I have been an honored customer for about a year now, I have had nothing but excellent and honest customer service, Which made my husband and I return frequently. They always have smiles on their faces and always eager to help you find the perfect gift no matter what the occasion.
I’ve had so many issues with Kay’s.First my wedding ring replacement took over two months to be done from ordering it from the arrowhead office, lost couldn’t find the original order request… then ordered my husbands ring from the west gate thinking better service, no the salads girl didn’t write up the order correctly and wanted another month for the item. And now the recent!!! I ordered some earrings for a Father’s Day gift to only hear today THEY WERE RETURNED!!!! Why??? Kay’s could not verify, well thanks!! Ruined my fathers day gift. Nothing they could do but refund, I don’t want a refund I want my jewelry! Guess I’m taking my business elsewhere!
I recently bought a engagement ring for my girlfriend so now she is my fiancé and like the customer service form kay. One thing I dont like is that now that it has to get resized because they all come in # 7 its going to take 2 weeks idk if you also know women but they want it asap so with that been said 2 weeks is a long time even for me.
In August I bought my wife 2 necklaces, both with our sons names. Melvin and Mason, my wife had been wanting these for a while now. Everything went well at the time of purchase, all the way to picking them up, however my wife was far from pleased with the product, disappointed really. She quickly realized that the Font size between both names was different.We addressed this with our sales representative and mentioned that we would get a call with in a couple weeks, well... it’s been a month and no call. I’m very disappointed as this is our first Kay jewelers purchase and based on this experience maybe the last.I’m looking to get this matter finally resolved, I’m having a hard time understanding why the Font size would change based on the amount of letters, especially with a one letter difference.If that’s the case, which I don’t think it is, this was not explained to us at the time of purchase.Kay Jewelers is not a small company and one that has a reputations for making things right and keep clients happy, I look forward to hearing back from management so that we can finally get the product we envisioned and enjoy it.Thank you.
Honestly I forgot the guys name that helped me but he is very well prepared for his duties of making the girlfriend say yes to the right ring . His customer service was outstanding . I will be going back because I got the warranty and the guy told me all about the benefits of having the warranty which I recommend everyone gets . Its the guy the rolls his neck a lot. Very helpful.
As much as I want to like this location in the tanger outlet. I cant seem to like it one bit... I get it, I went in when it was busy. So I walked around, looked around then sat down patiently waiting for my turn to get help.... sat over 20 mins and it seems like people who were after me and barely walked thru the door was getting help before me.... before leaving I kindly asked one of the employees if I could get my ring maintained at a different store and they said yes. Please dont waste your time here waiting like I did...
They told my fiancé they would fix my engagement ring to any size . Now they were telling us they cannot. All they did was insert a little piece metal which made my ring look worst . They will not give us a refund . I do not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
My experience was awesome I cant believe how low of a price I got my ring today we were going to do the trade in up grade but we ended up walking out of there with my original ring a bigger upgraded ring & 3 pairs of earrings for what we should have paid to trade in my original ring!!! Plus the customer service there is great everytime stephanie was a big help today!!! Thank you so much....

Was just intending to window shop with my husband, we’ve been wanting to upgrade my wedding band. We were helped by sales associate Tammy. She was so sweet, friendly, easy to talk to and did not push or pressure us into buying anything. Of course my hubby and I ended up really liking two different enhancers. One was about $300 more than the other and Tammy did not try to push the more expensive piece. She encouraged us to go with what we were comfortable with financially and which style I preferred more. I kept going back and forth between the two enhancers and Tammy did not rush me or get frustrated (we had window shopped at Helzberg earlier and were not treated very well by their associate, got mad and snapped band back from me when I said we were just looking). Once I was sure I loved one band over the other my husband decided to purchase it right then and there. While Tammy rang it up she had my engagement ring and current band cleaned. Tammy really showed us true customer service and we have decided to go come back to Kay’s for all of our jewelry purchases in the future.
I call and call and call this place. Never any answer. I have never received an email nor text, nothing to pick up my ring that is getting sized. It’s been over a month and I’m going in this afternoon to see why the wait and lack of communication. Horrible customer service. Lack of professionalism. It’s nothing but kids who run the place. Horrible experience. I just want my ring back and will never deal with Kay Jewler’s again.
