Thursday, August 5, 2021 - Attention Business Owner. You have a great business, however, your CASHIER (LEDA) I think she is very RUDE, loud, arrogant, hostile, indifferent, not professional, with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS with a terrible attitude. i explain: This morning I had an eye exam and my eyes were dilated. I was asked to go inside to avoid the glare and discomfort, after I paid I looked for a chair and all I saw were tall stools and tables. I put my purse down in one of the recliners while I looked for my cell and my Doctors note. Immediately, this CASHIER started to yell very loud across the room and asked me to move. I replied I will I heard you she approached me, stood in front of me yelling and very loud again asked to leave. I told her to shut up!!! the few people there waiting were outside, the place was empty. This is no good for your business. Customers bring you the money, your CASHIER makes them run away. I was in SHOCK with this experience.

Love this place. I have been going there for years. They always do great work and have always accommodate my last minute drop-ins. Prices are great and the facility is nice.

They messed up the handle of one of the doors, I guess they used a strong cleaner that damaged my door handle and they didnt take responsibility for that. The chemicals melted the door handle

The lady at the counter did not think it worthy to even utter a word let alone greet. She just charged the money and when I asked about the receipt pointed to the slip I already had from outside. Pathetic customer service.

Simple car wash ended with complete driver mirror broken and was held by the employee on his hand. They refused to admit their horrible act and refused to pay for new one and labor to replace it by Honda estimate is $480.00. Still no answer from Alex supposed to be the owner, its been a week. This care wash is called cars on Broadway car wash.

Terrifying to be here. Literally no one wears a mask inside the waiting room area, a man named Rafi was sitting behind the food counter telling a customer why wearing a mask is unnecessary and not to believe everything you hear in the news. Customers and employees alike completely disregarding the fact that the Coronavirus is real and that the city law mandates a mask be worn at all times.

Not recommended. They trick you into paying more for getting better services but they end up giving you less and doing a very poor job. Some washing staff also speak no English at all, so they wouldnt even understand me when I tell them something to fix things. I ended up grabbing a towel there and finishing the job myself.

Unprofessional service from whoever said it was the manager. I have a new car easy to clean. I paid 19.99 open door water with still dirt stains. Took it back whoever I spoke so unprofessional and aggressive to me. His excuse was I only paid 19.99 car wash it was okay the staid it was just for the armor all on my tires.So disappointed with this place and the management.

I went for car washing my car when they finished and called me to pickup the car I saw the driver seat was torn by vacuuming. They insulted me by shouting and simply denied what they did and told me I should go to the small claim curt. I called the police and they gave me accident number for filing the case in curt. Mercedes Benz charged me $454 for material and $475 for labor plus tax to replace the leather seat.

I made a biggest mistake in my life by coming to this horrible car wash place, so sad(( it was close to my work so left my car to wash and went back there to pick it up like hour after! When i went there my eyes immediately saw a big scratch on the passenger side door, and i called manager to ask what happened??? He says i dont know man... really i told him that scratch was not there and all he says you might missed it and your car was dirty. I could have never miss such a big thing on my car never(( when i asked him can we please check cameras which are located at the entrance he says they are not working, obviously he is lying!After some time passed while i was calling cops, he came to me and started explaining that it could be scratched by someone else and they will not be responsible for such thing! Stay away from them! I just hope my lawyer will make things right for me!

By far the best car wash in my area. Been going here for over 16 years with continuous great service. Ive tried tons of places in between my visits here and no one compares. Vehicle comes out perfect every time. Staff is friendly and will accommodate your needs. Highly recommend for anyone in the area.

I took my car there 2 weeks ago for oil change and car wash. They charged me $70 for everything. A week later my service light came on. I went to a mechanic and not only did this place brake my oil stick but they only put a quarter of oil in my car. Never coming back here again

DO NOT COME HERE! This place is terrible. If I could rate this car wash zero stars, I would. The items in my trunk were lost or stolen, and the employee who hand dried my car made a pass at me (for context, he said I love you to me in my Mothers native language and asked if I had a boyfriend). Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I left feeling uncomfortable. Truth be told, you can get a good car wash and professional, friendly service elsewhere and for the same price or less. Unfortunately, I was in need of a car wash before the new year, and this place happened to be close to my apartment. Big mistake. You have been warned.

I showed up at 8– they told me they were going to open at 9. I asked them about their posted hours they said “today we open at 9. What do you need?” I told them I really need to vacuum my car and a wash would be cool. They told me “it’s going to rain tomorrow anyway,” Okay.. Never coming here again. Thanks!

This place is kaos... the guy drying my car didn’t let me know he was done. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my car and that’s only because I went to an attendant and asked why they had moved my car and was just sitting there. He had the nerve to tell me I had to go stand next to my car so they could tell me it was done. When I finally got my car they didn’t even apologize for making me wait so long. I was so upset... I don’t know if it even matters to them if they lose a customer...

