They are never open. It could be bright and sunny out and they are closed. If you check the hours online, it says they are open. Don’t waste your time going there.

Extremely expensive and horrible service. Car was not cleaned. Will never go back wish i could be refunded. Even cracked my front window and would not take any responsibility. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service.In response to the owner I have fairly given this location 5 different tries through a 5 year period. I have been offered another car wash for the same results. Management does do their best to make things right however the results are still unfortunately disappointing. Not to mention the increase in pricing over the years. My review is not intended to bash this company however to simply state the dissatisfaction that no one should have to experience

Wes, the manager went above and beyond to assist me. Their machine was unfortunately down and he took my vehicle in anyway. The guys hand washed my vehicle which meant a ton considering I drove all the way from north Phoenix. I highly recommend their services as I have been taking my vehicles here for details for years and years. Affordable and friendly.

The person that did the vacuuming and wiped down the SUV did a sorry job. Had to be asked to wipe areas down. Less talking and staying focus on the job brings back customers.

Worst car wash place ever! I paid for the $14 wash and my car came out terrible. Whatever wax they used didn’t even come off the car, there was water spots everywhere. It was just a mess. I would not recommend anyone coming here

The man that actually detailed my truck did a really really good job! The entire thing though was way over priced. This entire place is a rip off. They also are horrible at communicating with you, along with eachother. Took forever to try and schedule my appointment. I suggest if you want your car detailed by them just go talk to the actual detail guy not the guy at the little desk out front.Response to you.Yes your detail guy did do a great job. Your other staff was the problem. After I dropped my truck off they said they would give me a call to let me know when it was done. Nobody ever called me, they literally left for the day at 10 in the morning. They didnt even leave any numbers for the detail guy to call when they were finished or a receipt. Also yes you can have a good experience with also having a bad one. Half of my experience with you guys was great! As in the detail itself, just the customer service sucked.

Worst car wash I have been to. Paid for the $3.99 car wash that you get access to free vacuum with. The brushes didnt work the spot rinse left spots all over entire car. The area to vacuum had trash all over. Only half the vacuums worked. When I mean worked had some suction to them, but not even enough to pick up loose ashes with.. i should have taken it to the place i normally go. If you want your car dirtier than it was. I recommend this place for that. If you want your car clean dont take it here!! Guess I get what I paid for a cheap car wash I have gone to other car washes paid $5 had better quality of everything. The scrub brushes aggravated and spinned to remove the dirt. The vacuums worked too. Stay away from this place at least the $3.99 special they advertise!!

So I’m rating 2 stars because the actual cleaning of my truck was good. The time it took to get it there was incredibly long. I got my receipt at 2:22pm on a Sunday afternoon. It was close to 4:30 pm when I was finally able to leave. I only had the $38 wash, send it thru the tunnel and wipe it down, that’s it. On the business side of things, how are you making any money when it takes you 2 hours to wash a single vehicle? The guys just seemed like they were in slow motion. It took sooooo long to get my truck cleaned up and it wasn’t even that dirty to begin with. I’m glad I had no where specific to be at the time cause just wow. So if you need a quick wash, this isn’t the place to go.

This biz will cheat you! I bought a $37 royal wash through the machines. I watched on the security cameras as they water hosed my tree on some soap and rinsed it. Five employees sat on their buts in the lounge while one kid dried my car. No way did I get the advertised simonized products or other items provided by the machines.I will inform Luke AFB, Glendale, and Peoria offices of administration to ban this business!

They did an amazing job on my car. My car was absolutely dirty and being in medical field did not have time to clean . They were getting ready to close but accommodated me . This use to be my to go place, I can see the dedication under new management. Robert West the Sales manager was just great and his staff did an awesome job . Price was great for quality. Im definitely a return customer.

Did an AWESOME detail on my wifes Jeep!

Waste of money the vacuums have low suctions and my car wasnt cleaned all the way. I had to go to another car wash after that.

So first off, the detail was an awesome job. They did get the coffee stains out and made the car look great, so no complaints on quality of the job. Where we had an issue was in the communication between the manager and staff. We were told by staff to expect the car done around 1030am since we had dropped it off at 7am for our 8am appt. So per that statement we arrived at 1030am as expected, the car was parked as if it was done after cleaning yet no detailing had been done. After waiting for a short while we were told there was a few cars ahead of us, which made no sense due to the fact we arrived early and we had an appt, why schedule 3 cars for 7-8am when you know the work takes a while, besides that the manager wasn’t too helpful when we talked with him and I will admit I was angry and used a few choice words that I shouldn’t have. We were then quoted a time of 2:30pm which the car was still not done, tech said another 40 minutes to complete, which didn’t happen as well. The manager said that he would call when the car was complete but when we arrived he wasn’t even there. He ended up getting the job done around 400pm as we waited for the car to be completed. The manager did not come back and apologize for anything, instead gave us a run around about how they take their time to ensure the car looks great, he also mentioned that the techs don’t know the timeframes and that he only does so we shouldn’t have listened to the tech, which is a little puzzling. I read a few of the comments on here and it sounds like the business has this issue and the responses only talk about not bashing a business. I am not bashing but sharing my experience which was not professional and a complete miscommunication. Would I come back? I don’t know yet and depending on the response to this will determine my decision. Thanks for reading, have a good day.

