I loved it there everyone is so welcoming and kind and especially Tara D. She’s did laser on my legs, armpits and bikini line and not once did I feel uncomfortable. She 100% professional but yet still makes you feel like she’s your friend. Over all great experience 👍

I started my laser 5 months ago. i love it. the girls doing your laser make you feel comfortable. always ask me if i see a difference. i did have a problem with one of the ladies in the front desk my first visit. but I sent an email though there site to have a manager contact me. Manager contacted me the next day. and got it all cleared up.

Disappointed at the desk girls for having me rescheduled in two weeks for having been late by 10 min, ( there is a grace period) for a 5 minute laser hair removal. Not cool guys

Wow. Amazing results. I’ve been coming here since 2012 and the girls in the front and all of the nurses are super welcoming and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I now only come for touch ups once or twice a year and i leave happy each and every single time!

Please RUN AWAY! A few friends of mine and I started going here the same time and we ALL feel the same way. We regret ever stepping foot to this place. This place is extremely unprofessional, inconsistent, not knowledgeable and disrespectful. On top of the horrific customer service being mind boggling, the services I got done were not done properly. From making mistakes with the nurse I requested, to nurses whom had an attitude, to nurses who did not know what they were doing, to rude front desk staff. All together there is issues. I gave the place a benefit of the doubt until they made mistakes after mistakes. I got one good nurse Trisha whom was professional and spoke to me about my treatment and actually asked. Mind you, NO nurses did their job before hand to simply ask, “have you seen a diff”. I paid for laser treatments.To validate everything I’m saying, a manager by the name of Tony gets involved. You would think he would fix the issue but he simply said “I can give you a refund of your last two sessions” instead of fixing the problem he tried to get rid of me and not focus on his staff and all the mistakes they’ve made. He continued to tell me “ you sound very educated” (in a sarcastic disrespectful way) he basically called me uneducated and insulted me (BTW Tony, I’m highly educated :) ) I told him I live far from Glendale and I can’t come for a refund. He continued by being petty and acting smart by saying “when you’re in the neighborhood come by “ !!! I am in awe! I told him I will be writing a review with factual comments (which everyone has a right to do). He continued to say, “I’m getting our legal department involved” I laughed because he was threatening me with his attorneys because I said I was going to write a review. He considered it as a “threat” . I’ve never came across such a petty, rude, name calling manager as Tony. He was speaking to me as if I was his child and disciplining me. It was quite uncomfortable and weirdI wish I could write more details. But I would pay hundreds and thousands more elsewhere, to not be insulted, called names, and threatened by legal. Also be given proper treatment that I was promised and to be treated with respect. I do not recommend anyone to come here. You will pay and not get proper results. The attitudes of the nurses are not welcoming and very rude. And it all makes sense, since the manager Tony spoke to me and reacted the way he did. From insulting my intelligence, to being petty to threatening me with his legal team all because I voiced my complaint and said I will be writing a review.I’ve never gone out of my way to write a bad review. Because I generally give businesses benefit of the doubt. But this experience was so disgusting. So unprofessional. So weird and cringy. That I had no choice to write a review. It has to be at the worst level of experience for me to put in a review. And ProLase did that.

Affordable laser! Great customer service, and professional staff! Gaby is one of their best nurses, and my go to for all my laser needs. She’s friendly, warm, and makes you feel very comfortable during your session. I highly recommend Prolase! I’ve tried other nurses before and they all do a good job; you won’t be disappointed.

Did laser with them a couple of times and was happy with the results. I also did coolsculpting with them which I find more effective than other body sculpting treatments. I was a little bit disappointed with the skin tightening treatment which I find too painful with no numbing creams applied or so, I was not even able to finish the procedure.

They ripped me off of $600, when they quoted $1200 during consultation. The customer service is zero and all they care about is money. They didn’t discuss the service and pricing and when it was done they surprised me with a $600 more bill. So watch out when choosing this business!

