Wow fantastic work on my wedding ring! I took it to a jeweler at Paradise Valley Mall to repair the prongs and it looked terrible! Gaston replaced the head, polished it up and it looks amazing!!! Thanks so much!

Friendly staff & they do excellent work. Sometimes they take a little longer than they estimate, but the high quality is definitely evident.

It may not be in the best area but looks will be deceiving. The customer service is very inviting and they DO NOT pressure you to buy anything. They are very helpful and accommodating with your needs. I went there to purchase an engagement ring for my now Fiancée and they catered to my/her needs according without trying to upset me. I actually really respected that. The jeweler they have, lets talk about him! He does AMAZING work! When I saw my ring it looked flawless and that was even after a resize! I was and still am impressed by his craftsmanship. This store has been around for a long time and there is a reason for that. I have no problem with purchasing any jewelry from them.

Just left! I had a cross neckless repaired. The clasp had to be reattached and knots taken out. The lady that helped was respectful and a pleasure to do business with. Everywhere else wanted $50 or more she took $5 for the same job and had it done in an hour. It was a very easy and quick job but she was the only one with a reasonable price. I don’t even write reviews but the experience was so great I had to. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

Great family operated store with super friendly staff, very very knowledgeable on everything from gold to diamonds. Stopped in for a new watch battery, in and out in five minutes!

Excellent service! I went to my regular local jewelry store first, but they weren’t taking any precautions against COVID-19, so I came to Gastons instead, and I’m glad I did! Fast, friendly and polite service, and everyone was wearing masks properly and social distancing. My watch battery unable to be repaired because the old battery corroded inside and damaged the watch, Gastons tried to fix it, but couldn’t because of the corrosion and so they didn’t charge me.

Fantastic Local Jeweler, took in my fathers 70 year old High School ring to have it resized. Phyllis treated it as if it were her own. Looks like it did in 1950, thank you to All the folks at Gaston Jewelers for your careful and thoughtful work.

Went in to look for a wedding band, found one we liked, and they modified it in 30 min to what we both loved. Had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating!

At first I was not very happy with my experience here but the end results turned out great.I had my engagment ring sized here. I was told I should do a size smaller than I wanted. Of course I agreed since they are a jewler they probably know best. When I picked up my ring that was sized to the recommend size of course it was too small. I informed the lady this isnt going to work for me, I need the size I originally asked for. The lady was very polite about it but then told me I would have to wait an additional week to get it sized again. I was upset when I left since I already waited a week for the first sizing. The very next day I got a phone call that my ring was ready to be picked up. I was so happy. I appreciated the fact that they righted the wrong in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be going back for any other needs I have.

Gastons is the BEST by far!!!! We went in for a minor repair on a wedding ring, Carol, the owner was gracious enough to spend time with us and they repaired the ring beautifully. The service was fast. Carol even called to let us know the ring was done and on its way. We had to drive over 200 miles to do business here due to where we live out in the boonies and we will NEVER do business with any other jeweler again except with Gaston. Even if we have to drive further to get to them. Ive been around a long time and dealt with many jewelers and Gaston is the best by far!!

Absolutely happy! Ive been having trouble trying to get my ring fixed by the original jeweler and Gaston Jewelers helped me out! They fixed my ring by the end of the day! I cant even tell which side was replaced. Everyone I encountered in the store was very kind. Thanks again! I will be back!!!

I just went there to see about getting my prongs tightened on my ring. They were super friendly. Told me 3 days (which is much better than the week or two at the chain stores). When I asked how much the nice lady went to check and told me $20 and they would do it while I waited! That is way more affordable and you cant beat that turnaround! I will continue to give them my business and avoid the large jewelry chains in the future. Thank you so much for the great service!

Some Old lady set in her ways.. was completely rude& combative over me just simply asking questions about appraisals and resetting of diamonds.I am a lady with a not high pictched voice so she concluded I was a man and continued to referred to me as “Sir” about 7 times before I decided to inform her “I’m a Lady, not a man”! No apologies just skipped over the offense and moved on telling me how I should proceed in what to do with my ring. NOT GOING TO THEM! EVER!Luckily I have other options and will use them for what I need done!

I always go to this place for battery replacement with no problem at all. Just recently my watches needed battery replacement so I came back to GASTON. The two old ladies this time refused and said they don’t do those kind of watches and told me to go to another battery place. Really!. These we’re the same watches I came here for replacement before and now they wouldn’t do it. Thanks to Carol (the owner) who came out from her office and accommodated me and did it anyway. But with these two old ladies negative attitude, I will never come back to this place again. Horrible customer service!.

Just needed to get a new battery for my watch. They were pretty nice and prices were reasonable. I also didnt have to pay until I went to pick it up because they said I dont pay if they cant fix it.

I went shortly before close to get a battery replacement and they were able to accommodate even though they didnt have to! I was very pleased with the service and I will be returning.

I have been going to Gaston for 30 years, and have always walked away feeling that they gave me a good deal, quality jewelry and repair. I would highly recommend this jeweler and their level of integrity.

Found them on Google Maps. They are very friendly and professional. I explained to them what I needed and they explained very thoroughly how they could help me. I would refer to them.

Went in to sell an 8 gram gold band that I no longer needed. The old ladies had horrible attitudes. I left when they offered me $100. I waited a while and the price of gold dropped even more. I just took the same ring to a no name store and just got $140. The nasty attitude really turned me off, I will not do business there in the future.

Took old watch to have clasp fixed, they said they would call me when part came in. Waited one week with no response. I called them and they told me it was like finding a needle in a haystack. Didnt even have courtesy to notify me. Told me to try to find someone with like watch or get a new watch.

Probably a fine place for jewelry but not much for watch repair. They dont work on Seiko watches, but they sell them. Also, thought a luminox was a low end swiss army watch and it would be cheaper to buy a new one rather than fix it. Luminox watches sell for $300-$500. So probably just not that knowledgeable on watches.

The owner offered me $5.00 for a solid silver antique concho belt that EDMARSHALLS gave me 300.00 for. Rip off artist.
