Their phone number comes up as a spam number so I didn’t answer because I’ve been a victim of fraud, she canceled my appointment and then refused to give me my appointment back and on top of it all she cussed me out in Armenian! I’ve never been so furious in my life! I don’t care how upset I was, I had this appointment booked 2 months ago and I never no showed them ever and I get a lot of services done and tip very well. She should have kept her composure and been respectful I mean I only drop over 2 bills at every visit but it’s cool, I’ll spend my money else where where the business isn’t disrespectful and unprofessional. THE CUSTOMER ISNT ALWAYS RIGHT BUT MIND YOUR MANNERS.

I haven’t written a review in years but really felt the need to because of my appreciation to Nurse Stephanie. She has an attention to detail and literally a perfectionist at what she does. It’s about an hour to get there 2 hours total in the car but it’s worth it for me because she’s really so talented and better than anyone else I’ve been to and I have been getting injections for 5 years. She did my lips and chin and it really changed my entire face I feel so much more confident and beautiful and happy

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! This place is AMAZING!! I have been coming here for years, and have gotten a couple of different services. I came here initially just for hair removal on my face. I then started getting other procedures done. I recommend anyone I know to come here. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the interior is super clean. The services are incredible. The prices are very affordable for the great quality they provide with each service done. I have seen firsthand the comparison of laser hair removal at other places, versus here, and I see the difference!

Really amazing prices and results for laser hair removal. I have compared different prices and asked around other facilities, and she can’t seem to compare price wise. I waited years to get laser hair removal because I thought it would be extremely expensive, I was shocked my first appointment at first because of the price, and afterwards because of the results I started to see when it started working. I’ve been to both locations And had the exact same experience both times- fast paced but careful and attentive staff, clean and beautiful facility, Kind of busy for scheduling but I have always been able to get in the day that I need to when I asked if they have cancellations, or they will offer me a cancellation. Seems like they are busy but usually able to Work you in. Also I know it doesn’t really matter but everyone who Works there is like really pretty lol.

I made an appointment for botox, I arrived early. I had to fill out some forms and the doctor saw me right away. Office is very clean and neat. The office staff is very polite. I would recommend this Skin Center to anyone looking for a little boost to their looks!

Dr. Karapetyan is absolutely amazing and has such an incredible eye for symmetry! I was so nervous to get a non surgical rhino done and it was quick, painless, and he kept my results INCREDIBLY natural. He is also honest and used minimal product in my nose so used the remainder to make my lips more symmetrical. Rather then changing your face, he enhances it and brings out your natural beauty. I highly recommend.

After moving to a new location I am happy I found a place to get Botox! Staff was great and efficient, Dr. was knowledge but more importantly I appreciate him listening to what I wanted and now trying to over sell me. Hes asked me about my past history with Botox and put that same amount while leaving room for certain sections in my faces to still have mobility. Will be back again, literally worked the next day which never happens, usually takes 3 days but this time the Botox just set in so far! Cant wait to return!

I need a full refund with actual damages. I look like I have a tumor. My face was deformed. The things I wanted to get fixed only got worse. I hope I dont have to drag this place to court but so far it looks that way. The RN Stephanie Potkin does her best for sure for someone who got her license 3 years ago. And she does put in her best efforts and best bedside manners. However, sadly, she spreads herself too thin. And this is what Instagram creates. An instant phenomenon based on a few before and after. Of course it must be super hard to keep up with demand. When she was treating me she had to leave the room a dozen times and people kept knocking and coming in and rushing her like crazy. I ended up with deformities and masculine jaw angles and yet the jaw line is far from crispy is actually worse than before. There is no clear line between the fake jaw angle deformity and the chin. The radiesse has also been incredibly painful and uneven. Lumpy. Bumpy. So super asymmetrical and cant even be dissolved. At the jaw angles I have these two giant pimples deformities I want to squeeze so bad and I cant. Its been driving me crazy. And no one cares.

This review is specifically to Dr. Arman Karapetyan, the only person who can magically create my lips with even only 0.5 syringe of Juvederm Ultra XC, and make it LAST!! I’m not sure how he does it, but I referred at least five people to him, and they were all very happy. However he’s not always in the best mood, but I don’t blame him. I’ve seen a lot of clients come in with unrealistic expectations and results. It’s nice that we have cosmetic advances now to be able to enhance our appearance, however we also have to be realistic in our expectations And do basic research prior to getting anything injected, anywhere.

Dr.Karapetyan is amazing at what he does. I come from very far just to get my injection done by him.

Beyond expectation. Christine helped me with apt despite my crazy kid schedule, then helped my kids connect to WiFi while I got my procedure done. The procedure was done quickly and the nurse was thorough which made me feel calm. It was my first time there. I would go back for other things now that I know how easy it was.

I got lip fillers here and they did such an amazing job!! The front desk was awesome and super nice. And the nurse did great. I recommend it 100% and will be returning soon.

