Its a good car wash but the dryer doesnt get your car/truck very dry. Theres always spots on my husbands truck afterwards if you dont hand dry the whole thing. I did subscribe to the monthly fast pass by ended up canceling it after slot 5-6 months. At first they let us use it on our van and our truck but then said new management changed it. If youre able to get 1 wash per day, it really shouldnt matter which vehicle you use it on. So, I canceled it. I think maybe its time to find another one...

Wish they few more tools available for cleaning. Such as small hand towels and those air pressure gadget thats usually with the Vaccuums. Use it blow excess water out from around side mirror for example.Staff is great

I wish that the website would have been updated to reflect their new hours. I went to the one in Peoria only to find a sign that said, NEW HOURS. They closed a hour earlier than their website said. On the bright side, they saved me some money because we started roto tilling our yard and now my black truck looks as though it has never been washed in its entire 22 years of existence. Carma!

Overpriced for what they deliver. A dry cloth to wipe your car down with? Whats the point? And my car got stuck at the end of the wash. Just rocked back and forth. I had to put it in drive even though the drying wasnt done yet. I was not super impressed.

I took my 2011 GMC Sierra to the Quick N Clean (7038 N 67th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301) on March 15th 2017. Just as the truck was about to exit, the blower on the right side made contact with the mirror which caused it to fold back. Once I parked and began to unfold the mirror I noticed it had cracked a few inches of the plastic near the hinge. A report was taken by Robert Casos. Without hesitation he immediately denied responsibility and assumed prior damage. He looked through the cameras and saw where it bends the mirror but cannot distinguish the damage. I requested to have his manager call me. The manager called me, extremely arrogant stating they do not cover these types of damages and that obviously there was a preexisting condition that caused your mirror not to fold. During the call he offered $50 to pay for the damages. I sent him an estimate for the damages which totaled $192.97. He then countered with $35 or to file a claim with my insurance. I offered to pay for the $40 labor cost all I asked was that he payed for the parts. He then stated we are not coming to an agreement contact you insurance. During this entire time he has refused to give me his name.

This is NOT a Quick N Clean. Drove 30 min. to find this out. Jays car wash did not impress me at all. The attendants personable attention is all there was to get warm and fuzzy. Didnt wash my truck nowhere near clean. Duct tape and full bucket on vacume on first stall. Nuff said.

I was a customer of this location a few years ago and one day the place just shut down. Now out of nowhere I was just randomly charged. No notice. No, hey we opened and will be reinstating your fast pass, nothing! Just took my money.

We are from out of town, but came here due to the good reviews. BIG mistake. They broke my passagers side mirror. We told the employees and they said within the hour the owner should contact us. Its almost been 2 hours and still nothing. The workers told us my mirror was damaged before we took it in, which is a lie. I take excellent care of my car. NEVER coming here again.

The best car wash they give you paper towels and air freshener

One of the most remarkably ran car wash establishments Ive encountered. The staff is fast, friendly, and accountable. Polite, and kind gestures always seem to be their main edge. Plus the customer service is flat out spot on. They definitely have the upper hand when it comes to efficiency. Dont get me started in on the deals that they have to offer. The 2 for $20 deal is the greatest in the gorgeous valley. You get TWO $15 washes for just $20, and you have an entire month to cash in on the second wash. Not only are you practically getting a free 15, but youre also receiving ten dollars off. Such a masterfully thought out deal. Again, the staff is amazingly caring, and supportive. I recommend all whom call the valley home to stop on by for the deals of the decade.

We went for a Quick wash, the blow dryer didnt get much water off the Car at the end of the washing, maybe needs adjusting.The employees were very nice its new ownership and still offers free Vacuum to their Customers. Hopefully they get lots of good business.

I had a great experience, but at first I had to wait because the truck in front of me I guess had 99 questions. I paid and right before going in the Attendant sprayed the front of the car because he noticed the bugs stains, like a pre soak solution, then gave me a towel and small air freshener (a great perk.) I usually silence my radio to hear the scratches from the brushes, very minimal. Other places you can hear a loud screech and I would never go back again. The vacuums are good (always a hit or miss because they are on all day) but overall it appears they check them. I also bought protectant spray and the Attendant was helpful and friendly.

Very bad customer service. They shut down in May for renovation and still charge me for my monthly pass that month. Then the following month before they had even opened up again charged me again. When they finally opened they gave me a month for “free”, and I thought that was fine if they let me first use up the month that I had just paid for but they said they couldn’t do that because they had switched systems so there was no way to validate the pass.. so really I got nothing for free because they had already charged me for two months. I asked to speak to a manager. I was given her number in a sticky note because they have no business cards. I misplaced the sticky note so I called the number on the receipt but it’s out of service. Never going back here again. They should not have charged customers knowing they would be shut down for a month and specially knowing that they were switching systems. During the shut down I searched for a phone number but they don’t have any phone numbers on file or any sort of contact info anywhere. You shouldn’t trust a place like this.

Affordable prices for convenient service. Ive been coming here for years and love the free vacuums after the wash. It tends to get a little crowded on weekends so I go on the weekdays if possible. The guys are not overly friendly but they are professional enough to provide good service.

Needed to find a quick and affordable car wash for a quick clean up and stumbled upon this place. Pretty cheap for a basic clean and you can park your car to vacuum out any crumbs you might have laying around onf the floor from the kiddos.

