I went to the Bayshore neroli to get my hair curled prior to taking pictures in august. They charged me $100 for simply getting my hair curled (no wash, no blow dry, just curled). When checking out, the cashier said “that will be $100 for your up-do”. I tried to clarify in the moment and made sure she was aware that my hair was simply curled, I did not get an updo. The cashier looked to her co-worker to see if this price was truly accurate, and the co-worker nodded his head in an unsure way. I am sure I was overcharged. The service itself was fine, but for the price I cannot recommend neroli.

My friend and I booked multiple services months in advance to have a spa day prior to a special event together. 5 days before our scheduled appointments we got a phone call saying that they didnt have enough nail techs staffed and that there was nothing they could do, but try to reschedule for a different day. Now we are stuck scrambling to book services elsewhere and last minute before the event on a holiday weekend. We had been looking forward to this and had it booked for months. Ive never experienced a spa that was so mismanaged unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of its clients time. If you are trying to book ahead in preparation for a special event, I highly recommend going with a different spa. This one is not reliable.

Amazing hair cut and color at Neroli North Shore from Kim! Kim is very good at working with you to ensure that the cut/color you get works with your face, hair and lifestyle. I have shorter hair, so a great cut is essential to it looking good. I appreciate that I do not have to spend much time on my hair at home-- a little bit of styling product and blow dry (brush optional) is all it takes!

I love Neroli!! The service concept, scheduling and professionalism is top notch. Sometimes Ive encountered employees that could try a little better but thats life. The last time I scheduled an appointment the person that assisted me was top notch!!

Visiting Neroli was the BEST spa experience I’ve ever had. I arrived early and was kindly offered a warm foot soak so I was instantly relaxed. Elizabeth then greeted me and we moved to the private facial room. I’m new to skin care so I had a lot of questions and Elizabeth had so much great information and knowledge on the topic. She made me feel relaxed and pampered the entire time. Everything she used made my skin feel fantastic and she left me with the knowledge to continue an at home routine. I cannot wait to go back and do another facial with Eizabeth!

I have been going to Neroli for salon and spa services for over a decade. In that time I have visited all of their locations and received many services. I have to say that my massages with Corey rate highest among all of my years as a customer. Corey is an extremely talented massage therapist, with excellent technique and strength. She is professional, warm, and very attentive to meeting whatever special concerns I have that day. Most massages can be relaxing, but her sessions are truly therapeutic and healing, improving or resolving some significant aches and pains in my body. I give Corey a very enthusiastic 5 out of 5 stars.The facility itself would benefit from doing more work with sound proofing, or adding a door between the salon and the spa area, to improve the acoustics for those trying to relax in spa services.

I have been coming to Neroli for a long time. Kim V has been my stylist from the first day I came there. Kim has an amazing ability to make me feel comfortable in the chair. As bald men go, I am very particular about my eyebrows. I dont want to walk away looking sculpted. As eyebrows go, mine are worthy of envy. Enough about me, heres my take.I came in for a brow wax with Emma. She did an amazing job! They feel lighter, look more defined, and dont look sculpted. Every box was ticked, and I am completely satisfied. 11/10 I will happily go back again.

I had long hair at about elbow length when I walked into the salon, Kim V and I discussed the shoulder length cut i wanted with round layers with bangs. I showed 4 images of the style and layer cuts i wanted, ive had that style of haircut many times pre pandemic, Kim V has cut and colored my hair before, and ofcourse during pandemic my hair grew long. I walked out with a short NECK length bob, shorter in the back, longer in the front haircut. I really do not understand how a professional can get it so very wrong!!!

Kim V is the absolute best! She saved my hair from an awful haircut I had gotten elsewhere (bangs are apparently tricky) but she has transformed my hair and I always leave feeling confident. I cant speak for other staff, but I definitely recommend Kim! She really helped me to articulate what I wanted, and made my hair look better than it has in YEARS!

She didn’t do my hair right she fried it and she didn’t brush it out right either…She was straightening big chunks of hair never again will I come here I got my refund back because I wasn’t playing!

I had just finished up the most stressful work contract of my *life* and desperately needed to treat myself. I called Neroli about a massage and was reassured w all of their COVID precautions so I booked an appointment. Walking in there was a team of 3 who greeted me with water but the warmth and welcoming vibes came through strongest when I met my masseuse, Kristen. She was easy to talk with and asked me about troubles areas (knees bc Im old) and where she should focus. Then what intensity I felt most comfortable with. While she masterfully worked through that stress in my body, the best part was the light conversation. It was honestly the best massage Ive ever had and will 10/10 treat myself again and this time *before* finishing up a stressful work contract! Thanks Kristen and Neroli!

