Wow I will never give my business to AllState ever again. “Your in good hands” …….. how can you be in good hands when you wait on hold for 2 hrs and still no one came in the line to help me. We bought a new car at a dealership and only needed to transfer our current policy to the new vehicle. No one ever came on the line to help after 2 hrs so we literally had to buy a new policy and spend an additional 200$ but I tell ya what, Progressive answered on the 3rd ring and had us insured within 10 minutes. Then I called my “local agent” Mikey Sanders office and “heather” answered. She was so rude and very short. I just wanted to know if I could bring my milewise device into them and cancel the policy for a refund. She didn’t apologize for the mess I went through or anything. I will never give them my business ever again.

I feel she is a true advocate for the customer, and a testament to the power of the Allstate model with a national carrier and coverage, but a local agent. Id highly recommend her if anyone is wanting to get a quote from Allstate.

Excellent service! I usually work with Juan. Signing up was a breeze and follow up about items is very timely. Needed my windshield replaced and it was taken care of the very next day at my house. No need to go anywhere. Progressive gave me the run around for three weeks! Can’t believe I didn’t switch sooner. Even got a lower rate. Very happy customer. Thanks!
