They closed down the location nearest to me so I drove to Arrowhead on Sunday only to see the store closed with the gates down. There was a note that they closed early but it was dated for the day before....I had tried calling before I left but no answer and Google showed them open but apparently they werent lol.

Definitely not going back to this store. Sales associate was really rude.

Very rude sales person said she knows nothing about repairs.Bought diamond ring, diamond earrings and watch from the store in Evansville INDIANA.Had the best experience there. Here we’ll after having a bad time with the sales lady the manager did not help situation. She said repairs will take forever to take it elsewhere. So happy with Helzberg! Not only are the staff amazing, but my fiancé bought my engagement ring here, & its perfect! Took my ring to get resized; I was very worried about the diamonds on the sides of the ring, due to it getting resized so small, but they did a beyond perfect job! Would definitely recommend this Glendale location!

They are Wonderful people to do business with in West Gate Mall. Couldnt find a watch battery for my diamond watch & they had one & put it in for me! Fantastic customer service. On my receipt I see Jacqui and Judy as associates... I was being helped by the one with the lovely UK accent. I was looking for a specific pendant and chain and found a pendant I fell in love with. However, the gold chains were simply out of my price range. She suggested doing silver instead and even mentioned where Kays was. I came back and asked if they had gold-plated and even though they didnt, she was so helpful and kind. I bought the pendant because I knew I would solve the chain issue! :)

Came in on 6/2 I loved my sales person but Im am largely underwhelmed by there service, quoted my ring would be in 6/14 then resizing would take another week. 6/21 rolls around, oh sorry theres been a delay and could be 4 weeks w/covid cool. I wait two more weeks, then I call again, ring as far as anyone can tell me hasnt even made it there yet, and now covid delays can be up to 6 weeks from purchase. Here we are on 7/23 and I still dont have my ring and after ten mins of being on hold I decided to write this, by the time Im done i will note the time in mins how long Ive been on the phone and got immediately put on hold. 14mins 8 seconds

Jewelry is very nice but some of the workers customer service sucks bad. I dont bother taking my ring in anymore

I found the EXACT engagement ring set I wanted at 1/3 the price of Jared at this store last year. Ive gone to this location to have them sized, sodered and inspected. The staff and jeweler has always been great and delivered what theyve promised.

I really love the Glendale location. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My fiance and I used to go to Aarowhead location but always got the run around from them and they were always snobby to us but the Glendale location is great! We bought out wedding bands there and are very satisfied

I have been waiting for my wedding and engagement ring for five weeks now. I sent it in to be soldered and cleaned and they handed it back after two weeks with two diamonds missing. The response to that was OH yeah that happens!!! Now its been three weeks and they are saying its because their jeweler had a heart attack... What jewelry store does not have a back up to their jeweler!!! Gene the manager just laughed like a complete idiot when i told him how completely inexcusable this service has been. He told me that my rings are with another helzberg jeweler and unfortunately there is no priority. But i was NOW getting superior quality service! This company is a complete disaster and a joke. Several diamonds have fallen from my ring. Their service is slow and now they just sit back with your belongings and act like its funny. Dont shop here save yourself the trouble.

Got my ring serviced to get all stones tightened and make sure the prongs are good and 2 weeks went by and another diamond fell out. Ugh! And of course charge me each time I go in to reset the diamond.

Took my wedding band in to get it sodered to my engagement ring. They had to send it out to have that done. I got it back a week later and it was completely crooked. The jewler seller lady said well take some time and wear it for awhile and see how you feel Uhm. No. This is my wedding ring and Im not settling for this. So they take it back to the Jewler in the store who reattached it but its still not straight or even. So then they tell me theyll just order me a new wedding band, but I cant keep the one I originally got married with. I dont want that either. So then I was told to make an appointment after the Valentines Day rush to speak with the Jewler again to see what he can do. And now the Jewler is out of the office till April. Never coming back here again. Dont trust them with your wedding rings, or anything. Theyll mess it up.

Bought two rings from here had to return one due to ordering wrong size had mine resized looks like something you get your child out of a quarter machine Judy the clerck who sold the rings was stuck up and acted like I was ruining her day for making a perchase and now its took over a week to get my refund I paid cash should get cash back quick to take very reluctant to give it back do not go here its just a hassle

I went in to have a watch sized and they told me that due to he heavy traffic they are not sizing watches today. There was 2 customers in the store and 3 people working that ere t helping anyone.