All I can say is WOW. I have never been to a clinic where the staff has been so professionally trained and willing to accommodate as much as they could to their patients. Starting from the management, to their nurses, and ending with their front desk, they truly excel in customer service. Highly recommend this place for botox, fillers, laser hair removal and any other cosmetic needs. I typically see Enesae or Ramak for botox & fillers and I have never been so happy with my results. If I could rate this place over 5 stars I would do it in a heartbeat! Thank you Prolase for being wonderful.

This place is fantastic! The girls are always friendly in the front desk. I love the fact that they are true to appointment time. I never wait not even 5 minutes. My nurse Jay is the best! She’s very informative when it comes to hair removal. She always reminds me what not to do after the procedure is done. I value her time I’m doing so every single time. This place is great and can’t beat the Groupon deal. I am done with my 6 sessions and have now purchased another 6. I am very happy with Prolase.

This place used to be great and had awesome and very thorough technicians. They’ve lost most of that talent and have replaced them with amateurs who can’t get the job done. Also, they’re phone reps constantly screw up appointment times. I’ve found another clinic that still cares about their customers.

Prolase is a great option for laser hair removal. I went to a different place before them that was okay, but I was much more satisfied with Prolase. They have a convenient location, good customer service, and great professionals working with you for hair removal. I got Gaby, shes funny and she made me very comfortable and was very informative about the process and tips and advice for after your appointment. She is also generous with the areas she works on and with the lotion she puts on after treating areas to ensure minimum irritation. Prolase also has great packages and rates if youre looking into treating multiple areas.

My experience covers both locations in Glendale and Sherman oaks. I’m very happy with the results I had for the Botox treatment and my partner had the cool-sculpting.The front desk people were extremely friendly especially Dolores, and when I was signing up for a package, Tony the manager was professional knowledgeable and gave us the best packages, then he helped us signing up for rewards programs. Moving on to the treatment part of the experience, Ramak was sweet professional and took the time to evaluate the areas to be treated and made sure we are comfortable. I met many injectors, but she is by far the best of the best. Her hand was light and steady.I can’t thank you enough for the great experience and looking forward for future treatments.

Ive been coming here for over 8 sessions now and Im glad to say that Ive been really happy with my results and the service thanks to nurse Annie M.! Laser hair treatments are no walk in the park at times and shes so great with making you feel at ease and comfortable in a not so relaxing situation. The only downfall is that I wished scheduling was better, because its been difficult in securing an appointment with her. Not sure why shes only available on a limited schedule, and its been inconvenient for me at times to book her according to the recommended time frame for a follow-up. Thats the only negative, but overall Im a loyal customer thanks to Annie M.! Management, please schedule that woman more, so I can keep up with my appointments. It would be easier to refer friends here, as well!Also, parking here is great! Location is right off the freeway. Appointment reminders are helpful. The front staff are pleasant, as well!

Wonderful place to get laser hair removal done! The staff is so friendly! i got my full body done recently and my nurse, Arsineh was fantastic. She made sure i was comfortable and took her time. Definitely would recommend this nurse and laser clinic!!

I went there for 10 sessions, mainly shoulder and upper back. Paid more than $1,000 and got no results at all. I do have more shoulder hair now than when I first started. I tried to explain to them the problem, they didnt care and said I need another 10 sessions to get rid of the hair.I would have done that if I wanted more hair, but you know... Im trying to get rid of it 😊. I wish there is a -1 start haha or a money back button.

Ive been going to Prolase for 10 months. I paid for 6 sessions for 3 different areas upfront. I completed my 5th session last month and I am happy to say that my face and underarms are hairless. I still need 1-2 more brazilian sessions for that area to be cleared. I am very impressed with my results. I had been wanting laser for so long, but I have heard the horror stories and I have seen how some people do not know how to treat African American skin. If you are a brown person, you have to be very careful with LHR. Our skin is more pigmented and has a higher chance of being burned if the laser levels are too high. I have not had any type of issues with burning, blistering, swelling, or redness... no type of irritation at all. I have only had 1 weird encounter at Prolase... I had an esthetician who was not confident in what she was doing and she was asking me questions about the laser level. About 1-2 weeks after my session I could tell she missed a few patches. I just requested that I not get her anymore and everything was cool after that.If youre unsure about laser, this is the place to go! I love Prolase!

