I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the first call on a Saturday night to their arrival on Sunday morning I was assured that the most affordable options are considered first which is repair before replacement. Service tech was Mike, being said I had to replace the 17 year old condenser, but that was after a thorough inspection of the entire system. It was about a fifth of what I was expecting. I called these guys for a second opinion on previous estimates of work necessary ranging from $8500-36000 for replacing 1-3 units. I had been told many things were wrong with one unit, and it definitely needed replaced. My original serviceman recommended replacing 2 additional older units since they were on their last legs. I was very skeptical of this estimate, so I decided to call A1 Air Conditioning Residential Services for an estimate as well. These guys could not have been more professional or honest. They showed me pictures of the issue (which was in the attic), which was minor. They also showed me pictures demonstrating why the previous estimate was for fixing things that didnt need fixed or replaced. 20 minutes and $150 later, everything was fixed. I cannot recommend them more highly, ecstatic with the service. Very nice guys, too. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks

First I found it remarkable that this business was open until 11:30 and i needed help at 11:15p.m. Sure enough they answered the phone! I explained the problem with the a/c and was told theyd be out the next day (a Sun.) to assess the problem. I was thrilled b/c another company told me it would be 3 days! As promised they came and assessed the situation the next day. Heres the amazing part! The outside unit just needed tweaking. Other than that it was working fine! AND! There was NO charge! No service call charge even. I give them an A+++ for customer service along with 5 *****.
