I was unfortunately scammed by a company pretending to be Kay Jewelers online. When I was disputing the charges with my credit card I needed a statement from a jeweler about the jewelry I had received. The actual Kay Jewelers would NOT help me! Thats when I thought of Oleg at the Jewelry Hospital. I went in with the jewelry, and explained what happened. I always go to Oleg for the best watch batteries ever, and I knew he was a great person. He helped me get the letter I needed for my credit card company, and even said they could call him if they had any questions. I always recommend The Jewelry Hospital to everyone that needs watch batteries, or jewelry repair; but after his help today I wanted to make sure EVERYONE knew what an awesome person he is, on top of being an awesome jeweler. I stopped here on a whim. Hubby was getting his car worked on nearby and we walked around the same shopping plaza for a bit. Mom gave me a silver and turquoise ring that belonged to her sister who passed before I was born. This ring is ancient! Auntie got the ring with defects in it. She thought it added to the value. The defects bothered me, though. I was afraid to lose the stone inside. I noticed the jewelry hospital and saw they do southwest jewelry repairs, so I stopped in. Oleg talked me through the defects, pointing out everything I had already seen on this heirloom of mine, quoted me a very reasonable price and timeline. I missed my ring while it was here, but hoped it would be done soon. They called back a day earlier than expected and it is beautiful! It was stated they almost did a whole new ring, but the price quoted was what I paid. I am very thrilled with the work they did and now feel more secure wearing aunties ring without fear of it falling apart on me!

Brought my guess watch to get the battery replaced, now keep in mind that I had tried 2 different places and they had messed up the lip on the back of the watch. He was not only able to open the watch and change the battery he also polished it and got rid of all the scratches the other places put on my watch, very friendly staff and good work, completely recommend their service. not expensive either so I will be definitely coming back

Oleg - the man, the myth, and the legend - resized my fiances engagement ring down there sizes within an hour and a half on Christmas-eve eve. A more difficult job than usual, he had it ready for our Christmas trip when everyone else quoted days to weeks for the resize.

Great job resizing my wedding band and engagement ring. Also I took in a gold ring that i had tried to clean with bleach, which is really bad for gold, made it have a crazy dark patina and weakened the gold so it cracked on the back of the ring,.I thought for sure there was no way to fix it but I took it in anyway, he did an incredible job, cleaned it up as good as new and fixed the back. I was so excited, I hadnt worn the ring for years. I will definitely be back if I have any other repairs, or cleaning to do, so impressed also it only took three days to get all three done, and for a great price!

I had taken a watch to The Jewelry Hospital to have it checked out and a new battery put in. I cant believe how nice and fast they were. Got to talking and mentioned that I have lots of watches new and old, some working and others not. Ended up taking more of my watches to him, batteries replaced, watches cleaned, and just a checkup. Figured I wouldnt see them for a couple of weeks, but he called the next day and they were ready! I keep finding more watches and I keep going back! Best service and nicest guy !

Absolutely amazing work, and price wasnt bad. Got a spring in the clasp of my bracelet fixed and only took an hour to do and got more than I expected. He replaced the O ring for free as I payed for fixing the spring and the cleaning, but polished it to where it looked completely brand new and I clean my jewelry regularly and never gotten any piece as clean as he did my bracelet. Wouldnt even consider going to ANYONE else for my future jewelry repair needs

I brought an old family ring in to have some major repairs done before giving it to my son for graduation. It was in very sad shape. Oleg did a terrific job. He completely repaired the ring including adding a new diamond (which had fallen out), fixed many cracks, sized it, and most importantly added customized lettering on the ring (in gold) that he did by hand. Amazing job. The ring is nearly 70 years old and can now continue to past down. The price was very fair. I highly recommend.

The bezel of my Chinese gold coin was damaged with a small piece missing. The bezel is very intricate and delicate and I was really worriedthat it could not be repaired. I took it in to the Jewelry Hospital after seeing all the positive reviews on their web site. I have to tell you I couldnt be more pleased with the out come. My pendant is perfect and you would never know it had been damaged. I will take all my future business there.

I brought my family ring in to be fixed since it had broken at a seam to make it bigger. He did quick work (I took it in Friday and got it back Wednesday) and my ring looks better than it did the day my parents gave it to me. The prongs that held in a small ruby were all but gone and there was other structural damage. The quote to fix was lower than others to just fix the band and the quality of work was amazing.
