Worst detail ever, paid 200+ for inside and outside detail. My best friend went here and came over for me to see how good they dud, i laughed and told him are you blind? Horrible detail job and went with him to get his money back. I spoke with the manager and he tells me did i see how dirty it was? I ask him do you wash cars? Called bank and disputed 200 dollar charge. Please do not fall for these guys they are a joke!

Completely atrocious, I paid almost $200 for detailing my vehicle. I had just purchased it. So I wanted to make sure it was taken care of. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! Stains still there, seatbelts, cup holders, you name it. Completely filthy!The place and people there are nice, but the detailing work or sure I say laziness is completely unacceptable and it feels like they robbed me. Never Again. Don’t say I didn’t warm you.If you detail there, beware!

I payed 200 dollars and they told me they will do full detail to my car and they did nothing there was dogs hair in my new car and they said they said they will remove it which they didn’t I am very disappointed and I will tell all my family and friends to never go there I suggest no one to go there very bad cleaning

My daughter threw up in my backseat. I called to see if they could help me, they said yes, thankfully. I got to the car wash at 4 pm, they close at 530. They not only cleaned up the throw up but detailed the entire inside of my car. They used a special soap or something because there is not smell in the car at all. The cleaning took an hour and a half, totally worth the wait. Definitely will come back, hopeful next time without the throw up.

I have been here before and wasnt charged any extra fees for my Ford Escape. This time suddenly Im charged an extra $2 because its an SUV. I tried to ask the kid who was drying my car and he was clueless and sent me to someone else who said yeah, its an extra dollar. I told him I was charged $2 and says its just up to who ever makes your ticket how much they charge you. Thats bull. The outside looked great but the inside looked like it hadnt been done at all. The dashboard was still dusty. Floorboards still has grass and fur. The cupholder area still has drink spots. The steering wheel/gages still had dust. If Im going to pay $25 for a car wash, I expect to not have to go home and wash the inside myself. I might as well just use a drive thru car wash at that point.

This is a great place to get your car washed but they have raised their prices for just a basic wash. It is still worth it because they do a good job.

My car was clean on the outside but the inside could of been cleaned better. Also the AC must have been out in the office because it was hot when I was in there so It was a pretty uncomfortable wait.

Horrible service. I have been going here for a few years. I had to move out of town for a year. I am back and I have been there three times since I have been back. The service is horrible. I get the ultimate wash and I still had bugs on the surface of my grill and they did not wipe down the back seat. I will not give them my business anymore. Unfortunate

I took my dusty and dirty Ford Taurus in to get a makeover and I sure do give props to the team that clean my car cuz it didnt look the greatest but when I left my vehicle looked like a diamond so I was very satisfied with the work that was done. The detail sure did reflect a difference on the internal appearance of my car. I would definitely recommend this car wash. Wish I would have taken it before and after pic

They always do an outstanding job. If there is anything youre not happy with then you just tell them and they take care of it. Its the only place I ever get my vehicles detailed!

I was there Saturday morning...everything was fine until I noticed something a couple of days later...I accidentally hit my windshield wipers by accident and the left one popped off..they broke my wiper and didnt even inform me

Brought my company van here, paid, 80$ they didnt even bother to vacuum inside,very bad customer service,and when I called manager to take a look at it he didnt even bother to do so.

I was not greeted as I drove up and actually called to see if they were open. Only one pen available to sign credit card receipt and not sanitized between users. No sanitizing solution available for customer use. Several employees were not wearing masks. Chairs to sit to watch car wash were dirty. The two women who dried my car and cleaned inside did a great job.

Great job. Will be back on Thursday to get my truck detailed!!

First time here. There was one other customer here. I had to have them revacuum and wipe the interior. The service was too fast to do a good job and especially when I was one of two customers there. There was reason for them to be in a hurry. Will NOT be back here.

Good service on the first car, so I brought another one. But the second car didnt seem to get the same level of care. Ill try them again in the near future.

Francis and Sons Car Wash 5690 w Peoria Ave. paid for “ The Works “ car wash. Had to tell them to remove writing on windows with freshener information. Noticed after I left driving into the sun, they had not cleaned my windshield, wiped the dashboard and left a large area on the hood that was water spotted.Worst car wash ever, won’t go back and won’t recommend this car wash to anyone.

Trashy place. Owners a crook broke my antenna and refused to refund me money or fix my vehicle. I will definitely be informing all friends and family to never come to this trashy unprofessional place.

Paid $40 to wash the car and the windows still had dirt spots on it while the person wiping the car said the water didnt take it off. You have to lay more to have it detailed. The inside of the car wasnt wiped down either. The cup holders werent wiped out, the handle where you close the door on the inside wasnt wiped so will not be going back.