I’m getting married soon in two weeks and I’ve had to take my ring back twice now going to be 3 times to get the diamond replaced because it falls out mind you I’m not even wearing it! It’s just sitting in the box and I open it here and there to just look at it and fall even more in love with it and each time I decide to look at it the diamond is gone and it’s the same one so again I gotta take it in to get it fixed and hope they can have it done before the wedding.
Stephanie is just awesome. I came in ready to return a bridal set I purchased not even a month ago due to billing issues. She heard me out and helped me solve the issue and on top of that gave me a better deal. Excellent customer service. I appreciate the help and value!
Came in for my biannual inspection and cleaning. I was promptly greeted by Ruby and she helped consolidate All of my jewelry into one account. She was knowledgeable and vet friendly. I will definitely be back to do my shopping with her!
This is the worst store I have ever been too. I ordered a enhancement band for my finance and it had to be re sized because she has small fingers which is fine. The sales person told me thats no issue but will take two weeks. Which was fine but we informed them the wedding was about a month away. They said no problem it will be done. We waited the two weeks and nothing so we called them said it couldnt come in at the size we requested but would be 1 size to big and we understood. We said thats fine we can deal with it after the wedding and get it fixed. So we called today which was the day they says they would call us and let us know to pick it up. They informed us they wont have it for a few more days and it cant be done to the size we want we have to custom order one. So we asked for a refund and they said come in and get it. We went in later that night and asked for the refund the lady who helped was very polite but the manager just sat in the back and didnt acknowledge us or say anything. Moral of the story dont do business here they have the worst customer service out their. I will be in contact with the store manager and corporate to make this correct. Talking to Steven the manager is a waste of your time I did over the phone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I came in with my parents to pick out jewelry for my wedding. Ruby was so helpful and patient! She really took the time to find out what we wanted and helped us special order earrings.

We have been going to this store for well over a year and always get great service. Anytime that we go in for a cleaning or our 6 month inspection they have always treated us kindly. I have recommended many people to go there since they know the products well and they have great prices.

I was recently in at Kay looking for a promise ring for my girlfriend and the sales person Stephanie was very helpful and knowledgeable she made my experience very exciting would totally recommend!
I wish I could give them zero stars!!these people sold us a ring that continually broke and they sent it back to their Jewelers who supposedly fixed it....so my boyfriend returned the ring that he originally bought and got me a nicer ring that was supposed to be better. It was purchased on the 4th of May it wasnt sent out until two days afterwards and then it was returned to the store on the 13th of May, we have not gotten an email nor a phone call and they have both of our numbers and both of our email addresses. When I decided to pop in on Wednesday since it was technically supposed to be done by the 21st of May I was greeted with a sign that stated, under remodeling hopefully opened by Friday. I called customer service and put a complaint in and ask for somebody of authority to call me back I ended up leaving a voicemail for a district manager under the name of Mike which for the last 48 hours have not heard anything from him...now after having dinner and settling down for the night I get a call from Kays jeweler in Glendale your ring is ready 😠😠😠😠. no one called to let us know or send out an email that they were going to be under construction and that they were going to hold my ring for 7 days.they sold us a ring that continued to break obviously there Jewelers are incompetent and now their communication skills are awful including corporate communication skills!!! I seriously want to return the ring the boyfriend bought me and have him spend his hard earned money else where.
They cancelled my order without calling and letting me know . The service was horrible the young man helping us was not knowledgeable.I returned my ring and got a refund on the other order they cancelled . I went to the other jewelry store Helzberg, much better service there. They also put warranties and charged for it without explaining what it was or asking.
Poor execution on the employees, I thought nothing of it after reading reviews and went in anyways to look for an engagement ring. We literally waited over half an hour before I had to approach an employee to be assisted. Well after that long you lose interest and the snobby body language of the employee was something to laugh about. If I were you I’d drive an hour to Shane Company in Scottsdale, went there yesterday, was greeted at the door and was in and out in 30 minutes with the purchase of a ring. Also, you don’t have to wait two weeks for your ring to be sized, they do it all within a week at the store.
