Everything was great. Super cute little shop. Very clean. The only downside was that I had to wait three months for my first and my second appointments. So within a six month time period, I only had two appointments. I bought a six treatment package and booked all six treatments at once. Make sure you book all your appointments at the same time that way you can get them before they’re all booked up. I’m only on my third treatment but the results are great already.

I have already seen progress with my 4 treatments. My hair is growing back so slowly and thin! Lauren has taken care of me and is the sweetest ever! She always makes me feel so comfortable!

Lasering was by far one of the best decisions I made. Im so shocked I didnt come in sooner. As for places to go, I imagine the machines are fairly similar but SEV has yet to disappoint - customer service is incredible. First time getting laser and the experience was the best staff was great! Highly recommend

My first time getting a laser treatment and honestly it could not have gone more smoothly. The nurse was very nice and understanding about finding the right laser setting for my level of sensitivity. The facilities were really bright and clean. Overall the whole appointment took about maybe 10 minutes and the aftercare and what I expected after the appointment has been smooth and I havent had any complications. Overall, 10/10 would recommend this place.

Not the greatest service. The work the nurses do are great but the service from the front desk needs a lot of training/coaching. For one of my appointments I arrived there 20 minutes early. I asked the lady in the front desk if I can stay and go in or if I should come back for my appt time. She told me I would be next as I was the only one in the waiting room. I decided to stay and during that time two more customers walked in were checked in and immediately taken inside for the same service. One of the ladies even walked in saying she’s sorry for being an hour late but there was traffic. I mean cmon if there are preferences at least don’t make it obvious. An hour late is a bit extreme especially if other make it on time. We all have things to do. I’m glad I got a Groupon for this location. Also it’s a little odd how it’s recommended to go every month for consistence but cannot seem to schedule you in accordingly. Every time it’s about 2-3 months out for the next appt. they tell you to call and see if there’s any cancellations but out of the times I called there were never any. I asked to be out on a call back list for cancellations and no call there either. I’m glad I got this as a Groupon because I have then gone elsewhere where they can schedule me in every 4-5 weeks and the service from the front show no favoritism towards anyone.

SEV Laser was absolutely wonderful. Their staff are SO incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They made my first experience with laser hair removal a wonderful and comfortable one. So incredibly pleased with them and the cleanliness of their facility.

Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. It takes a lot of patience to maneuver return and follow up appointments as they have to be within 4-6 weeks of each other. Raffi (who does the injections) is absolutely amazing! The injections are ALWAYS on point, he takes the time to listen to what you would like and recommends the dose accordingly, and on top of it all, he is so kind, professional, and pleasant to chat with. His infection control is superb and I have been going to him for years (even though I have moved from the area). I wouldn’t trust anyone else with this service. Five stars all around.

The space is so clean and spacious. They are following really great guidelines in concern with covid. My appointment was very easy, I didnt wait long at all, I actually was seen before my appointment time. The nurse was very helpful, told me everything I needed to do and persisted to ask questions if I was concerned with anything. She made me feel very comfortable and liked talking about the treatment overall. Made me feel like I made the right choice since it took me so long to finally get laser treatment! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I discovered this place from a groupon and have been going for probably like 6 months now and I love them so much! Everyone is so nice and friendly and my results have been amazing! I was paying for waxes and the laser turns out to be way cheaper and much less painful and more long lasting!! I even got some filler at SEV with Raffi and I am obsessed with the outcome!!! I will be a customer for a long long time.

My eyelids had gotten droopy and my face had changed and so I decided not to ever get Botox injection.But this year, I noticed more wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes and I started asking around for a-good place where I could trust.A friend of mine told me about SEV and so I called and made an appointment,The whole experience beginning making the appointment was very easy .The girls who spoke to me over the phone were so nice and professional (Cassandra and Lanjik)And on the day of my appointment, they were on time to take me in .Raffi is the nurse who did my injection. He is my gem, and I so appreciate his care and taking the time to understand what I wanted to be done .And now after a week, my face is looking exactly the way I want it to be, I appreciate you all . Clean. Friendly. Relatively painless. Very accommodating. My last appointment I had to move around last minute because it was one of the those days of “what could go wrong did go wrong”. But Sev made my day much better. They are always so quick and professional. I am extremely happy with my Laser experience from them. I started with underarms as my tester and it’s been going really well. Once my underarms are done I will be moving to other parts.