Worst wash ever dont waste you time or money!

Way to expensive for the results I received. Theres better options out there cheaper too! The spot I usually go to charges me $25 hand wash in and out and I receive a new car every time!! I was in need of a wash at that moment and was in the area with some time to spare. I obviously payed for the full service. The pictures of the car is what I received when they were done.... lesson learned.

Paid for the lavawash one and didnt get this service. Also the employees guiding you to the tire lock for the wash did not care, ended up hearing scraping under my car. Not happy!

I have come here several times hoping theyd do a better job, my bad, the manager was short with me after trying to be a ladies man when I paid, I paid for the 38.00 royal wash and my suv was still really dirty. The interior was still unvacuumed. Dirt around my rims n trim. Bird sh*t still on my windows. Just dont come here.

I got an oil change and a car wash so it was handed off twice, so Im not sure who did it, but dont ever ever ever change my radio station again. Not Cool. And the oil technician forgot to reset the oil life counter. Sloppiness

Staff friendly, courteous and professional. Had a mini detail and oil change done. Work was done in good order and Im very pleased with the job done. I highly recommend this establishment

Got there and they were closing due to the weather but they opened back up and took care of me to get my whip ready for the car show.

Stay away. Horrible. I have pre-paid wash cards, never able to use them as they have no posted operating hours and after 3 trips, different days, the full service has been closed (11am, 1:30pm & 3:50pm today) .There is quick lane kiosk that I opted to use today after driving there, worst $7 ever spent, the wash never rinsed my truck before going through dryer, so dried soap scum all over it. I asked for manager and there is no one in the office and 3 lot attendants who have no authority.

Vacuums dont work everything has tape and the vacuums dont work +it left a peace of glue on my seat

I specifically asked if they would vacuum my car. They said they would. I keep it fairly clean. But after I left I noticed they hadn’t moved any of the mats to vacuum. Very disappointed

Had to wait for some to give us a ticket for a carwash. My 19 yr old daughter felt uncomfortable walking in because of the eyes watching her. Ive used there service a few times and always received good service, but taking any of my adult daughters with me I might go somewhere else.The carwash itself was good and the gentlemen drying my car were very professional and polite. (No eerie feelings with them.)

It was terrible quality and way to expensive the carwash made my car more dirty then clean then I tried the vacuum that I had to pay for and it did nothing Im never going here again and you shouldnt either it was a total rip off!!

I was hit on first thing dropping my vehicle off by the service manager West. Very unprofessional. Then I was told repeatedly that I would be given a discount, I should have known right then that I would be scammed I wasn’t worried about getting a discount I was worried about getting a fair deal. When being told the prices for the services I would receive it was very unclear. I feel I was definitely over charged for what I actually received. Receipt was just as unclear. There where double charges for services still not sure what exactly what I paid so much for. Thinking I would pick my vehicle up looking like brand new for the price I went along. The guy who actually cleaned my vehicle was very nice and respectful. The vehicle was cleaned but not like brand new they missed certain areas. I will not be going back.

I stopped going to this car wash because of the consistent poor job they do. My wife recently got her car wash there and it proved my point of why I stopped going. The outside was still dirty. The hood of the car didnt even look like it was touched. The same goes for the inside. I was able to wipe down the dash in less than 5 minutes and did a better job. Definitely will not be returning.

Upon landing there I was upsold to the highest degree but its expected at any detail place. I paid $94 for my muddy seats and a simple exterior wash. I left the car there 4 hours hoping for clean seats.When I got there I looked over the work and it looked like they cleaned the outside but the interior was exactly the same as i dropped it off. They put all my dirty carpets in the back and there was so much dog hair and mud left. He offered me a full detail the next day.I follow up with the detail and leave my car another day for 5 hours. The manager called me to tell me my car was all done and when I arrived there, one worker was stuck cleaning my car for an additional 20 min as I waited in frustration for my car that still had clumps of dog hair behind the seats and the doors were covered in dirt and the seat cleaning i originally paid for was poorly executed. The seats were still dirty. The manager offered me a refund and I gladly took it but he said to come tomorrow.Come by day 3 I go to pick up my refund around 3:50 and the manager says the registers are closed. I will have to come earlier to get my refund. He suggested I come Saturday, keep in mind the day i talk to him was a Monday.Never in my life will I ever go back here for another cleaning. I made the mistake once to get it cleaned here and I recommend the world to never go here.