I had a consult today with Hannah Kummer. I am so happy I did. She does an amazing job bringing out my natural hair color and really ensured that my hair was how I wanted it. She had great advice for blondes and is well educated and trained. She was professional and I cant wait to get my hair done by her again.

Called to make an appointment at 830 am was told there was a cancellation- so I booked. Was called 30 mins later to be told an error was made and to call back- called back and I waited 10 minutes for someone to answer to then tell me there isn’t any availability at any locations! If I cancelled I was going to be charged 50.00- what do you give to those you cancel on?This is my first experience with them! Not a good one!

Nerolis service has declined significantly in the past few months. The waxer missed spots on my Brazilian and the masseuse had long nails that was extremely uncomfortable to deal with during the service. It is rare to encounter a check out person that doesn’t have a major attitude. Very over Neroli :/

The Neroli at Bayshore is definitely my favorite. However, they didn’t have any appointments available and so I decided to give this location a try. The steam showers are amazing, and my massage was decent but a bit expensive I think for the overall experience. I thought that my masseuse was a little too chatty for my taste and could have used more pressure which I notified of her of several times.

I have been to the Neroli salon many times for a massage appointment when they use to be in the Bayshore mall, well I recently booked a massage and got there before my appointment (as it says to be there 15-20 min early) I arrived to the address it says on there and it turned out that they relocated locations and noone told me whenever i made my appointment nor did i get their new address in an email, I called them about 10 times and NO ANSWER, i was extremely worried that I wasnt going to make it and they would charge me either ways so i had to ask an employee at Bath & Body located next to their old location the lady there was able to direct me to their new Location. When I finally arrive there with my boyfriend i was already extremely frustrated and explained to them why i was late and instead of them apologizing or trying to be understanding they were very RUDE and after our check in we were not given any indication on what to do or how long the wait would be we were just left there waiting as our complaint seemed very inconvenient to them!

I went in for an all over Platinum blonde and cut. Which got changed to full highlights by the stylist. She told me she would not be able to blow dry or style my hair when she was done coloring it due to she had another customer. So I had to leave the salon with wet hair and once I got home and my hair dried I noticed a bleach spot at the front top of my hair part. Im very unhappy with the results after paying $168.00

I had my hair color and cut yesterday. My appointment was at 12:15, I was there at 12:10 . It was 12:30 and no one bothered to inform me my stylist is running late. I had to walk to the reception to find out why, the girl at the front desk did not respond to me. She had no basic manners to inform me that she will take care of it or anything.After this hiatus my stylist came Okay now coming to my highlight and cut. I showed my stylist the type of cut I needed. And specifically mentioned my highlight requirements. She did the highlight and my grey was still visible. She did my haircut and it was nothing like I showed her. She conveniently curled my hair to hide her flaws. I told her the layers are not visible, straight my hair so I can see my hairstyle. There it was no layers nothing, just a straight cut from behind after chopping half my hair length. I knew she was not skilled when she took 4 hours to do this for a mid length hair. I am extremely disappointed with this service at Neroli for the price they charge. I felt even a normal priced salon would do a much better job.Neroli hire good stylist if your going to charge premium. And train your front desk people.

Just had an amazing facial with Ashlee at Naroli Spa. She is very professional and knows her products. I had the “Lift” facial and could actually feel my skin firming up during this very relaxing facial. My skin looks great! Thanks Ashlee! I will be back!

I have gone several times for pedicures and manicures, and there have only been a couple people who have done a decent job. The location is convenient for me, but I am not sure I will continue going. I paid a lot of money for a pedicure and manicure, only to have been deprived of any massage or moisturiser. When I brought up my concern to the front desk I was not offered any compensation or an apology. I was told, She is still new, we will tell her to give massages. That is poor customer service-- when you pay for a luxurious spa experience thats what you should receive.

I go to both the downtown location for my monthly massages and bayshore my monthly facials and Neroli is by far the best salon and spa in Milwaukee. Made an appointment for a cut, only to show up and have them tell me that my stylist was out ill. I never received a call or message stating this. But the note in their system stated that a message was left. I showed them otherwise. But because the note in the system said they called and left a message, they did. I DID receive the text message CONFIRMING MY APPOINTMENT 😒 The front desk lady acted like I was an inconvenience, NOT a priority like I should have been treated. It would have been my first time at Neroli, now it will definitely be my last.

