I came in for a pedi with my mom and daughter yesterday and let me tell you. They don’t care at all the girl who was helping my daughter asked me something and you know with the mask covering/language barrier it’s hard to understand sometimes. And I couldn’t understand so I asked her to repeat herself. She dismissed me with a Rude** tone. But as soon as she found out I was the one paying her tone changed real quick. Then the gentleman helping me went so quick on my “Deluxe Pedicure” like I didn’t have any time to relax it was like he was having a race he went so quick. I’m pretty sure he decided to change what I requested to just the regular pedicure as I didn’t get the scrub or wax in the deluxe option.I wanted aSimple Black MATTE Gel color and I let him know at least 3 times. But that didn’t stop him from doing the regular gloss top coat. I decided if I have to keep repeating myself I’m not going to create a scene I’ll pay for the minimum service My daughter and I received. I used my debit card and then asked me if I going to to tip. I said no. These ladies had the audacity to laugh in from of us. The price matched the service is all I have to say further. Probably should find another salon. **I love to tip when it’s deserved and I never treat any type of service worker with disrespect as I was raised better than that.

They did a pretty good job and stayed open past their normal hours to get us done. Prices were a little high for that area, but just a little too high and they were great, so worth it

I only came for the massage and that was a fail. I got a pedicure $25 +$5 for callus removal. My daughter got a pedicure $12 here nails painted over all paid $20 for her but was dissapointed with the after math. I will be looking for a better salon.

Got a pedicure and waited about 30 minutes for it, then after i want to get my nails taken off and i wait again, almost an hour passes by to get nails REMOVED, i don’t think it was worth the wait, don’t get me wrong their nails are amazing but the wait is a no.

First time I came here they told me 15 minute wait I ended up waiting an hour. So don’t trust their wait times especially if you have plans.. still ended up getting my nails done. Quality is 6 out of 10 not too bad.. nails on the thinner side and acrylic wasn’t spread evenly or throughout the whole entire nail. Two days later my index finger broke went back to have them fix it, employee told me 5 minutes I ended up waiting 25 minutes before I had to ask again how long it would actually be and to stress to the employee to tell the TRUE WAIT time, she said it would be an additional 25 minutes!! All in all go to this place if you have plenty of time to spare and dont mind having average work. This nail salon should give accurate wait times to their best ability instead of lying to customers to keep them waiting. Some people have plans and if they were given true wait times they could decide to go to another nail salon and not waste there time.

Rough on the pedicure. Was getting rushed to pick a color. She was even pushing me to the nail polish area.And manicure...🤬 she took so much length off my nails that I had nothing left. I let her know I didnt like it so she called over the manager and they had to redo them for me. Never again will I go there. I wanted to find something closer to home because my preferred nail salon is on 99th and lower buckeye. Yea, Im gonna keep going there. Its worth the drive. Specially after this.

I went in because where Id usually been going didnt have any availability so I went in and I do a gel dip my nails were a mess and when she was doing them she found that they had been mixing acrylic in my gel dip to make it last longer or so that they have more product I dont know I just know they f***** up my nails and now this place made them look great they did an amazing job Ive been coming back ever since I would recommend that place to anyone

I came in and spent over $100 on a pedicure and fill in. I was there for over 3 hours for simple color (no designs, short nails) The color was lumpy and the shape was horrid. I expressed it to the girl that sits in the first chair and she apologized and told me to come back Monday (it was a Friday) I came back Monday and she said come back tomorrow. Came back today and the guy said she isn’t there so he’s going to charge me. I asked him to call her and confirm... he’s arguing with me in front of the whole store. Rude and unprofessional. So now he wants me to come back a forth time. I’m just going to dispute it with my bank and get my money back. Y’all be careful choosing these nail salons. They don’t take pride in their work at all.

Cut nails uneven. Barely lasted a week

This place is newly remodeled since the new owner has taken over and it is beautiful however the service is not. I got a pedicure today and it was very poorly done. No massage on the feet, no warm towel after said massage in the legs. He kicked me out of the chair before u could even to my pants down. I well not be back, I miss the previous owner has been going there for 15 years

Be very careful when you swipe your visa card, they charged me double, $90 instead of $47 (tip included) . very unprofessional. You cannot ignore and argue to a customer. 😡

One of the nail techs kept pulling skin and over filing and stopped when I finally yelled out. It took forever for my feet to heal. My fingers were sore from him pulling hang nails, never will go there again.