Im on my 5th session of laser hair removal, and so far its been amazing. The hair started coming in less thick after the second session! Im rather pale skinned with dark, thick hair, and anytime I used to shave I would get painful red bumps that would leave me unable to shave for a week. Ive been working with Arsineh through all my sessions, and shes amazing!!! Shes so nice and funny, and she definitely makes this process more comfortable. She definitely knows her stuff, and she makes it as painless as possible. I definitely recommend this location and ask for Arsineh as your technician! Oh, and not to mention the prices at this location are unheard of!

The most rude costumer service Ive ever seen!I called them one hour before my appointment time and told them that b cause of an emergency I will be late..They said its fine!!But by the time I arrived overthere(from los Angeles to glendale) they told me that its going to be 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting time!!!If u can deal with a rude unrespectful costumer service u can go and use the laser service there!!!

I have been couple of times (seven visit to be specific) so far in Prolase Laser Clinic Glendale for hair removal. The Prolase Laser Clinic Glendale is good, clean environment, polite warm receptionist, and on top of everything which caused me to rate this laser clinic “A Plus is just “Arsineh””. She/Arsineh is very skilled, professional and extremely pleasant as a skilled nurse. She/Arsineh will brief you over the process, pre and after treatment DO/NOT TO DO which makes the treatment more productive. She/Arsineh adjust/fine tune and customize the strength of the laser based on your body and your feedback. All said, there is nothing but, good about Arsineh and I do extremely recommend her. Arsineh is a valuable asset to this laser clinic facility.

Since this business got expanded, they hired a lot of inexperienced nurses who are not well trained in their job. I think people should avoid this place for at least 6 months or prolapse needs to send their nurses to get better trained.I would not return to this facility and do not recommend this place to anyone. Please see my detailed comment below.I went to prolapse for my 4th session of hair removal and I had the worst experience.My first session was ok few months back and I had 2 good nurses for my 2nd and 3rd session therefore I scheduled my 4th session and requested the same nurse from the previous time. Unfortunately once I arrive, a laser nurse took me and said that my requested nurse was sick and did not go in today. I was not informed of this by the front desk and never received a call regarding this and it was too late for me to leave. So I gave it a shot and stayed but I hope I didnt. This girl missed a lot of my hair spots and did a horrible job. She did not even know which areas I was there for. I payed 200$ and got the worst laser treatment.She also told me that she works at a medical center and she just does this once in a while. Lots of their nurses arent even full time laser RNs and they do this part time.

Horrible service, poor quality. they burned my legs with laser, I have horrible scars after treatment and they didnt even appologise to me. When I tried to contact a manager, they tell me that he is not avalable and that he willl call back- he never did!

The staff, technicians, and estheticians are all sweet and caring and have always made me feel welcome.Wholly, the clinic is run in a professional manner. From the confirmation phone calls to the actual facility, the place is spot on. The receptionists are always friendly and accommodating. They always make sure to book the right appointment for you and truly do their best to fit it to your own schedule. The rooms are all clean and spotless and it makes you feel good knowing you are being treated in such a hygienic environment.As far as my laser treatments go, I have always been satisfied. Every technician I have had has been kind and made me feel very comfortable. Sometimes theyll spark up a conversation in order to veer your mind away from the treatment.Lastly, the esthetician Azniv is primarily the reason why I love Prolase so much. Azniv truly has magic hands. She has worked wonders on my skin. I have never met a esthetician who is so knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. Before I have the chance to explain to her what is happening with my skin, she can simply tell me by taking a closer look at my skin. She has always recommended the appropriate products that have further helped with my skin care and I ALWAYS trust her opinion. She genuinely cares about her clients and tries her best to make sure she can do anything in her power to make you leave happily. I have recommened many friends to her and they all agree that her hands work wonders. Once you go to her for your facials you will not want to go to anyone else. Thank you Azniv!!!
