Charging a homeless man $3,000 for an upper denture that lasted 18 months? #priceless

I went to see this dentist after my long-time dentist moved out of town. Dr Robert Sue was a very rude, condescending, and judgmental dentist, enjoying the least professional etiquette, and attributes that any medical professional should possess. He was insulting and disparaging me as a first time patient. He charged me an outrageous amount for a simple X-Ray. He was simply pretending to be detail-oriented while in fact, his aim was to empty my pocket. He was not even allowing me to explain my concerns by simply stating Dont Talk. His attitude and demeanor, and the way he was communicating with me hurt me emotionally. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST. He ripped me off for $300 for a simple X-ray despite having my recent X-Rays from my endodontist. Save your time, your health (both emotional and physical) by avoiding this dentist or you may regret so much as I have regretted by visiting this practice.

Dr Sue and his entire staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Over the years, i have had extensive dental work and cleanings and now very happy with my new snap in implant dentures. Highly recommend.

Our routine teeth cleaning are with Bridgette, she’s the sweetest and always make my son feels like a super hero for his checkups. I absolutely love dr. Sue and his dental staff and have going to the office for about 2 years or soBUT this new Older lady in the reception area was so rude and demeaning I may not return. She took one look at me and assumed I couldn’t pay and had no insurance. Dr. Sue is a professional at the highest level. His strong suit is that he is thorough and establishes a strategy for each patient. I have had cleanings, root canal, crowns, sleep apnea oral device and normal fillings to either replace or newly needed. He put together a tooth whitening program for me that i have used for over 10 years. i am thankful for Dr. Sue and his desire to bring health to each and every patient.

I have been a patient for over 15 years and Im always very pleased with the treatment I received. The office staff is very friendly, hygienist are very informed and Dr Sue is amazing. I also took my brother in and he had all his teeth removed and got a set of Dentures with Dr Sue help. Both my husband and my daughter are also patience of Dr Sue.

I really like this place, i had my veneers (composite) done by Robert Sue, which came out beautiful. Whenever i need maintenance on my veneers (rare occasions) Robert Sue accomodates quickly with an appointment. The personnel is overall very friendly and i really like ladies at the reception.

Ive been a patient of Dr Sue for over 30 years. Although staff has changed over the years, kindness and care continue to be excellent. Wait times, if any, are very short. Waiting area, offices, and procedures have been modified for the protection of staff and patients during this time of global pandemic. I highly recommend Dr. Sue and his entire staff.
