I have done business with Allstate for 20 years and this year decided that the premiums were so high I needed to shop around well I have had a huge eye opener while doing this, Allstate doesn’t care if you’ve been with them for a long time it has nothing to do with being loyal I found out, I can’t wait to switch from them and saving a ton of money so glad I started shopping around! When I did attempt to tell them I’m cancelling they just made me feel stupid and said I didn’t ask for the same coverage and deductible which I’m pretty educated and I know how to compare apples to apples but they kept saying no other company has $509 deductible which I found at least 5 that do and a lot cheaper than Allstate. If you don’t care about customer service and you don’t want a relationship with your agent and you want to pay high premiums go to Allstate if you don’t want all of that don’t waste your time. Terrible service, terrible prices!
