His customer service skills are on point, which seems to be a rare commodity now days. Chris and American Family have always taken care of me and MY familys insurance needs. He and his staff are all wonderful, helpful and funny (especially Michelle) and I know if I call them I will not only get my insurance questions answered but have a good laugh too!

I switched to American Family after working with Joe Travaglio. He as able to get my husband and I far better coverage and our premiums are lower than they ever were before. Joe is always extremely responsive even if you contact him on the weekend. I called him on a Sunday attempting to get the phone number for roadside assistance and he got back to me right away! They are honest and upfront about any concerns they have. Great agency - highly recommended!
