Here at 11:45 on a Monday waited for 15 mins no answer on phone number on Google or on door . Wasted a half an hour and no haircut smh

Was just there and due to the lady barbers schedule, my sons hair was unfinished. She said she was done kicked him out and got another person on her chair so she could make her 5 oclock appointment. His hair looks bad!!! The gentlemen barber was fantastic, and made my other son look great. So much for the professionalism she professed to have. Needless to say we will not be back. Oh and who only does a cashed based business?

My son has been getting his hair cut here since 2015. Shawn is DEFINITELY the best barber that has cut my sons hair in Glendale. Very professional.

Waited 6 hours to get a haircut. Never had to wait that long at any other barbershop even if they were busy. Other than that, its an okay place to get your haircut. They do a decent job. However, I dont think ill be coming back. The wait was ridiculous.

The customer service here is terrible. Everyone seems like they are angry and that they are doing you a favor. I called to see what time their hours of operation were and the guy got very rude and angry when I asked him to repeat what he said because I didnt hear him.I ended up going anyway (no other barbers opened at the time) and the guy started cutting the top against the grain of my waves. When I immediately told him to go with the grain, his response was, Well you shouldve told me. A barber is supposed to NEVER go against the grain of the waves. Although the hair cut ended up being descent, I dont think Id ever go back because of the very poor customer services.The guy acted like he was doing me a favor when I told him how I wanted my haircut. He continued going back and forth with me about how I wanted my haircut and how I wanted to spend MY money.They are also overpriced! I can go get a decent haircut at one of the barber academies for $8! They charge $20. There are plenty of barbershops that average between $12 and $15.Not a friendly and welcoming place at all.

Rude!!! Called at 5:45 and asked the cost of a child haircut and the guy told me $10 then I said ok I will be there in 10 min and he said come tomorrow we are winding down. I asked him dont they close at 7pm he got and attitude and said I am not in the mood and to come tomorrow. Just say I wont be going tomorrow. Why have hours of operations if you dont want to go by them. Terriable way of doing business.