I always come here to wash my car. It washes ok for $3 so Im not complaining because you get what you pay for. You do have to hand dry and vacuum it yourself but the vacuums are free so Im not complaining since I can take my time and vacuum the inside of my car thoroughly. Overall this is a good place to wash your car for cheap.

Good service and prices, nice deals for monthly subscriptions.. . But the vacuums were pretty weak. The car wash didnt really wash as well.. the dryer still left my car wet. But other than that the staff was friendly and very informative. This place is only one way in and out. Some times you have to wait for a space for a vacuum but the staff helps and directs you. Very good!

The air dryers dont get all the water off, so you have to hand dry it yourself. And Im not positive but I think one of their machines smacked my car hard. When I was hand drying I noticed a new blemish in my bumper. I had to come home and buff it out and it still has some marks that might be through the clear coat. I have spent the last couple days working on my car so I would have noticed it prior. So I am 90% sure it happened going through their car wash. Beware

Ive been coming here for years and never had a problem until today 03/19/17. I parked in the spot where the vacuum didnt work and I did not know that until I parked. The manager came up to me and said that it is okay to only dry the car. I asked the lady next to me if I can borrow the vacuum after her and she said yes. As I was getting it, the manager came and told me not to touch it because I had no right as another costumer was going to use it. I kindly asked the guy who parked next to me if I can borrow it after him and he said that he will, however, the manager said that I couldnt use it because Im not parking in that spot. He even shut off the power when the guy next to me was still cleaning his car! I asked the manager if why I couldnt use the vacuum for even three minutes and he still wouldnt give me an answer. He then told me I had to leave the property and had the right to turn me away. I had payed $11 for a car wash and all I wanted was a full package including using the vacuum. I didnt know it was a crime to borrow the other persons vacuum if youre not parked in that spot. It is ridiculous! He was so unprofessional and so unreasonable with me. I have been a loyal costumer for years but after this incident never again will I ever come back here. He even waved goodbye to me as I was leaving! How childish. Save yourself the trouble and dont come here. He is absolutely rude!

Completely rude. They refused to answer questions. I wont be going back. There are so many others that care about customers & take pride in their business. This was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced & thats saying a lot.

One of their employee became frustrated with me when i was trying to navigate my car to the pully system that moves my car through the carwash. I usually use the mirror that is attached to the front of the carwash but for some reason they removed it. At one point he referred to me as my guy while giving me attitude. Correct me if Im wrong but you dont call a customer my guy and get frustrated with them when its actually your fault by removing a tool that helps the driver see so that they can navigate their vehicle to the pully system. I go there all the time but after this, never again. Congradulations, it took one employee with attitude to push one customer away and Im pretty sure he will do it again with others. He needs an attitude adjustment. I wish i got his name, but he knows who he is. The wash itself and the other employee that helped me set up the wash were great and is the only reason Im not giving this place a 1 star.

Quick N Clean used to be a $3 car wash but a few years ago they raised their prices to $5 and up. The neighborhood is working class and I was disappointed in their decision to raise prices. Perhaps it was to keep their employees happy but the attitudes of each staff member I have interacted with make me feel unwelcome. Recently after a road trip I opted for the $7 wash and sadly my car is still has remnants all over. The vacuums are weak and their area is littered with trash. Unfortunately, this once proud new business which I used on a regular basis is another business I will refuse to frequent. My advice is to find another car wash and just avoid the disappointment of wasting your money on an establishment charging excessive costs and returning you with little value for your hard earned money.

I took my Rav4 there. It had a hard plastic spare tire cover which was on properly. However they dont mention that you shohld take it off before the wash. Lost it in the wash somehow came back to get it 5 minutes later. Some how it was all scratched to hell! Lady said she doesnt know how it happened but theres no eay it happened by jist flying off in a wash. Wish theyd of told me that it needed to come off!

I was organizing my car in order to vaccum, It was 6:45p.m and the worker came to me and asked me if I was done, I told him that I was barely starting. When I turned around he was leaving with the vacuum hoses. Never going back there.

Paid for basic wash to remove surface dust and dirt. Dryer was not working and left quite a bit of water on the car. When I wiped it down, the cloth came back dirty, telling me the wash did not function well. Dont waste money here.

So I came into the car wash, I wash my car all the time everyone knows not to step on the break or acceleration and to have the car on neutral, I am guessing something was happening with the machine or so because the employee kept yelling at me to stop pushing on the acceleration when my feet were both on my car matt. You guys should really talk to your employees especially when they blame the consumer for something they didnt do. NEVER coming back here especially after leaving the inside of my car soaking wet including myself.

Are tire shine machine been down for a long time and they dont know when its going to get fixed) so Im one of many thats been paying for a tire shine and have not been getting it brushes comes out and scrub but there no liquid to shine your tires why isnt there a sign-up letting the customers know please share other people should know if theyre paying for it

Went in to ONLY vacuum my car, as flags state free!!. I tried to get car clean and is exit only, so I didnt need or want a wash so I drove off pissed off. So customers cant get cars clean without getting car washed.

I like to vancum first and unload my things from back of my truck than go thru the car wash. The guy told me people usually wash the car first ..so i decided to finish my cleaning and get 5 dollars wash instead of the best wash for that comment.

Pretty disappointed just drove my brand new 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer thru this for its first wash ever... it came out with broken windshield. Claim was filed hopefully owner can fix this and ill update if so.Edit: owner is some douche from New York. Said he would mail reimbursement. Only sent $25 gift card.