The Associate was polite and very helpful. Great experience will be back

Our troubles started September 13th with Kay Jewelers, there has been several issues since day one and terrible communication. I was engaged September 7th and planning a wedding for June. Not even a week later, my fiance and I turned in my engagement ring to get the wedding band made. First it was not the correct design we decribed and it was in the wrong size as well, it was now October. We get informed the ring will need to be ordered in the size for the band to be designed with it (wish that was communicated a month prior). The ring that arrived was not what we were expecting, the stone was a different cut that was placed differently on the band and the clarity was not as good. It is now November at this point and of course that was another issue to add more time to get resolved. They had to switch the stones out and we had to wait until December to finally see the engagement ring finished and the wax of the wedding band created correctly. They explained the shadow band and it was clarified that it would be 2 separate rings, the engagement ring and the wedding band. Jan 25th we have to call the store in order to find out the ring had arrived at the store (they never called to tell me). We arrive to see the final product to have another dissatisfied instance. The ring is now one piece. We no longer have an engagement ring, the bands were soldered together. It was never communicated that was going to happen. After being engaged for 4 months and only having the ring for less than 1 week, I was robbed of the full experience of having an engagement ring. I was completely denied the entire time to enjoy the engagement ring before getting a band. There was a lot of money and stress involved in regarding all of these issues. The wedding is now 5 months away and the store expects me to wear the one peice engagement ring and wedding band from now on. How could they not communicate that it would be 1 ring we would have waited to get the wedding band and kept the engagement ring as is. It was unnecessary to get the band attached 5 months before the wedding. Very unprofessional and lack of communication. We are going to express all of our issues we endured to anyone and everyone we can. We will recommend other people purchasing jewelry to go elsewhere. Kay Jewelers has been the one and only negative about our engagement.
Great customer service my good friend just proposed to his girl now his wife was on time grind of one month to buy the ring not only did we also got great customer service with full explanation on how the warranty work and its limitations . No bs store .
My husband and I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and not one employee even greated us. Poor customer service if you ask me. We had cash in hand and knew exactly what we wanted. We went around the corner to Helzberg where we were promptly greated and assisted.
Went in tonight to look at rings and was completely ignored. Finally got a guy to help us and he barely had the time to show us one ring with attitude I might add. I said how about a different ring and looked back and he was gone. My girlfriend and I were flabbergasted that he just walked away to go hang out behind the other counter. I have been in here multiple times with good service but this time made me want to never go back.
Me and my sis went to this place I got to say it was the worst customer service ever! First of all they didn’t even pay no attention to us as if we couldn’t afford what they had. And trust me we had money to spend. Racial discrimination is what happen!!! Many customer may not have gone thru what me and my sister went thru and I hope they can change how they work, it’s not right to treat people less because you think highly of yourself, and trust me working at a jewelry store is no career and you ain’t better than anyone we are here equally in this world. Recently went Kay jewelers on Dec 18th to look at engagement rings and worked with Stephanie. She was wonderful . My fiancé went back the next day to purchase it. Then when I had to go back For fitting, they told me itd be available Jan 19th. Never got a call or email & then when I had to personally call they told me it was back on the 11th on January. Coming in tonight, I worked with Caitlyn who then told me no work had been done to my ring and it was the same size . After that I was ready to return it and she asked me why. Maybe because it still isnt sized? Horrible customer service . Seriously going to be cancelling the account I have with Kay jewelers . What a waste of time. Dont recommend
They girl who helped me out was great. We had to get the ring resized whitch took 10 days then the ring came back not clean so they sent back whitch took a week nd then came back missing a stone nd got sent back which took another week nd came back with loose stones nd got sent back. Its been almost a month since we seen it. I would not buy from them ever again Very unhappy with there outside company.
Fiance and I went to look at Male rings and were completely ignored. Walked around to look for the ringss, sat down and Waited for half an hour, made eye contact with an employee and we were still not acknowledged.We have purchased ratings and rings before at Kay jewelers and have always been greeted well. This orgination was rude and un-professional.
Went in with the full intention of buying some chains and was completely ignored and surprised with the lack of service. Needless to say I will not be returning and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go