I was offered the VIP car wash and I also needed by headlights buffed. I was told by the service advisor that my headlights were not bad and he could offer me the VIP and the headlight buff for $59.99 plus tax which totaled to $64.99. I agreed even though I this was more than I have paid at my regular car wash in Phoenix.The car was washed but the car was not given much attention. The attendants would wipe it down some and then go to another car. Wipe it down some more and then go to another car. This continued for almost 45 minutes. Also, this entire time, the car door was left open and the lights on which drains my car battery. There was very little detail given to the windows and the interior. Also, the wheels did get a shine but it was mediocre. Also, there were a lot of dried water drops left on the car.The car was then taken to get the headlights buffed. They did not do a good job. When the car was finished, the headlights are more foggy than when they began! Also, there was a film left on the headlights. Another attendant did come and wipe down the front of the car but it was not good. When I got into the car, I notice the windshield had spots on it and there was a drops of a white residue on the front of the car and the windshield and the wipers.

They definitely give you a good car wash there. Though sometimes its pricey they do have some better deals too. My only suggestion is not to high pressure sales people to get those higher priced car washes not everybody has the money at the time. You want to feel like youre important whether you have a cheaper car wash or a higher costing car wash. But it is a very nice car wash

Monday through Thursday its the cheapest wash in town. The workers make up for the fact that its an older wash. Good quality at a good price.

Love this car wash! such a diverse work group with a clean facility all around! the workers are very knowledgeable and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. Customer service is amazing having someone always greet them when I arrive to clean my car. Love the management and the owner you can tell loves his Washes, because I have been to a few others such as Superstar, and clean freak ( not clean) and none of them are as busy or as well kept as these stores. They go all over from the East to the West valley expanding all the way to Avondale, to east Mesa! Love this company Love this wash! Great service here.

This was the last time I went to this car wash. I was disappointed last time, but my husband told me they had new employees and they cleaned his car good. So I went today, but when my car was done I noticed it wasnt vacuumed right inside. The seat covers were crumbled on the seat, and after I drove off into the sun I noticed the dashboard and panel were not touched at all! Still dusty. I went home and cleaned it myself. Last time ever.. even $16.99 is too much for such a sloppy job. Of course the trunk wasnt vacuumed either. No thanks!!

Not satisfied at all. Paid for the high level wash. Will be returning tomorrow. Hopefully they make this right and I can update my review.

Car wash is not even that old but their machines are broken already, I paid for tire shine they admitted that their machine has been broken for months and they gave me gave me a tire shine swipe. Now the 3 dollar wásh is nothing but water rinse and dry. What is the point to také your car to the car wash if youre not getting what you paid for?

I used to come to this location very often but unfortunately I will not continue to do so. I paid $55 to have my Jeep cleaned and a poor job was done. The outside was not wiped down very well. There were a lot of water spots and marks that were missed. The inside was not the best either. I am never really concerned with the inside cleaning because I do a good job at keeping my car clean but they could have at least wiped down the cup holder better. I also asked if they could vacuum my trunk, which they said they would but didn’t. A basic wash may be worth it here but do not pay extra for the upgrades or “better” packages.

I have been coming to this place for many years, and after todays visit i wont be returning. The quality has gone down big time, and the finished job looks terrible. I always get the VIP, and today i left and got down the road and my front window didnt even get cleaned properly. The simplest of things to do, and they missed it. When you pay $30 for a wash, you expect good quality, and they have lost theirs. Take your money elsewhere!

They charge you $1.00 more now for having a small sum, never used to. And the wash was mediocre. Still have unclean spots and smears on my windows.

Full service car wash. Very nice to have someone else do all of the work. They could do a little better job sometimes but the price is low enough that I cant really complain.

I paid just under thirty bucks to have my truck washed, vacuumed, and wiped down. Minimal effort was made and I had to finish the interior cleaning job myself later. Buyer beware...

They do a good job but they need to pay more attention to details not just run the rag around inside personally I go for the massage chairs

Loved the car wash! Dries the entire car which is nice. Very friendly workers and they keep the area clean. Like that they have a carpet vacuum as well. They have towels to dry your car if needed which is a plus!

Came in to get a Car wash and ended up detailing my car there and getting my windshield repaired. It came out Amazing was very impressed with the work on the detail and the windshield repair. Both gentleman that helped with the detail and the windshield had amazing customer service. I will recommend all my family and friends here.

The worst full service car wash I’ve ever received. I would not recommend anyone to this place for car wash and nor will I come back even with a free car wash. 45 minutes and my car looked the same as it did before the service.. Horrible!!

Great car wash but their glass company Auto Glass Express or what ever they are calling themselves these days are scam artists. After they replaced my windshield at the shop. They attempted to recalibrate lane departure warning system it wasnt working correctly.

They are great guys and gals doing a wonderful job. All staff have been trained to have customer service skills. That being said, avoid those yahoos the point out you need your windshield repaired. They try to strong arm you, and boy did they get a response from me. They wont take no for an answer, but that windshield repair rep was asked by the lead man to leave the property. Francis and Sons do an excellent job and Ive never been disappointed. They will go the extra mile.

