$20 for a straight razor shave. Definitely very well priced for what you get. What I like about this place is that they use the hot foam out of a machine (not barbasol out of a cold can). Its the hot warm shaving cream that keeps your whiskers softer and warm during the shave.Mike was my barber today. Really friendly, asked me if I wanted aftershave afterwards.I will definitely be back. :)

One of the worst haircuts I have ever received. The barber cut dents into hair around my ears.Would not recommend to anyone looking for a simple mens haircut.

Made an appointment. Showed up about 5mins prior and was told A: go stand outside and wait. B: “you’re next”.Guess what? I wasn’t next as someone else just breezes on in and had a seat for a cut.Great spot if your skin is their color.

Great prices on good haircuts. The staff have always been friendly, and since I dont speak much Armenian, they dont have much of an interest in attempting conversation, which is EXACTLY what I want. I hate small talk with barbers. Theyre fast cheap and precise. It was 18 dollars for a standard male haircut that took around twenty minutes to perform. If you make an appointment they see you straight away, if you dont, youll wait, they have a steady flow of customers. You might get turned away if its within a half hour of closing time. That didnt happen to me, but to another person as I was waiting to get my haircut at the end of the day. Bottom line, if you want a simple straight forward cut, at a really good price, go to modern barber. If you want a huge updo, or some kind of color treatment, Id do some research first. Thing that I love about this place. A neon sign that simply reads hair cut out front. God bless America.

Really awesome experience. You dont need to have a phd in english to show someone the haircut you want. I had some uncommon requests and they nail it every time, even if the barber is not the same. You can tell their work is quality. Will definitely continue to use this place as my go to.

ASK FOR GREG! He is a great barber, and very nice. Ive never had a bad haircut from him, EVER! Im very picky with my hair and trust only Greg. He works Wednesday - Sunday.

Fairly quick experience, pretty quick haircut. Asked for a lil off the top and sides like in the picture and a beard trim. Large language barrier to deal with, didnt quite understand what i wanted or needed. Its what i get for a 25 dollar haircut. Didnt really approve of then changing the armenian tv channel to tru tv impractical jokers. Woulda just been fine with the original channel. Would go back again if i was in a rush, kinda like today....

The barber I had completely ignored what I asked him to do. I ended up going home, after having to pay $20 for him to do whatever he wanted, and buzzed my head.
