I called to cancel my appointment a month ahead of time and some guy picked up the phone he made my following “appointment “ but I showed up and the place was closed!! Then I called the next day and the same guy picked up which was rude in the phone and he put me on HOLD FOR 10 minutes which I hanged up after waiting for a long time. I don’t understand why they have a guy working here that can’t make Appointment for customers!

Amazing place to do laser. My go to nurse is Anna and I love her! She knows what she is doing and I feel so safe knowing she is doing my procedure.

Lovely and friendly nurses who are always helpful. I am a big baby when it comes to pain and Idc what anyone says, laser hurts!! The nurses here were very sweet and helpful and comforted me as much as they could during each laser session! I highly recommend!

The only good thing about this place is that it’s cheap. The front desk seems dry and gives you this awkward stare while you’re waiting to be called. The nurses are also dry and sometimes rude, I was given mixed information from the two nurses there as far as when I can shave before my visit. The owner, or I think he was the owner walked into the parking lot and grabbed his golf club from his trunk, gave me a long stare then swung it a few times. He then walked to the side of my car, then walked back into the office. I’m not sure if they think this is normal behavior, but there are too many signs telling me to never come here again. I advise you all to do the same. I would rather pay more money for actual costumer service and a smile here an there.

Other place use used cheap juvaderm but here. They open it in front of you. Also great price.

This was my first time here. Can’t say the experience was the best. If your appointment is at 10:15 be prepared to wait until 11 just to be seen. Since I got there early I waited over an hour in those uncomfortable chairs they have in the lobby. I watched people get there after me with appointments after mine be seen right away. The laser was okay I guess but I was already irritated about having to wait so long for a 15min appointment. Will not be back again. Would not recommend

Ana is a compassionate registered nurse, and a big help for making me feel comfortable. I had never gotten this procedure before and I can already see the results within just one use. Armond is a very professional manager and helped me with the forms. Go Fix Laser & Skin Center !

My experience at Fix Laser & Skin Center is always great! My treatment is done with Liana and she is simply great! She really puts in time and effort into my laser treatment. She does a very thorough job and the results definitely show after every sessions. I always recommend my family and friends to visit Fix Laser & Skin Center. I also enjoy front desk girls as they are super sweet.

Very friendly and comfortable environment. I went in to get a full bikini and underarm treatment, and typically this can be a very awkward and slightly painful experience, but the technicians there make me feel completely at ease and comfortable. I wouldnt ever think about going anywhere else! Especially because their prices are very competitive and always have some kind of special going on. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff, great waiting area with coffee and cookies available to clients why waiting for the nurse. I went in for a living social deal, but instantly fell in love with their service, their detailed consultation, and specials that they are offer for the month. I went in to remove unwanted hair from my happy trail and after 2 sessions, Im seeing excellent results. Im very happy with Fix Laser & Skin Center, will truly recommend.

It hurts but 100% worth it! Been going here for several months for laser hair removal, and the results are great! The staff is super friendly, and Ive never had to wait more than five minutes when I arrive for my appointments. The nurses make you feel comfortable and go at your pace. Really glad I found Fix.

Ive been coming here for laser hair removal treatments and the treatments were excellent! I showed up with so many ingrown hairs and after a few treatments the ingrown hairs were gone and my hair barely grew back. Great service with clean facilities.

Have been going for a couple years, got several different areas done, have seen the results I wanted for a great price. As a hairy person, this has been 100% worth it, don’t have to shave anymore.

The e-sign documents are very convenient for me. The whole staff was friendly. The business location is clean and stocked with complimentary coffee while you wait. The process was fast and cant wait to get another treatment.

Had many back hair removal treatments, grew back like a forrest. I have dark back hair not blonde and was told I was good for the treatment. Laser Hair removal is a scam imho. Its temporary Burning your money and the smell of burning hair is what you get. Really nice staff though enjoyed them. I think they were trying their best. It just was zero effective.

Yesterday I went in and got my under arms lasered. It was my third time going and every time it so quick and clean and professional. This place really is amazing. It was my first time being on the maximum setting, but still it didnt hurt nearly as bad as I was expecting!

I went in for laser face and neck hair removal, my experience was great so far, my roommate was shocked and pleased with the results so far, as now she wants to switch over to youre establishment, the nurse is great and takes her time with me shes not rushed and is very understandable, me being a male and having so much hair can be painful but she helped me with the pain and gave me advice, the front desk staff was friendly and smiled all the time I felt very welcomed, the lobby had snacks and coffee and water at hand, I will defenantly be recommending this place thanks.

Staff is really friendly and you never have to wait, it is a lil painful but if you go every 4-5 weeks like expected youll get great results . I drive an hour just to come here because they make me feel so comfortable .
