I got a Disport injection yesterday by Adana. She was incredible. I’ve had the treatment from several different facilities and Adana made this experience my favorite to date she listened to my questions and concerns also treated the areas accordingly. No pain at all!The girl at the front desk was very helpful. She explained how the payments and packages work and I appreciate her helping me to save money.I will definitely be coming back next time .

If there were more stars I would definitely give it to Shabin who is a great nurse with amazing skills and attitude. For every procedure he makes sure to take his time to explain the process. He is very honest and creates your desired look for you.

The most unprofessional working system I have ever seen ! I was going there for laser hair removal. Every time they were making me wait for 15-30 minutes, EVERY SINGLE TIME! And after that they just rushing you over and over, and even cancelling one body part, because the next client is there already! Like 2 times they just forgot one body I added for the next session part and canceled it on me! I gave nor 1 star, but 2, because Its just the master Liana is really nice and she were doing her job very good! Last time they made me wait for 20 min and then after I came back, they just told me to wait more and they dont know when they will be able to have me. So I cancelled everything with them and went to another laser center!

Worst place ever my injector, Jenn injected dysport under my eyes with a supper long needle now its sagging under my eyes she alsoonjected way to much in my forehead one eyebrow is raised super high a 1/2 inch above the other Ive been trying to get in touch with her no call back nothing now they say shes gone on vacation and anothwr injector has to do my follow up highly dissatisfied I also paid 700$ to get my face botched

Lianna, my nurse, is extremely helpful. She helped me choose out the service package that I needed, and provided the laser hair removal very patiently and professionally. I would recommend Pure Touch and Lianna especially. Been to other places where it wasn’t as effective, here, Lianna chose the perfect setting for me and since going to her I’ve had a very pleasant and successful laser hair removal experience.

I visited this Med Spa based on their insta pics and reviews. Much to my disappointment my experience was not what I read in most of their reviews. Let me say the nurse who did my injections was nice and pleasant but that doesnt mean a good end result. I spent $2,700.00 in one visit consisting of injections to the following areas: lips, nasiolabial folds (laugh lines), cheeks for volume and under eyes for hollowness. My laugh lines are completely back (8 weeks later) like nothing had been done but that isnt the worst of it. For the last two months since injecting under my eye Ive looked like someone punched me in the eye. During the appointment my nurse injected under my right eye first which was quick and appeared to be fine. When she moved over to the left eye she was taking a lot longer and I asked her if something was wrong. She stated no and that the immediate bruising and puffiness should go down within a few days to a week. No ice was put on at the time and shouldve been. Regardless its now 2 months later and my eye has severe discoloring as well as hollowness that is much worse than before she ever injected me. The filler is lumpy, appears to be laying on the top of my skin and is puffy. Two weeks ago I finally contacted Pure Touch as this is not going away. After a video call I was offered a minimal amount of what I paid for the procedures back as long as I signed a full release. I advised them I wanted a full refund as my visit resulted in me looking worse than I did before I visited them. Isnt the reason you go to a med spa is to provide an improvement? I understand temporary bruising and inflammation as Ive had injections elsewhere before. This was not the case here. The med spa manager then rescinded her minimal offer and has not responded when I asked her who their medical director was and their contact information. Below are various weeks pics of my eye. It still has not improved .

Lip filler is awful. My lips are black and blue 3 days later and they are pretty much the same size as before. It was a waste of money.

Go to Pure Touch Skin Center in Glendale for all of your skincare needs! They offer services for everyone: laser hair removal, dermal fillers, microneedling, acne scar treatment. They even sell skincare made by the creators of Botox that has helped me with pigments on my face in a matter of just five weeks! This place is hands down the best medical spa Ive been to. Pure Touch has friendly & professional receptionists, detail-oriented & knowledgeable nurses coupled with a clean facility. I love Pure Touch!!

Ive been a Pure Touch customer (Glendale location) for perhaps four or five years already. I first discovered them via Groupon, and ever since then, have kept returning for my fillers + Botox. My usual nurse is Ani, whose sense of aesthetic + bedside manner is my favorite. They always have monthly deals and promotions, which I usually partake in. The prices are fairly reasonable for the area.

I love this place... I usually go with Catherine or Ani and they are both Fab!! I would totally recommend this place the staff is super nice... and the injectors are all very good....

Affordable. Professional. New girl every time but you go in, you go out and the job gets done. Know what you’re going in for... It saves time. Every time I go in to get something new taken care of! It’s addicting because of the prices haha

Ive been a regular at the Sherman Oaks location for years but have made appointments in Glendale since the second location opened. Aside from the fact that its actually closer to my house, I like this location for the convenience aspect. The parking lot is RIGHT next to the building and it doesnt cost any money. The Sherman Oaks location has free parking too, but the lot is slightly confusing to find the first time. Either way, both locations have great nurses and service. There are a lot of other laser places in Glendale, but I feel most at home at Pure Touch.

Wonderful nurses, I love coming here. They are very busy so it can be tricky to find an appointment time that works for you but it is definitely worth the wait. Definitely recommend coming here!