Very professional. I. first had my car washed, them noticed, they do upholster cleaning. I requested they do that for me. I am very pleased with the price and the work they did on my tan seats. I didnt think it would be possible to clean them. Thank you guys.

Got a great deal on a full detail. They even threw in a couple free washes with it. They spent about 4-5 hours on my car, which means they tale their time until it’s done right. For those who gave poor reviews because your detail took too long, get a clue! I’ll definitely be back here again and I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

I had gone to get my car washed elsewhere and the job was done so poorly. I went to TNT and was completely amazed by the work they had done. Dont think Ill go anywhere else again, even though I have a discount card for the other place. My car almost looked like new so grateful.

Hands down the worst car wash Ive ever had. Barely washed...barely vacuumed for $40!!! Do not go here you get the same for $3 at a drive through vacuuming yourself.

This place is good for quick touch ups only. Any type of deep cleaning or premium services are sold but not executed.Theyre wash personnel perform the same wash any every full service regardless of the premium services you purchased.Do yourself a favor and only buy the cheapest options here. Go elsewhere for deep cleaning and premium services.

It was the best experience I had with my car. I had my car detailed, waxed and it looks like a new car. They were friendly courteous, and I was very happy on how my car turned out. They dont pressure you on anything. I will definitely return there in the future.

Worst unmanaged car wash Ive ever seen. Employee sends car through car wash unattended. Car behind has to hit brakes because it finished and no one was in the car so it sat there almost getting hit. Ridiculous employees and absolutely no supervision.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I stopped paying for anything more than a basic wash long ago because there’s no place in town worth paying for more than a basic wash. I used to drive out of my way for TNT but was in the area yesterday so I stopped. They didn’t even clean the inside of my windshield or wipe my dashboard!! Does anyone know of a good car wash??

Terrible job, first and last time I will get my car washed here. Paid for a hand wash, car was spotty as they let it sit for 10 minutes. $30+ for a handwash had to finish the job on my own. I should of looked at the reviews before I stopped by. And Im 90% sure they scratched a section of the trunk.

This place has rude staff and a machine that does not rinse your car. Then you have to go in the office to pick up the microfiber towel. Come on two people one at each end of the drive thru and no one can just hand me a towel.Aside from my problems with the place it needs a remodel the machine did not rinse my car im going some where else to get my touch up no clear parking or entrance.I will never return.

If you want someone professional, reasonable and pleasant to run your register, hit me up.Nothing personally against the lady there, but if you can’t at least be a LITTLE pleasant to your customers, find a new job please.Also, she wouldn’t get a manager to resolve a minor issue when I requested. I went here for an in and out clean for my car. I arrived at a decent time (1:30) and there were only a few people there. My car was not finished until 4:15. There was no urgency here. There absolutely is no reason a car clean needs to take 3 hours, especially at a reasonable time of day...

I just have an Extreme Car Wash as they posted and paid for it. They said it includes the inside and tire dressing. To my dismay, the inside is not even fully vacuumed and the tire they don’t even touch it. The exterior have Plenty of spot and water mark that they don’t remove. I’m really disappointed by this car wash. They need to close. They have bad and horrible service. It makes the customers hard earned money wasted with depression.

We came here with two cars for car washes. Came out to vacuum and not only was it not dry but there was still a ton of soap all over the cars. We had to hand dry. The vacuums were broken. You would be vacuum and the whole plastic piece at the end would come off. They also didnt have hardly any suction power to them. The only reason they got 2 stars was because the young man working there did a great job and was very thorough spraying around the entire car before entering the wash.

I paid a good amount of money to get my car washed and get my car seats washed as well. I spent 2hrs today and when i received my car very upset! I can still see water marks on my car...dust all over my trunk when i opened it...mirrors still dirty. The inside still had stains on my back seats?? Like really!!!! Your getting paid to do this. If the employees dont care enough to do their jobs right then quit! Regret coming here and wasting my money!!!!!!!

Prices are fair and the employees are friendly. Sometimes it takes forever to get your car cleaned even if you are the only one there and sometimes your car gets cleaned way too fast. But I dont want to complain too much my car is always correctly cleaned.Since my last review this place has gotten worse, maybe they dont have enough employees and they are over worked. But you really need to watch them.

