Had tattoo removed today! They did a great job...

I came here for a full back hair removal twice. The first time the session lasted 10 minutes, and the second time 5 minutes. Barely felt anything even after asking them to increase the power for the second visit. I was previously at another place that did a great job and the session lasted over a half hour and was much cheaper. Would not recommend this place at all. Very disappointed.

I’ve had Amazing results with my tattoo removal. Kim takes good care of me, even holds my hand through the painful procedure. You’re welcomed with smiles as soon as you walk through the door and VERY reasonable prices ! My wrist, fingers, and hands have all been removed now I should have a few more sessions, until my the tattoo behind my ear is completely gone. Also DO NOT ASK how many sessions until it will be gone, because they do not know it ALL depends on your ink and how well you take care of the lasers areas. My Ear has blue ink and is taking the longest but my black ink came out quick. It’s been worth the pain.

The office was very nice and very well kept. Both Elizabeth and Kim were very nice, helpful and informative. Elizabeth was who did my tattoo removal and she explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood exactly how the procedure would go and what to expect in the healing process. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends for not only tattoo removal but the other treatments they offer. Also in regards to expense their prices are very fair.

The other day I was at brunch with some friends. Running late, I didnt wear make-up. My friends looked and me and said, Your wrinkles are gone.. Thank you, Leah! Your microdermabrasion treatments and suggested products have changed my looks for the better. I finally feel beautiful.

I came into the clinic to get a tattoo removed that I got for an ex boyfriend. Their new machine is not as painful as I expected. Before they laser they put numbing cream on the tattoo 10 minutes prior. Also my favorite part was they use a chiller during the process of lasering. After the laser they put an ice pack to make it not burn as much. Everyone that works at the clinic is very friendly and makes me and everyone else feel comfortable! I recommend this clinic for any laser treatment!!!

I am so thankful to have found this place! I delt with unwanted sun spots and facial hair for a couple of years. The treatment for the spot removal was quick and less painful with a quicker recovery than I previously experienced at the dermatologist. I was not sure if laser hair removal worked but I had to try. Thank god I did! I will receive my 5th treatment next month and I could not be more pleased with my results. The staff is extremely friendly and makes sure you know your options. I am so grateful for how they helped me feel like me again!

I would highly recommend this office for all your hair removal needs. The prices are very fair and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming.

I was very apprehensive going for a facial treatment using a gift certificate. I wasnt the one that checked out the location or even interviewed the staff but I took a deep breath and went there.Im so glad I did. The place was immaculate, the staff some of the friendliest people and getting there early game me a chance to speak with the esthetician before my session.My a friend also got info on botox shots from the nurse practitioner administering them for a friend thats interested in this process.They are now my go to place.

Tried to remove a homemade tattoo on my daughters hand and after 5 treatments at $57 each (plus tip) its still VERY visible. Very disappointed... Will be taking her elsewhere.

Horrible. Period! I felt as if the aesthetician didn’t do her best because I used a Groupon. I barely felt anything as did the microdermabrasion! It was as if she didn’t want to touch me. I’ve definitely had better procedures with more CARING and knowledgeable aestheticians. 9/21/18

I was there for laser hair removal. She didnt do good she was in hurry. I told her to hit some spots .I will not go back there again.

On my treatment I got burn my cheeks and neck when I went there she just gave me alo gell .they should have any kind ointment if its happen very disappointed would not recommend to anyone they not even following patients if they know they are burn .

The owner of this place need to learn about customer service.
