Not a safe business to entrust your insurance needs with-- they are careless with paperwork and lack integrity and accountability. Michael was my insurance agent for five years--I recently upgraded my auto insurance policy from liability to full coverage for both my boyfriends car and my own. When my boyfriends car was involved in a serious car accident that left him with some injuries we learned that Michael had initiated in the computer system but neglected to fully process my boyfriends coverage, and we had been paying the increased premium for four months without any extra coverage for my boyfriend. Michael claimed to have no memory of increasing my policy at all, although he had strongly advised against it due to the age of my vehicles. Because Michael would not acknowledge his error to Allstate we have paid out of pocket in the area of $4000 thus far for accident-related bills. Additionally, when I removed my boyfriends totaled car from the policy, my premium suddenly increased by $700--all of my discounts had been removed and extra charges had been added to my policy. I spoke to Andy, who was unable to send me an updated copy of my insurance policy to explain the changes. I made a serious mistake to simply trust my local agency, in lieu of reading through the indecipherable and laughingly inconsistent policy letters they send out weekly. I have since switched agencies and am paying less than before for actual full coverage on two vehicles.

Unethical, sloppy and unscrupulous. Seem sweet but stay far away.