The atmosphere is calming and peaceful. The pricing is very reasonable. The staff is friendly and courteous. I will definitely be visiting this salon again!

Told my stylist I didnt want any blunt cuts due to my thick naturally curly and frizzy hair, also explained that I wanted some weight from my hair removed. I was given nothing but blunt cuts throughout. I went back to express that I felt the stylist didnt listen to what I wanted to have done to my hair and wanted someone to fix my hair since I paid over 250 for a colour and cut. They let me know that I could have thr cut fixed by the same individual who ruined my hair and didnt listen to me in the first place. I refused stating that I didnt feel comfortable having that individual do my hair again out of fear that my hair would come out even worse, I would accept someone else to fix it, or a partial refund. I had a color and cut. Color was fine. Cut was atrocious. I was told there was no possible way I could have my hair fixed or get a refund. Very unprofessional.

I have been going to Neroli Bayshore for about 3.5 yrs now. I started with massages with Tori (among others), added hair service with Liz and now also eyelash extensions with Aria. Every employee at this location has been wonderful and those providing me with services are incredible. They each take the time to listen to and understand what you want. I cannot say enough great things about how wonderful this salon is across the board.

Ive been seeing Alynn at the Bayshore location for about 6 years now. She is amazing. I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. Besides the fact that she works miracles on my skin, she is the warmest, most caring person ever. Highly recommend!

Had a birthday gift card for $100, was told I couldnt use it at your location and after 30 mins of checking out says my card balance is 0 and there was nothing they could do about. I had $400 of services to be relaxed and stress free, instead my blood pressure was raised, I had to pay $100 extra out of pocket and you all took $100 off of the gift card but didnt apply it to the balance of services. I will be contacting the BBB, and corporate due to the violation of taking funds not applying them to the service and telling me I had $100 but now there is 0 and nothing you can do about it.

I drive all the way from Kenosha to visit Neroli Salon & Spa at Bayshore because there is no better service around. My stylist, Catrina is a HUGE part of the reason I choose to travel this far. I sincerely LOVE the quality of service she provides. She does a superb job at listening to her clients wants and asking questions/restating what she heard in order to ensure that she is on the same page with her clients requests. I also love her honesty. She is excellent at explaining the advantages and disadvantages of making dramatic changes and explains the level of maintenance involved is such changes. It is also evident that the long term HEALTH of my hair is just as important to her as what it will look like in her chair!

Check in experience was extremely awkward. I also didn’t really know what to do after getting dressed so I was pretty uncomfortable.The massage itself was great and I will probably be back to see the same person, but when I booked on the website I also added cupping to my massage. When the massage ended, I was really confused but thought maybe someone else would come in? Turns out the cupping was never actually added. Sucks.

Had a fantastic cut and color with Kerry. She is very creative and has a great vision. Together we came up with a fantastic compromise and a fresh new look. I received many compliments and couldnt be more happy with the result.

Its a nice place and the facilities are adequate but its a bit small and the changing rooms seem to get messy when the salon is busy.

I write this even after calling and emailing a complaint and receiving a refund of $61 for the “haircut and color” I paid $177 for, because it is THAT bad. I requested a 90’s bowlcut pixie with an undercut (think Linda Evangelista) and this is basically what I received. An unstylable mop with a tiny Mohawk on top. HOW CHIC! I can barely fix it enough to look passable as a bad haircut, let alone the nightmare on my head.I don’t even want anything gratis or a bigger refund or anything like that. I want my hair back. And that won’t happen anytime soon.(FULL DISCLOSURE: I told the stylist I loved it even while dying inside because I was so hopeful once home I could style it how I wanted to but, no. It’s the worst haircut I’ve ever received.)

Overall our experience is always great! Every year we do a couples massage on our wedding anniversary.It would be nice if the same receptionist who checked us in 40 minutes before would remember who we where to check us out. But our massage therapists where both amazing! Couldnt ask for better!A suggestion for Neroli would be to post the rates of all the therapists on the website. It shows $55 for 35 minutes but they dont tell you certain therapists are extra.

I have been going to Neroli since it opened at Bayshore several years ago! I love the attention to service! Each time I need something new with my hair I see Kerry. I tell her what length, what my expectation for time to get ready in the morning is and how I need to look and she sets me up with a hair style that fits my needs! I highly recommend her to all of my friends, and honestly, most do go to her!!