Extremely unprofessional and LIARS! Kept me waiting for over an hour and a half saying we’d be next and kept letting others go. Never going back, don’t go unless you have all day to spend waiting until they feel like calling you!!

Ive been here several times. Generally good experiences. Most of the time I have to clean around my nails after because they are done so quickly but usually a good job. The woman who did mine today is one of the owners and she had to greet everyone and get up and tell people where to go and answer the phone multiple times. I respect her hard work and Im patient so it wasnt an issue but I could see how it would be if someone was in a hurry. Anyway I recommend this place as long as you have some patience and reasonable expectations.

Okay I used to love this nail salon, but not anymore ! I paid 92 dollars for some nails that I didn’t like, not what I wanted !, I told the owner and she didn’t do anything to fix the problem!

Went here yesterday and got a gel manicure for $27.00, today I had to go back to change the color and was charged $18 dollar!!!! $18.00 for a gel color change. I was very happy with the initial manicure and was going to continue going there but after being charged $18.00 color a color change, I will not be going back.

This past weekend, I went to this convenient location to get my nails done. The place appeared to be clean. The price was reasonable however my nails did not come out as I expected.I am extremely disappointed that my fake nails had so much visible bubbles in it. At the end of my session, she walked away and another person had to advised me when to take my nails out under the UV nail lamp. Not only that, she did not tell me exactly what to do other than wash your nails... I havent had my nails done in quite awhile so I went ahead and used the nail brushes that were floating in the blue liquid... not sure if that was what I was suppose to do.After examining my nails a bit more, a couple of my nails were not covered entirely due to having the incorrect size being used for my fingernails.I will never go back to this place and definitely recommend choosing another experienced nail salon before going here.(Thank you for reading this review - I am writing reviews of everywhere I eat when I dine out, places I shop, movies I watch and much more. Love these guys! Tang is an artist...even after moving to the Happy Valley area, I still drive back to see Tang for my nails. I would t go anywhere else. Once you find Mr Right, you keep him, and Tang is my Mr Right for my nails!!!Update 6/30/21: So disappointing, but a happy ending. I went out of town ( family emergency) for several months and during this time, Perfect Nails was sold! Needless to say, I was crushed. However, Kevin did my nails and I’m happy to report he’s fabulous! Stay away from the owner though, although she does a great job, a full set of nails took 3 hours! I’m not kidding…she’s dealing with the phone calls, unhappy clients in the salon, etc., and cannot concentrate on just you. So although she’s good, it’s just way too much time for a set of nails. I don’t recall her name but she sits at the first station behind the front counter. Again she’s very good but if you’re looking to get in and out don’t see her. So my update is still a five star because I was introduced to Kevin and he does a fabulous job.

I’ve been going to perfect nails for about 2 years now. I usually get a manicure, a clean up of cuticles that’s all. This is the second time I’ve gone since the business was sold to new owners. The manicures are rushed and his last time I was my cuticles were not well cleaned . They look horrible and I have cuts from the supplies used on me. I didn’t get a massage the two times I was there . It was just horrible.

I normally love this place but lately they have new techs who talk to much loud and ghetto the owner is a very sweet and kind lady and the Original workers are awesome but the new ones are rude and half do your service I was there this past Tuesday and took 3 ladies with me the lady who provided my service kept speaking in her language and they all looked at and start laughing

I was over charged $5, I guess they decided to tip themselves although I tipped an additional $5. The services are already VERY expensive yet the experience is VERY CHEAP. Not worth the time or money. They are thieves!

I have been going to this shop for years and loved it. However, I went in today understanding I had a 4:00pm appt with Tang only to be told he was on vacation for a month which I knew could not be true. When I had called on Monday they just said he was out for the day. The truth is that the shop has been sold and it appears they are doing some great renovations but the owner is a LIAR!!! She kept saying sometime he would be back rather than stating she bought the shop and he was gone. She only doesnt understand you when she doesnt want to answer a direct question. There is NO social distancing in the shop which is another issue. The 4:00pm appt that I made had no one available to -provide services. Sadly, I am now looking for a new nail salon. I wont do business with people that are dishonest and refuse to tell the truth when multiple opportunities are given.

