The attendant helped me in and out with my clothes. Drop off was exceptional!! I used to do drop off. And he folds excellent. Will diffenitly be a return customer. Really nice man. Didnt get his name. Thank you.

With a broken washer at home, awaiting a part, had to do laundry. I checked internet for laundromats and called each to ask questions about them. Not having been to a laundromat in 40+ years, things change. Brite Scene was definitely the most helpful in answering my questions. Once there, I first noticed how clean and bright the place was. The owner was very patient with me in showing me how things worked. While waiting for clothes to wash, talked to another client, who lives in apts. close by. She does her laundry here all the time instead of apt laundromat. I was so pleased with this place and would highly recommend for their courteous, clean, and friendly service. A+ in my book!

I use their free pickup/drop off service which is AMAZING. They are extremely professional and honest. A large amount of money was found while they were doing my laundry. They called to let me know what was found and returned it. The laundry comes back folded, smelling incredible, and makes my life easier. I absolutely recommend this business!

The laundry attendant is rude and hateful . I never did anything to him nor do I know him but he is very rude towards me for no reason.The african american attendant, I am speaking of.Geez, get a life man and stop hating. You are too old for foolishness. I will definitely try to let the owner know about this mans behavior. My sons want to speak to this attendant to know what his issue is. Check your self sir...

Always having a great attitude wanting to help the laundry mat stays extra clean no no problems with the machine even the vending machines work very good and whatever the owner can do or staff can do to help they are more than willing the best laundry mat I have a been to

They found a ten dollar bill in my pants when they were washing and the attendant tried to return it when I picked up my laundry. I gave it as a tip. Good prices and fast service. Did a great job!

The owner not only helped me through my cancer, eleven years later he continues to help me !The place is clean and my wash comes back folded and all I have to do is put it away.I don’t even want to buy a washer and dryer because I love this place, and you will too!

As far as laundromats go, I have nothing to complain about here. I dont come here regularly. Only when the washer or the dryer is broken. But every time Ive been here Ive never had a problem and theres always plenty of machines to go around

Very clean and organized. I take my laundry here to be done for me, and D remembered me by the second time I came. Hes very friendly and goes the extra mile in making sure my clothes arent inside out and are organized.

June 18, 2016. I had to give that one star to make a comment. My experience here was beyond terrible. I came to wash and a customer took the washing machine I was using and instead of the attendent asking her to use another since she had eight. He spoke to her in Spanish and decided she should keep it and that I could use another. After that they keep speaking Spanish being rude. I decided to leave if they want to cater to Hispanics then let them. The place isnt nice and clean anyways. All the review are lies, the furniture is old and nasty looking and most of the machines are out of use and very old. Save your coins and spend them at a place where they speak your language and can service you better.

Machines leave your clothes soaked and I mean soaked! Otherwise a good place

I have been coming to this laundromat since 2003 and I havent been going anywhere else.It is and is always CLEAN whenever I go in there and the attendant is VERY NICE.He is a nice person to talk to and always go out of his way to help people if he see that they need help with something.I would recommend this laundromat to anybody that is looking for a nice clean friendly place with working washer and dryer machines....

I have been using this Laundromat for a few years now . I clean a huge job in the summer and early fall months have at least 10 loads with each jobs of sheets towels and blankets. This Laundromat is not the closest to my home but I choose this onebecause of the excellent customer service and the high efficient washers and dryers.Pam

Very bad machines. need a new one. couldnt even wash a bear which is the same fabric as my quilts. if I cannot wash the bear cannot wash my quilts

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff person. Most washers werent marked for load capacity and the staff didnt know. Ended up using more expensive machine than I needed. Dryers dont tell you how much time is remaining.