Kim is absolutely amazing in her career and she is such a wonderful person, not only did she turn my wreck of a hair into something beautiful but she made me feel special and gorgeous. I will always come back for her believe me the price is well worth it.

I have been a client for about 10 years. I did not have a good experience with the hair stylists, but the beauticians are fairly good. The facilities however, are dated and the layout of the changing rooms was not very well thought. If you are going for a facial, this is a great place to be.

Saw Stella for a cut and color last week and the entire experience was FANTASTIC! She did a lovely job on my hair, gave me a nice, long hand massage while I was processing and they even checked me out right at the chair! My har looks great and I could not be happier! I will be back!

Alynn is the best aesthetician in the world!!! She has been doing my eyebrows and facials for probably 5 years now and I wouldnt dare go anywhere else. Seeing her is like seeing a zen master, calming, soothing, and refreshing. You leave feeling like a light has been turned on inside your soul. I cant say enough about this woman. Neroli - if you have an awards program, Alynn should receive employee of the year!

Yesterdays session with Eve, your Ayurvedic practitioner, was a wonderful experience. Eve was so gentle and sure in her movements. I got to my appointment very tired and stressed. Some serious vision problems had been causing me not just eye strain, but overall tension and distress. Eve paid special attention to my eyes and face throughout the treatment, but she was careful with all the rest of me, too. I got home and fell asleep early, and slept soundly through the night -- not usual! This morning, I woke up feeling as if my face was relaxed. It was the first time it had felt that way in a year. I cant thank her enough for being so deeply sensitive to my needs.

I have had my hair cut by Kathy for years now. She is a great hairstylist and just a wonderful person to be around. Because of my schedule, I am always her last customer of the day. I know she must be exhausted and ready for the day to end, but I never feel rushed. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was just in yesterday to have my second set of Great Lengths extensions put in my hair. I absolutely LOVE them!! Kathy is my stylist, and she is knowledgable, friendly, and very talented. She thoroughly answered all of my questions thorough out the process..from my first consultation, ordering the hair, and then putting them in. It was a lengthy appointment, but Kathy and the staff at Neroli Salon are so amazing, and made sure that I was comfortable during the process. I would highly recommend Kathy and Neroli Salon if you are considering these extensions!!! I am soooo happy with my investment!!!

I rarely leave reviews but since it this appointment was for my wedding I am going to. I had a HORRIBLE experience. My mother in law booked us a French tip and pedi massage appointment. As soon as we walked into the door and the nail ladies came to get us they were confused because they messed up our booking. Instead of keeping it to themselves about the appointment needing to be rushed, they rushed us throughout the whole experience from picking out our nail color to forgetting to clean under my nail bed! It was a horrible experience. I rarely get my nails done and we decided to do gel. Not once was I told about the process or that my hands could react to the UV light if I had sensitive skin. I am a redhead and so this whole process was new to me. My hands reacted so poorly and swelled up. Not only that, Melissa did a horrible job on my nails and left the cuticle bed intact. They just were rushing us the whole time and didn’t care about the quality of work. They knew I was getting married and these were my nails— I am just beyond disappointment. When we were checking out they tried to charge us for the appointment we never got so that was a huge disappointment. Luckily we were able to get some discount— but for a total of $189 and the “quality” of service we got... I can assure you I will NEVER go to another aveda for any spa service of any kind. I like their hair products and the smell— but stay away from their salon services.

I think the front desk staff needs training in customer service. I had three visits to the front desk and each time I was not impressed. Jacqueline was my assigned massage therapist and was beyond great. The massage was a total exscape. Jaqueline gets five stars*****. Not only was the massage phenomenal she told me all the things that the front desk people should have. I will return because of her. Example, I called the customer service desk. I was attempting to select a service and I was told to visit the website. Lol, maybe Neroli could benefit from a web based CSR.

Have gotten my hair done here 4 times. Usually have loved the results, but really dissapointed with my hair appointment tonight. Got highlights and a toner and walked out with my hair looking no different than when I came in, roots and all. Expressed disappointed and still had to pay full price. Will get my hair fixed at a different place.

I saw Stephanie at the Bayshore location for the first time and my experience was wonderful. Stephanie took time to talk to me about what I was hoping for now and in the future in terms of my cut and highlight. I left feeling great and already have my next appointment scheduled with Stephanie as my hair has never looked or felt better.