Can be a bit pricey for some of the services but they made my mom’s 15 year old car look like it came right out of the showroom. Definitely worth it. The basic wash is also reliable, quick, and cheap

Unprofessional Not well organize rude employment

Very unprofessional staff. Not all employees, but some serious lack work ethics especially the ones standing at the entrance of the carwash. Machines dont clean the cars well, they look really worn out. Payment kiosk is dirty. Here is why Im giving this place the rating it deserves.As I was pulling out of the carwash, one of the employees that had left an SUV at the end of the carwash lane unattended. I was being moved to the end of the carwash by the belt mechanism and was moving closer to it ready to bump into the SUV until I hit my breaks and stared honking my horn. No one was in sight, not until 15 seconds later finally an employee came running down, jumped into the SUV and drove it off. No staff came over to apologize or see if everything was ok. This could of caused damage to both vehicles due to employee negligence. This is just a heads up to anyone who decides to come here. It is the WORST car wash I have ever been to.

The most unorganized car wash ever. Its less than a mile from my house and I rather drive somewhere else. They close at 6, so they say, but the last two times, I stopped by befor 5 and they were closed. Unprofessional. They argue in front of customers and they simply do not do a good job of washing your vehicle.

I have been here during the week and maybe give it 3 stars but today I waited an hour as my soapy car sat in the sun and they spent 3 minutes on it. Some of the guys are amazing but some are really slow. To top it off, there were 3 guys taking orders (but no one in line) and wouldn’t come help theshort staffed guys who dry. One guy had the audacity to say “ he was losing a $150/day when short staffed and so it wasn’t his fault and nothing he could do”. What a jerk. Manager wasn’t around to talk to.

Where oh were do I begin...?I came here a couple weeks back and got my car washed. The sales guy preside me on what I thought would be a great deal. An extra car wash with the seats cleaned and the doors/dashboards scrubbed down. All for $60.I wasnt able to stay to get the detail because I had an appointment to make, so I prepaid and came back the following week. The wash wasnt even that great, but 🤷🏼‍♀️My husband and I dropped it off expecting to wait about an hour because hat is what was quoted to be the week before. TWO hours later and they hadnt even pulled it into to get the detail. It was parked in a sea of cars who also hadnt been helped. No one came to notify us how long it would take. No apology. Nothing.I approached the cashier to take our car so we could come back another time when we had time. (We werent about to wait another TWO hours for it to get done)When I called to reschedule my appointment because I couldnt make it in time for work, the guy said Youre rescheduling AGAIN!? He is so lucky I didnt flip out on him. I calmly explained that I worked downtown and there was no way I would make it in time. I was trying to respect their time.When I showed up the next morning for my 8am appointment I wasnt helped until 8:08. I was quoted an hour to an hour and 20 minute wait. It took them over 2 hours. Needless to say, we wont be back. Id suggest you dont come either. How they are still in business is besides me. 🙄Literally the worst customer service I have EVER experienced.

Avoid this carwash at all cost! My side view mirror was broken off my car I have owned for 3 months. They stuck it back on so my wife wouldn’t notice until her drive home when it was dangling on the side only being held on by the wires. I have called them numerous times to speak to a manger. The 1st manger told me he would review there video to see if they damaged it. Took my name and number said he would call me back. Never did. I called and Spoke to Raul who said he was a manger he told me same thing and again never called. I called back multiple times after that just to keep getting the run around. They can’t even own up to there mistake and fix the issue they just avoid it all together. Terrible Terrible car wash do not go!!!!!!

When I came in the guy taking my order of what I want was on his cell phone... Then the prices are really high. Its $22 for the step up from the bottom. Then while I wait for my car someone was on their cell... There are tons of $10 car washes going up around here. Ive been coming here for 8 years. I think this is my last time.

I stopped by out of curiosity, I work near by so I thought “let me give this a shot”. I got a car wash + interior detail done. I was not pleased with the overall service. Took much longer then they told me. I left my car, went to Applebee’s to get lunch and when I came back to check on my car the customer service was rude. Once I got home I had to go and finish their job. There was leftover goop from the products they use all over. My windows were spotty. The floors were not clean. The outside of my car was not completely clean. Easy to say, I will never go back and I’ll definitely tell friends and family.

Service is usually good and fast on the drying but had to wait for some time to get my car dryed off. I was hoping it wouldnt dry in this Arizona heat while I waited. I only saw 2 people drying cars off. Where are all the men at? Saw only 2 women drying cars off!

Reconciled issue quickly and without issue. Had something happen to my side mirror during a wash, I brought it to the managers attention and he ordered and installed a new mirror for me. I appreciate this type of service, as issues are bound to happen it was nice to work with a business that actually took care of it and made it right. Thank you TNT! I will be back.
