Exceptional service - hands down! I was put on the schedule right away. The communication of when they would arrive and when they were on the way was very much appreciated! They inquired about what was going on, found the issue, and resolved it swiftly with thoroughly explanation and tips on maintenance.

I am 62 years old and a Veteran, my AC is broken and I contacted this company because they said they do not do a credit check. They lied when they said they do not check credit scores. I am giving you a bad review. My credit score was already low and every time some company like you looks to run my score it gets lower and lower. I have a job and I can make payments but because of companies like yours I have no way to qualify and now I get to continue to suffer in the heat.

You know how when you find good people, its evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so were talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc...I can say Gerald wasnt the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.On install day his team showed up and theyre delightful. I cant imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldnt be more thankful. Theyre polite, informative and again, just plain good people.I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.These guys are pretty epic! Save yourself the contractor parade. What you get here is an amazing value at a great price. Couldnt be more pleased!

Our AC compressor stopped working on a Saturday on one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to schedule an appointment with me within a couple hours of calling. An absolutely amazing family owned company I would recommend to anyone. They’ve done some great work at my salon. We had some things installed incorrectly when we first opened that have always caused us problems. They explained the issues until we fully understood them. The team even gave us a few different solutions that would help moving forward. I definitely felt that they gave us real solutions, and didn’t just push for the most expensive job they could find.I enjoyed working with them so much I recommended them when my parents needed some AC work done too! After contacting AirZona to service my A/C they emailed me right away to schedule a time to come over and let me know up front what the service was going to provide, its cost and the name of the serviceman who would contact me.The service on my A/C was top notch because their serviceman repaired some wiring and sealed an open seam in my return air duct that was leaking cool air without any additional charge. AWESOME !! Since my experience with AirZona I have referred them to friends and family who have also used them and were equally impressed.

I received 6 different quotes to have my HVAC replaced and AirZona was by far the cheapest. when they came to the house they were very professional and answered all my questions. The day they came to replace my unit they were on time and Finished early. Will definitely recommend to friends and use them in the future.

From Gerald to the installation team, all did what they said they where going to do. They showed up on time, little if any mess, finished the job promptly and Gerald double check the work. As former contractor I do not recommend many, but these guys I do, because they earned it.

The only thing that concerned me a little was the fact that 2 screws were left out of panel on outside unit. Air conditioning is working great, but panel should have been replaced properly!

Gerald and company went the extra mile to get me up and running again after an intermittent problem. They found the problem quickly and efficiently and it didn’t cost me a fortune. I would highly recommend them if you need service!