Horrible experience I got the dash doors and console 4 59.99First off I had no problem with them taking all the time that they needed to make sure that they were to successfully get the job done correctly however it turned out to be a disaster first off when I got my car when they said it was done there was still trash in it and it wasnt vacuumed and none of the windows have been washed and I didnt even on top of it get my cherry smell I know that sounds funny but something simple as my freshener I didnt even get that so I spoke to the supervisor I asked him whats going on I reviewed with him what I purchased he said that that does not come with cleaning the trash or vacuuming I was very surprised they went back and vacuumed my car came back and there was still trash and the windows were not done and no smell was put in there no cherry smell so at that time I had spoken to Michael the salesperson and he asked me if I was happy and I just told them you know this was a very bad experience I will be doing this review and I will never be coming back because the supervisor would not refund my money because you guys are ripping people off a $3 Car Wash consist of cleaning the windows and taking the trash out and I paid $60 and yet you didnt even clean my windows and take my trash out and youre telling me thats not part of it so dont go here if you want your car cleaned youre not going to get it and youre not going to get good customer service either youre just going to get bullshitted😠

First time here and I did the VIP wash and it was fantastic. I will be definitely getting the Hot Lava Wax wash next time I visit. Employees were very polite and professional and the managers were great to talk to. Lot was clean, they had fresh clean towels available and air hoses for use. Definitely will be coming back!

Ive been coming here for years. These guys did an amazing job on my vehicle every time and are always very thorough. Great friendly staff and great fun atmosphere of employees to be around. I wont go anywhere else. Shout out to Vince and Arturo for going above and beyond in making sure my car not only got cleaned up really nice, but also made me aware of the glass service they offer here and took care of chips in my windshield. Wont go anywhere else. These guys are great!!

There was no line and they did a great job

Been coming to Francis and sons for 6 years. Last two years been using this location with two vehicles and the last 6 months I haven’t been happy one time with the final job. I don’t buy the cheap car washes but they treat my vehicles like I do. The vacuum job has been bad today they didn’t vacuum the back again!!!!! Drying job has been horrible couple weeks ago they say my car is down and the inside doors not dry and the bumpers dripping water. I’m done with Francis and sons it’s because of this location. You lost a good customer today cause of your laziness.

There arent many full-service car washes around anymore, but this is the best Ive found. Its nothing fancy, you wont find a Starbucks inside or anything, but they are very friendly and they do a great job, inside and out.

I just discovered these folks again - I used to go here years ago but moved and sort of lost touch with them. However, after going here yesterday - this is the place I will come back to from now on. I was so taken by how much they paid attention to detail and went back several times to make sure they got this spot or that spot.....and it was SO HOT outside - but they didnt stop until they felt they got it done correctly...I was SO IMPRESSED!!! You can tell the folks who work at this place have integrity and a strong work ethic that you just dont find anymore. What a treat and the car looks fabulous!!

Let me tell you if your going to another wash than stop go see Ramiro at Francis and Sons ! What a great friendly car wash last week I took my truck over and I was worried about the scratches on the outside I purchase a buff polish and wax was I amazed the manager Arturo is the man when it comes to buffing I was watching him work on my truck it looks new again shiny scratches gone a few deep ones remain but that was expected! Arturo took his time and made sure I was happy with my truck !!! Thank you!!!! Highly recommended this car wash over Jackson’s cobblestone and superstar!

I just want to get my car washed. I dont want to be pressured to be upsold on a wax or have my windshield repaired. Sales person said he would give me $2 off wash if I got floor mats cleaned. Truth is, Monday- Thursday $2 off anyway. Not honest. (They did not wash my mats. I had to return to get them washed). Rude employees! (Not my job)

This is the second time to this location. They close at 5:30 and its 5:29. Had all the bins put up and when I asked of they had a towel to finish wiping the back the girl just looked confused and did nothing They all packed up and left. I would like my whole car dry when done. The point is to not have water spots. I will not be back to this location even though its close to my house and convenient.

Came down for a wash was greeted with a nice smile friend gentlemen who explained the washes the staff inside was so friendly greeted with a good morning and smile, the workers moved fast and quality was amazing my car look clean and ready for the weekend. When I pick up my car with smiles from the manager and thank me for coming in! Now this is what I call good customer service !!!

I happen to be in Glendale and I ran across this car wash so I pulled in got a full service car wash they are hands-down one of the best car washes I’ve been to in a while thank you for the great service.

I went in last week and was SO happy! Highly recommend this place. I felt like they cared that I spent my time on my day off there and my money on their services. It felt like little town courtesy and service in the busy city. The manager of this place, Mike, went out of his way for us. They were busy but managed to be quick and thorough. My car still feels like new and getting a detail is something I’ll be keeping on!

I normally go to Jackson but I was in the area, I was truly amazed at the quality of work and going the extra mile this car wash does! I had purchas the ultimate wash let me tell you I thought my car was detailed it look really good ! The staff was very friendly and smiling I found my new car wash! These guys are amazing in the work they do! Quality over quantity that’s these guys at Francis and sons !!!!!

The personnel here is extremely helpful and professional. Austin Roshto is very supportive and detailed in his work. he is respectful and honorable. Vincent and Arturo is great in professionalism, knowledgeable in there jobs. They always have been courteous and respectful to me at all times.
