I’ve been using this Allstate office for about 20+ years (and my extended family does too) — first with the prior owner and now with Jason Reed. The main reason I stayed with them after the former owner turned the business over to Jason Reed was because I truly appreciate all the great staff that work there — it seems like most of them have worked there for many, many years — and a result, they know me by my first name when I call. Overall, they are usually already familiar with all our various cars and the different properties that we insure through Allstate (and when they need to pull up details, I’m always pleasantly surprised at how quickly they can do it — usually within just seconds — and I honestly can’t ever remember being put on hold while they had to look something up).In my experience over the last two decades, the staff there are not just friendly and eager to help when I have a question, need additional coverage, or need to reduce coverage (in particular, both Tatiana and Susan are both so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable whenever I call, and they are a pleasure to work with). In fact, everyone there that I’ve ever dealt with seem to be true insurance professionals who know all the “ins and outs” of the insurance business, and that has mad me feel confident that I not only have saved significant amounts of money over the years, but that I hav the Igbo amount of coverage for our family’s needs (I’ve never experienced pushiness to take coverage I’m not interested in, which has happened to me prior to using this Allstate office).Overall, I am very satisfied with my service at Jason Reed Allstate, and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good, solid insurance agent.

Ever since this Allstate Agency changed owners it has gone downhill, every re-newel period my wife has to call and question the rate increases. The person who answers the phone is very rude and never offers a reason only that it may be a glitch or some other excuse. I have decided to change auto insurance companies, however I decided to keep my homeowners insurance with Allstate. I called the agency to inform them of this and was greeted with, Well you know well have to raise you homeowners rates.Great customer relations! Not how can we remedy this issue, not we would like to keep you after all these years, no, all you get from this office person is negative, and of course Jason Reed is never in.Jason, if your goal is to loose clients and go out of business, you’re doing a good job.Tom ChaconJinx Malone
