We have been with Reuben Gonzales State Farm insurance for over 30 years. The things I like are their responsiveness to our issues and the fact that they sit with you every year and do a review of your needs for insurance.Recently we discovered that they had a home warranty program for your HVAC, water heater, pool motors at a very reasonable rate. They also insure the water line going into the house and sewage line going out.Recently we had our HVAC go out. We had a replacement within 3 days.Very professional, very honest their family is our family.

Debbie is the best! She knows me and my family very well. Always responds to my calls and emails. Always helps to the best of her ability and answers all the questions I have.

I had moved from CA to AZ and unfortunately i had to switch my state farm representative. At the same time when I moved here I didnt need a car for a year, maybe more, therefore i wanted to cancel my state farm. I came here as it was my closest state farm. One of the representatives here who I talked to in person allowed me to cancel my account without letting me know that I would lose all my insurance history if I didnt get new coverage within a month. I didnt find this out until a year or so later when I wanted to reinstate my license and I had no record NOT EVEN with state farm! So disappointed by the service. Im now at geico having to pay a premium as if i just started driving like an 18 year old. Thanks State Farm