Horrible service! I was there last week had an appointment with Araz for the laser treatment. Araz is the best technician in LA beauty. I waited for Araz an hour and 25 minutes she tried to call me but receptionist didn’t let her. I spoke with front desk said I want To reschedule my appointment because I have another appointment as well they said no within five minutes she’s going to call you but she didn’t. Every time when there was a new customer the girls they’re taking the customers in but not me. I’m only going to this place for Araz, but the customer service is the worst!!!! I don’t recommend my friends and family this place!!!

I went in so excited to get my lip injected, when I got their the girls up in front were very kind and nice but as soon I was called by the doctor he was very straight to the point he didnt really let me explain what look I was going for since it was my first time I just wanted my lips to look full and nice, he didnt really tell me what was going to happen after the procedure. He sure did mention the price, their was 2 prices, 1/2 lip fillers were a cost of $230 and the other was full lip fillers that cost $450. I went for the $450 since I was so excited and that full filler would take longer to last (6-9 months). In my personal opinion he just wanted the $. He wasnt really informative, I would of appreciate that he was more informative and honest. My lips werent what I expected, they were bruised and swollen and got a cold sore the day after. My lips were in bad condition for more than a week. My lips look like duck lips. Two weeks after I went for a check up because my lip fillers were uneven, one side had more fillers than the other side and the upper part of my lip look like duck lips. I explained to the doctor if he could fix lips because they were uneven and I wasnt happy about the results.He sure did, he made the adjustments but the results were still the same. Very bad experience. PLEASE LADIES IF YOUR INTERESTED IN GETTING YOUR LIPS DONE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Make sure you take pictures of the look your going for. Im taking the time to let you know about my bad experience because I dont want no one to go through the same thing.

I drive about 45 minutes just to come to la beauty skin center. I have had services done at other locations but you can not compare la beauty skin center, with anyone else. I have been coming to LA beauty skin center for about 4 months now and I have to say their facilities are extremely clean and the front desk staff is extremely accommodating and that is to me worth so much and has made me a life long client. I reccomend them to everyone without any doubt. Staff who perform procedures are so nice as well and mindful of you and make sure you are not uncomfortable. After my first procedure I would say that 70% of my hair was gone which felt like an immediate result.

I had acne spots and a sun spot because of the sun I went to look for a solution. They told me that the laser was a good and quick solution, which they told me was a good option for me..which burned my face with the laser, They not professionals since I have 3 months improve they are laser burns I confirm my doctor now I do not know how many thousands of dollars I am going to spend to fix it I feel very sad because I am worse than at first my spots were not so notable as today

Dr.Karapetyan is the only person I allow to touch my face. I send all my clients to him because he is the best. He just knows what to do ....once he looks at your face. He is very conservative. Everyone I have sent to him is always satisfied. Also the staff is amazing which is a huge plus!

Update:7/3/21. I have been getting my laser treatments here for years . The results have been great. I moved 63 miles away and I still will only get my laser treatments at this location. Every time I come for my appointments, I get so excited! This place is the place to go for lasering! After just 4 treatments for my laser hair removal, right away I started seeing spotting of hairs. My hair was not growing anymore and getting really thin. So far Ive came 6 times and Im already close to going for touch ups. The machine at La Beauty is definitely much stronger and better at getting rid of the hair follicles faster. On another note, the STAFF is amazing. Front desk girls are so nice and welcoming. The nurses are so sweet and calm. My nurses are amazing, they take such good care of me as they laser my body. They take their time so they dont miss any spots! This place is very clean and sanitizing also and that is a very big deal for me and Im sure for others. Being at La Beauty, you dont need to worry about that because they clean all equipments with Clorox after all treatments and clean the machine heads. I know this because they do it right in front of me. Thank you La Beauty for making me hair free :) Your team is the best Ive seen yet !

I have gone to Dr. Karapetyan several times now for various procedures including lips, Botox/dysport, voluma (cheeks, jawline, chin), and under eyes restalyne and cannot say enough great things about him as a person and his work. The staff at his office are always very welcoming and the office is absolutely stunning, very clean, and beautifully designed. I drive a little over an hour and half from OC each time but it is always worth it as there is no one else I would trust with my face more. I very much love how natural his results are and the fact that he takes a conservative approach to ensure you look good and never overdone. A doctor who cares more about his patient’s results and beauty than adding extra items to your tab is one that you should trust and value. It is always something I look forward to when I get to see him and refer him to anyone I know looking for work to be done. NOTE: Because he is fantastic and sought after he does book out about a month or so in advance so be sure to keep that in mind when making an appointment cause he is definitely worth the wait.

They over charged me today 8$ and the nurse was mean. I always pay 20$ for the same procedures but this time they charged me 28$ and i ask the frond deck clerk why 28$ this time ? She said because the nurse did a little extra work which is a lie, however not happy at all.