Everyone was very pleasant during my visit. Raffi was my nurse & I really enjoyed him. He was very informative and conversational so I felt completely comfortable getting my botox injections!

The facility took great COVID precautions and the laser technician who performed my services was nice and made me feel super comfortable especially it being my first experience with any laser procedure. Darker skinned women beware- if i could give 0 stars I would! I received a “test patch” on my second appointment and they burned me beyond belief. I had a huge open sore on my arm for months- and it has still not healed 3 months later. Their MD tried to claim this was a normal occurrence yet my derm was horrified when I went in for a check in. They had the audacity to offer me 1 free session as compensation for this?! The burn will take a year to heal and I will likely need bleaching cream to fade the scar. STAY AWAY

Updating my review. I saw significant decrease on the hair growth, there’s still a few and hopefully they will stop growing after the last session is over.

Really nice and clean place, great service, professional staff. Ive heard that laser hurts super bad but at SEv they have a cold air blowing at the area so its not as bad. Treatment definitely works.

Friend recommended the Irvine location but that was a really far drive for me. Happy to have found this location, and they had a really nice Groupon deal! Setting up appointment was quick and easy, the person I was talking to even helped me out with getting the most bang for my buck.Place is super clean and took great measures considering covid. Nena was my nurse and she made me feel so comfortable since it was my first time. Very quick procedure, minimal wait. Make sure to set appointments up early bc they’ve been booked 2-3 mins for me.

My Groupon sessions are about to expire BUT, SEV offers their own package deals which you can’t beat! My skin is smooth and always looks supple. I’m LOVING not having to plan my out fit around whether or not it’s time to shave! I’m a former waxer. I can’t BELIEVE I paid dermatologist’s prices for laser when I could have just come to SEV. Significantly less pain and less money for the same treatment and, frankly, none of the attitude. Everyone from booking to service was lovely. So grateful for the referral.

My experience with SEV keeps getting better and better! I switched from Glendale to Melrose and couldn’t be happier. Although both locations are the same as far as services & decor, my appointment on Melrose was greater than expected (mainly due to COVID-19). I was cautious and pleased that they were as well! Everything from taking my temperature, extensive questionnaire about my whereabouts, and most importantly, a very sanitized facility. Everyone was friendly underneath their masks too! Looking forward to my next appointment in September.

The young lady that did my laser was so kind and pleasant. I found myself talking over her because I was so excited but she kept cool. Im really pleased with my results so far after session 1 cant wait to go back for more. I loved the fact she wasnt afraid to laser me as others have been in the past (rightfully so, I have a dark complexion and it is risky) the price point is excellent and I like that I have the option to pay-per-treatment and pricing is upfront and transparent. I will say the first technician I got was not the friendliest or did not explain things very thoroughly (especially for my first time). However, I seen results immediately and the technician I get now is amazing! She explains everything well and makes sure Im comfortable/pain free. The space is aesthetically pleasing as well. Making follow-up appointments are simple and easy after every service and they always send a reminder :)

Ive been going to Sev for the past 4 years and not once have I had an issue with them. Their staff and techs are great, always on point, nice, caring, knowledgeable, and just make you feel welcome. I always recommend my family and friends to Sev. The place is beautiful and clean. I go to the Glendale location because its conveniently close by to my house. The reason why I have stayed with them and will continue to is because I actually saw results and their machines are simple the best :)

I wish I remembered the name of the girl I had at my last visit because she was the absolute sweetest worker I’ve had over my past 6 sessions. Sev is great and she made it greater.

The first time I visited. It was quick and painless. The second time was nothing but a nightmare. I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment and see 4 other people. Keep in mind theres literally no seating but 2 chairs and a loveseat. A few mins later, 2 other people arrive then 2 others. At this point, Im almost 20 mins pass my appointment and the 2 people that came after me had been called to a room. I asked the front desk what was taking so long and why others that arrived after me were being seen first. Her answer, Were running behind and they have shorter appointments than you. Okay, so my time isnt as valuable? Ive been sitting here for over 30 mins, will be paying full price just like them, and made an appt just like them. No apology, no sympathy. They did schedule me for another appointment on a Monday when I told them not to. I drove almost 2 HOURS for this! I contacted them on IG. Of course, they left me on read. If youre late 18 mins, they would have cancelled your appointment and charged their customers. Apparently, their time is more valuable than their clients.
