My Seiko Automatic Scuba Divers Watch of 10 years started running real fast. I googled up other folks recommendations and determined that I would probably pay $150 TO $200 to clean/ fix or $600 new for the same watch. I’d had the same model for 30 years that required one cleaning for $150. Not happy with the options I found Best on Yelp highly rated. I called and talked to Patrick who suggested I bring it in so he could see it. I took it in that afternoon and Patrick popped off the back, saw some dust obstructing a spring and told me he suspected that as the culprit. This was on a Friday and he told me to come back the following Monday and it would probably only be $15. I came back in on Monday afternoon and the watch has been correct to the minute for the last week, without requiring a major cleaning and replacement of a bunch of gaskets. I had replaced the crystal last year with real sapphire and it should last now for several more years (knock on wood). Kudos to Patrick and Best Jewellry & Watch Repair. I never write a review, but this just blew me away.

Ive had a good experience visiting the store months ago, in 2020. The man nice man, whose name escapes me at this moment (I apologize), was extremely friendly, and very cordial. he did a great job adjusting the length of my watchs links. Ill be visiting him again today, I am sure itll be another good experience.

I dont write too many reviews but this place in particular deserves one. I needed a new battery for my watch and the guy that helped me was absolutely the best. Very pleasant and attentive. Affordable prices! I highly recommend this place.

I went in asking if they could fix a ring with a broken band. They were very friendly, and it took them very little time to do an excellent job, and the cost was very reasonable.They will definitely get my business again if I need jewelry or watch repair in the future.

I went to add a link to my watch. The owner took one minute to adjust the case link instead and did not charge me even when I insisted to pay. Very friendly and nice too. Fight on!

I had such a great experience this morning. I brought in my watch because it wasnt working properly. It could have been the battery -- or something mechanical. He spent time to check out the battery (which wasnt the problem) as well as some cleaning up of the watch. He put the battery back in, so far so good. Fingers crossed, though it could still need mechanical service. But I didnt have to wait, he fully explained what he was doing, and he didnt even charge me. So I will definitely be back (including bringing in my noisy clock to get switched out with a silent mechanism).

I have had the absolute best customer experience with the owners and operators of Best Jewelry. Aren replaced all of my watch hands, resealed and lubricated the mechanical movement well before I had the chance to pick up coffee from across the street. The work was done perfectly and the pricing was very affordable. I recommend without any reservations.

Great Shop, I’ve taken 6 or 7 of my wife’s watches in for batteries, never had a bad experience!!! As a matter of fact one of her watches the pin system was inoperable so after asking my approval they re-designed the watch!!! I strongly recommend!!!

WORST Jewelry & watch repair. Stay away! The owner (elderly man) broke my Gucci watch during a battery change, then couldnt fix it. Told me to send it in to the manufacturer for repair and hed pay. I sent it in, got a quote and then he refused to pay for the repair, said NOW he could fix it & would get parts from Craigslist! CRAIGSLIST!!! His son/young man was very confrontational & was yelling at us when we took the invoice to their store, kept leaning forward as though hed hit us if we insisted on talking to the owner about paying for repairs. We would usually take 3 watches in for a battery change, NONE would last more than 18 months. When at the store, another customer complained to the owner about how quickly the batteries in his watch would die. BEWARE! Almost all the positive Yelp! reviews are submitted by their family & friends.

Went above and beyond, and charged the minimum amount possible. Great people, wont take my watches anywhere else from now on.
