wax and my pedicure..I dont feel any pain in my full leg wax...and love the massage chair during pedicure...will go there for all my needs...

Happy about initial service, nails by Cathy were done beautifully. 3 days later the gel started chipping off of my thumb. They refused to fix just one nail because they only fix nails up to two days even though you pay for gel to last 2-3 weeks! I gave a $10 tip! I was hoping they would take care of their clients a little better but obviously thats not the case. One star for customer service!

We booked a manicure appointment for 7PM on a Wednesday. Showed up a few minutes early and were seated a little after 7. We waited for 30 minutes and no one had come over to do the manicure, so we got up and left. We wont be returning.There was also a really mean lady who kept giving me the death stare for no reason. Not sure who peed in her coffee but it wasnt a very relaxing atmosphere to say the least.

Went there on my vacation to get a full and repair. The gal argued with me about how I wanted my nails. I get silk done. (Short coffin, Ive had them like this for over 6 months) then had me pick out colors and then just shook her head at me when I pointed at one. My nails arent completely painted. And after 3 days I already had two break would not recommend

I always get my nails done by Jin. She is a true professional and never rushes - always takes her time and makes certain I am 100% satisfied. I get the SNS nails. They make my nails strong and they grow very quickly. Highly recommended

I called there twice to acquire about their prices for a gel manicure and pedicure and both times a guy told me it was $45. So I said to myself that it was a good price let me go there and so I went, when it came time to pay I gave the lady that was doing my nails $60 and I asked her for my change she told me there was no change because that was the price for the job. I went to the cashier and ask what was going on and told them I had just called and they told me something totally different, of course the cashier just quoted the price again to me told me it was $60 instead of $45 like I was told over the phone. So nothing was resolved and I left out of their establishment very unpleased with their services. I will not be coming back.

Decided to get my nails done last minute while I was in the area. My french mani and pedi turned put really cute. The prices were a little high.

The worst manicure Ive ever done! My nails were turned into paper, because the old coating was very aggressively removed, now I will have to restore the nail plate for several months! For this mockery, I paid $ 70. As a result, the nails looked awful, crooked and with knolls. I do not recommend this salon!

Definitely not going back ever. I went to get a full set by a lady which I forgot her name the shape was good except she put too much acrylic n the nails looks uneven on the side, she was rushing since she had an appointment coming up she left me n then came back to finish her work. After two weeks I came back for a full with David the small guy he made my nails look worse I asked him to cut them and they were uneven from the cut and he didnt take the time to see how my nails look n see the other persons mistake to make them look better. He put a new nail on my pinky nail and the nail he chose was totally different from the other nails shape... I asked him if he could fix it because it doesnt look like the rest. He had chosen a nail that looked thinner from the top n my other nails were just square. He replied he wanted to make it look natural I really dont get why he would do that if the rest look different. In reality he just put the first one he grabbed n he fixed it by just adding acrylic n it ended up slanted... Pretty sloppy job, I talked to my friends about the experience and they also told me they experience the same thing and that they were good when they first open. Very disappointing

While I used to be a regular at this nail salon, I haven’t been there in the past several months because I have moved. I was excited to go back to this salon yesterday because I was back in the neighborhood. While I was pleased with the lovely customer service by the ladies doing my nails, I was extremely non pleased by a few things. When I had my old gel polish removed, the lady used a file drill to get it off. She accidentally hit my cuticles a few times using it and it hurt. I am used to the soak removal method. I then wanted the SNS powder for my nails with one color and then a little bit of a glitter “ombré” look on top with the SNS powder. Well, it turned into some other glitter powder that she found (which didn’t look like the one I chose initially to begin with). It didn’t look good so she said that she would get another glitter and made it a gel coating on top. While it wasn’t what I initially wanted or envisioned going into the process, it ended up looking nice so I just went with it. Well after the fact when it was all said and done, I was charged an additional $5 for gel removal (which I had NEVER been changed for in the past) and an additional $10 for the glitter coat on my nails. I was not told that up front. If I was, I wouldn’t have done the glitter. Plus, I never got the full manicure experience with the cutting of my cuticles, soak in water or the hand massage and I was there for over 2 hours. And yet I paid $55 for that whole “manicure” process, on top of the $22 I paid for my pedicure. So, $77 total and then by the time I added a tip it was shy of $100!!!!! And I didn’t get anything extra in my treatments. Then, the icing on the cake for me was after being a loyal customer for the couple years that I was going regularly, I had a free pedicure and (almost) free manicure to redeem from their loyalty system that I hadn’t redeemed yet. Well since that system went down, all of those visits that I had were “gone” and I had to start from scratch and never got to redeem any of my benefits. After last night, I can honestly say that I might not go back there anymore and it is a shame.

Julie and Linda do the best manicures and pedicures. My gels always last longer than anywhere else and they have great ideas for colors and decorations. Prices are reasonable and Ive hardly had to wait even though I rarely make appointments.The massage chairs always work. In addition to gels they have dip powder, regular mani pedis and a wide selection of nail art. There are more colors than you could ever dream of. They even have designer polishes like Louibutton.

I googled this place and seen great reviews but i was highly disappointed. I went for a Mani & Pedi and it did not look so good! The lady did not cut my nails evenly and i asked the lady to fix it and it actually made it worse. I will never come here again. I also had my eyebrows waxed and she pinch the tweezers too hard on my skin and i started bleeding.

I’ll never be back here . I had such a bad experience today with my SNS manicure. they are rude and the only professional and experienced one in their staff is Nina. It’s difficult to make an appointment with her so I would prefer to find another place for my nails.

Not well coordinated. Wait too time to long for service while sitting on the chair, especially on Sunday. They are always short on sundays instead of scheduling more people to work on sundays.