Let me start by saying that the owner here is super nice and very helpful every time!The prices are reasonable and the service is good. Depending on how many people there are and which package you chose is how long itll take but it usually doesnt take then much time to clean your car.Your car will be very clean and happy after coming here!

Rude staff. Sloppy work. They ask if you want armor-all and detailing but don’t do it unless you point out that they haven’t done it yet, then they do a quick tire rub and are pissed that they had to do it (happened three times to me). The interior is always half done and sometimes feels a little greasy. They chipped my paint this last time and when I mentioned it, they asked me to prove that it wasn’t there when I pulled in.Don’t waste your time.

Not a preferred place for car wash. After the wash u could see the water drops all over and the clean was not done properly in the glasses. After a bad job in cleaning they expect tips and if u say no then they blabbering something. Will not try this place again.

As with most service establishments with which i come in contact initially: i find out right away who is in charge and make a beeline to him/her to make sure i initiate a strong business relationship via respect and humor and personal interaction with this person.I have dealt with Cars on Broadway for 10 years and have almost never had a bad experience as in a poorly washed, finished automobile.Why? Because i know the manager, Hamlet (and yes that is his name and that is how we started a connection. I mean, Hamlet?). Come to find out that this is a pretty common name among the Armenian of which there are 35 per cent in Glendale.We all love our cars and if we are going to spend 20 plus bucks including a Tip, we better get a primo, gleaming car and car interior when our car is delivered to us.But that will not happen if you do not make your presence known via developing a working relationship. I do the same at Restaurants and Bars, etc. It almost always works. Employees are human, too. They need pozzy support as we all do.Now many of you are thinking: why cant these guys just do their job without all this rigmarole? Well they often do and then they often dont. All im saying is it doesnt hurt to get the Best service is go out of your way a little to make the whole experience a better one for all involved.So yes you can come here with expectations and just hope all comes out well. But reading some of the reviews here...often doesnt.I realize that generally women have a bit of an issue with this style of interaction with men in that the friendliness might be mis-interpreted by a business inhabited by almost 100 percent dudes. But i grew up in a household of women and have worked under women in my business life: you ladies are smarter than we men and so you can and do and will make it work. (this is going too deep i realize). Just play it low-key.I was at COB today and noted that many of the employees are now Latinos where in the past they were Armenians. So you ask your service peep his name, You shake his hand and you mention if the job he has done is a good one. If not you ask him to fix it.And isnt this just a normal way to react to another human being? Try it.

So I go to this place and settle on $40 for a hand wash and interior vacuum and armor all. I have a full sized truck so I expect it to take a while. They said they would call when they were done and didn’t. So I show up and my truck has bug residue on the headlights, fender flares and rocker panels. They had to spend an extra 20 minutes on it and still didn’t get it clean. Then to top it off the employee working on it makes some sarcastic remark about me not tipping him when he worked on it for over 2 hours. Why would I tip you for my dirty truck?! Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

Good place..free car wash with the oil change

When I was there the automatic car wash always has not soap powder and they washing just with water.And that man which is responsible about that section. Or smoking or when he like it spearing water to the back of car, not alwaysIts so cheap car wash.

The carwash was clean enough. I have one complain. The staff were smoking across from the waiting area for the customer. Although they put the sign no smoking. They still smoke.

The services inside the car wash cashiers are very bad attitude this low class beach always gives me attitude and she always arguing with a costumer so please don’t go hear don’t veste your time and money they don’t know how to treat customers or the owner has to change he’s cashier she’s low class jealous beaach

One of the worst car wash you can go. The manager and employees are very rude. They are very carless. Do not try to go early morning. Their working hours is not accurate. Always late 20 min.Easy to got your car scratched. The machine itself is not working in proper way. Moreover, I got some dark stain on my white car. Save you money, your time and your car to some where else.

I use their car wash service regularly. So far they have done a good job more often than not. Always ask for a deal and see what they can do for your budget.

I was a little apprehensive about this place at first because I thought they were up charging me for being white. But then I got my car back and they deserve every penny they got from me. My car was spotless inside and out. They even threw away the trash that was in my door cubbies!

I visit this place for $6 automated cat wash. If you are in rush and your car is dirty this is the place for you. But dont go there in the evening, youll get water only without soap :)

Terrible. SLOOOOW! Did an okay job.

They sent me home when I asked for the $6 wash, and said they were too busy and to come back later. But the guy behind me asked for the $20 one and they sent his car to be washed.

I gave this center two chances already but their service and behavior toward the customers is TERRIBLE!!!! I was asking the oil change guy a question and he was ignoring me and talking in his language that I dont understand! This is totally rude and disappointing!

Change your business hours to closes at 5:30pm instead of 6:00pm if you are not going to let cars in after 5:30pm morons.