I took my daughter to get her nails done as a reward for the school year ending. Shes happy with her nails but the set was 25 dollars and I tipped 5 dollars, 30 dollars total. They charged my card 36 dollars after adding 6 dollars more without my permission. They will steal from you so keep your receipts.

The owner of the shop is horrible. I over paid and I asked her to look on the camera to check how much I paid she said the video no longer on there. That was just one day to the other. Plus she is always rude. Last time she took off my nails and yanked my nail off and took a big chunk off my natural nail. I don’t recommend this place. If I could I would give it zero stars.

Came here a month previous and spent $65. Came back about a week ago, got the exact same thing (even shorter regular shaped nails) and when it was time to pay I was charged $95! I was ripped off big time! I didn’t want to argue, I did let the lady know that it was expensive, but I will not be returning. Shame on you.

Been coming here for a year now. Great service and decent prices of what you get. By experience, I only get pedicures because of my job. All the technicians are great except the owner. The older lady takes the responsibility of taking care of the shop. Shell talk to you and may seem rude at first but that just her stance. Shes really nice if you try to talk to her. She works hard of getting each client served. When it gets super busy she will offer her services and still attend clients who come in. If you cant understand when she speaks,you can talk to her husband who wears a mask famously of doing fantastic nails. I often just go get my foot rub when I get my pedi. Its close by with decent prices and good service. Just bring ear phones to listen music or a book to read. I often take about an hour just for a pedicure. They often do two services at a time as well; Mani & pedicures.

Beware Bad Customer Service: arrogant owner doesnt listen or understand the customers needs and over charges.Here for a friend who was the previous owners customer for a long time. Her visit was a birthday present which ended up with Kevin *(owner) over charging ( $50) for the shortest nails Ive ever seen and when saying she wasnt happy, he told her he was calling the police. She paid/ left very upset.posted a photo, white short nails no polish, in photosOnly three had tips, she asked all tips, and for rounded square, all squared.

Ive been coming here for pedicures for over a year now because they are clean, use the disposable bags and are very friendly. Sometimes you just want to not talk and enjoy the relaxation, they respect that too.Yesterday I got my nails filled for the first time here. Ive been looking for a regular person for quite some time now. Someone who does them smooth, thinner so they feel real and gets the polish on point! Very happy and will be returning to have my nails done by the head honcho from now on!

I am very disappointed. The nail technician literally just blobbed the nail polish on, my nail looks about an inch thick.I don’t think this place ever cleans their tools or anything for that matter, I was disgusted.I will definitely never be back!!!!

My friends and I went here to get our nails done. All of us had bad experiences there. Mine was he cut my cuticle SO bad it now looks like this. Never going back. Praying it doesnt get infected or theres going to be a serious issue.

Good work and pricing but wait times are NEVER accurate. So i’d definitely recommend going here but make sure you set aside extra time in case there is a wait. EDIT** now that ive explored into other salons, this salon needs MAJOR HELP with sanitation. They never wipe anything down after any customer.

So I usually go here every month, I always talk about how professional they are, but the last two times I’ve gone, have not been so great . The lady that helped me seemed in a bad mood, she cut way too much skin off my toe, I bled . She quickly painted my toes and it looks like I did them at home . Plus you get charged a extra 5$ to remove gel that has already been peeling off . Gel that I never even asked for in the first place . Time to move on

UNSANITARYMy regular place has plexiglas and is cleaned after each client. NOT THIS PLACE. Not once did I see them wipe down a chair or tabletop after clients were done. They kept letting in more and more people. When I first got there they had me sitting 2 seats away from anyone else next thing I know every pedicure station was filled and the worst thing is I saw them reuse a womans disposable orange flip flops on another woman!! Never again will I come here.

Had pink and whites put on, but one nail had a large gap between the fake and the real, it wasnt glued down all the way. Went in less than 24 hours later and she pretended like she couldnt see the gap. Then when I showed her so that she had to acknowledge it was there she just squirted some glue in and said come back if it pops off. Like I want to come back a 3rd time? There was literally nobody in line, and they wouldnt fix it. Im gonna keep looking for a good salon, you should too.

They did a good job, but we called ahead for an opening appointment and every other chair was filled when we arrived rather than leaving any empty chairs next to each other. No point in calling head, obviously, unless you dont mind getting split off from your friends.

Don’t go here for waxing. Once in the wax room I had to place my head down on a used town, she didn’t even change the towel so who knows if the towel even gets changed. Then the lady started applying the wax did not ask me how I wanted my eye brows and didn’t even clean the oil off my skin. After she ripped off the wax did not apply pressed so now my lip and brows are swollen. When finished she did clean off the wax but did not ask if I want aloe. My eyebrows are paper thin now and I have to grow them out. Your welcome for the tip by the way.

I have never really had a bad experience here. I can maybe say twice in the past 8yrs I have left a little unhappy but never felt it was a waste of money. They are friendly and always try to make their customers happy. Even accepting people past closing hours on many occasions.

Hands down the nastiest, filthiest place I’ve ever been to. I will never return here. I got a simple manicure there. I’m glad I didn’t stick my feet in anything. Ugh!

Ive been a client of Tangs for over 10 years and I dont trust my nails to anyone else. Love them and I get gobs of compliments on my nails from all over the coumtry.T is great at pedicures!!! Great nail art too.

Unsatisfied with the level of artistic ability from this shop. My nails look like my 4 year old daughter could have done them. The design which is a simple, single heart on one nail looks horrible. It is uneven and not painted in all the way. The edges are shaky and lumpy. Not a single nail on either hand is painted completely. I will never return to this place to have anything done. Extremely displeased and really really pissed off.

Love this place!! Been going here for 8 years now. They are great!!!! Started taking my disabled deaf aunt a couple months ago and they treat her like a queen. They know exactly what she wants and always treat her with respect..

The visit was short, but honestly the attendant did my nails super fast and was getting up to do other things. I did notice my nails had a couple of flaws. If she wasnt getting up doing other things I believe it would have been a better experience

Basically threw 30.00 in the trash. I had my nails dipped in powder and topped with gel, I could have done a better job. They started peeling the next day, it hasnt been a week and the acrylic has all come off. NEVER GOING BACK.

Had my nails done today before work, the young man started on a full set of nails and did a great job shaping them. The polish was alright, I had him do a Matte finish but the edges of my nails are still shiny and because he didnt clean his station I noticed white flecks in the black paint from nail and gel shavings. The paint is chipping off and it hasnt even been 12 hours. Regardless I left him a 10 dollar tip on the 25 dollars I paid for the basic set. Also needless to say everyone seemed annoyed and pissed off. I came here to relax and pamper myself not to be on edge and have my hands jerked around. I would go back and have it fixed but I dont want anyone here touching my nails, it was a waste of money and it breaks my heart to have to write this review. I was really hoping for this to be my new regular place.

The staff is not very nice. They were hard to understand and would get aggravated when you didnt understand what they were requesting. When we were done and trying to let our nails dry, they came over and open the armrest to make us to move. We were just trying to let her nails dry before leaving, Ive never had a establishment try to kick me out before like that. We spent 70 bucks in here. Treat your clients better! I gave a 15% tip because the service was not great and they seemed upset that I only left 15%. I will not be returning here. 👎🏻

Horrible experience! I got my nails done on Monday and by Sunday they had ALL fallen off. It is definitely not worth your money. Bad experience and horrible customer service.

This was honestly one of the worst places I have been to I was not satisfied me and a family member was in a rush and we said to just do our toes and they were scrubbing our feet and putting lotion and everything on our legs and we told them only toes because we had no time because of work and they wouldnt listen to us and they couldnt do a simple design so I was very upset.

I wanted to post this so other people to have the experience I did. I have gone to this place twice and both times had them cut my toe. The first time I had to pull my foot away and make them stop. Today I had the same thing and the person doing my nails did not understand English and had to have someone come tell her what I wanted for her to stop CUTTING my toes and just finish the polish. This is the worst place to get your pedicures done at that I have ever been to.
