Super clean. Has coin changers and various sizes of machines. From 20lb to 75lb washers and 30lb to 83lb dryers. Plenty of parking in the back and plenty of laundry carts. Will definitely be coming back to wash my comforters and sheets again!

This place is always spotless, the machines always work and theyre always nice and eager to help!!! Crystal Laundromat is exactly what a business should be...a place that you dont mind spending your hard earned money.

It was wonderful, the place is very clean, very spacious. Has a coin machine and bill exchanger. Temperature regulated dryer and all start at 25 cents. A very great place to do laundry.

This laundromat was very clean and the Lady on duty was outstandingly friendly and helpful. All of the machines were state of the art which was efficient in getting our laundry clean and done in a Jiffy!I will be back.

What an amazing owner and staff at crystal laundromat. They appear to work around the clock to maintain an absolutely clean and spotless place. Today I had an epic fail while washing some heavy comforters. The woman staff and male owner on site took charge and cleaned up my mess and addressed the error code on my wash machine without making me feel badly about it all. I will continue to make this my go to laundromat whenever I need to wash bulky items that my home wash machine cant handle. WHAT A SUPER AWSOME GROUP!!!!!!!!

Large machines, even when crowded don’t have to wait for machines, prices fair, clean. Would be nice to have more seating but otherwise wonderful

This place is super clean! The staff there are constantly cleaning, removing trash and disinfecting. Very spacious countertops to fold your clothes on. The machines are also impressively clean and my clothes came out brighter! Will be returning. 😊

So the place is really clean 👌 covid friendly . I came 3/28/21 the staff is not as helpful but Im not sure if it was because of the language barrier. I didnt realize there is an upcharge for using hot water so I thought the machine was miscounting the quarters. I tried to ask the Attendant a question about it an she just keep saying machine not broke an walking away. she wasnt the best listener it took me a minute to get her to stop an listen to me to she then explained that the machine charge more when I selected hot water. I felt overly watched I wish I had a way to show what she was doing. At one point I brought a bag from my car to put in the trash she came an out of no where an asked me to take it out the trash so I guess she was watching me on the camera while I was sitting g in my car (I promise it was not a big bag ). When I was trying to get change she was watching me put the money in the machine weired. I felt so uncomfortable that I ended up just taking my clothes to dry them at home but im hoping it was just an isolated incident. I havent used a wash house in a very long time so not sure if this is normal behavior or not but I probably wont be coming back but its a very clean facility with alot of washers and dryer really quite would suggest parking in the back if you do comeIm also not sure if the prices are reasonable but they are as followedWasherkeep in mind this is the price without hot water  they charge extra if you want to use hot water20lb  3.0030 lb 4.0045 lb 5.2562 lb  7.0075lb 9.00Dryers (they have 45lb,25lb,30lb,) all  .25  but only allow 4 minites of dry time (i used the 30lb dryer) be prepared to spend $2.00 plus trying to dry your clothes

Parking is located around back of laundromat. Amply amount of spaces available. Very clean inside. Variety of size loads available for wash & dry. Plenty of clothes carts available too. There are only 2 change machines which is no big deal. Chairs & tvs while you wait. No vending, but you can purchase clothes care needs.. gain, tide, dryer sheets, etc.. if needed. Nice place to wash clothes in timely manner.

I have been coming here for about 3 years now. I love it here. Alway friendly. I like the machines are newer, has extra settings on washer for extra rinse extra dirty. I recommend this to everyone I have talked to about laundry matt.

Nice place. Clean. Only saw one machine out of order. Havent been to a laundromat in 30 years, so $4 for a wash and $2 for an hour of dryer time seemed like a lot but I guess is normal.

Very clean, new style machines; washer cost is differentiated by load size of laundry, 20 pd., 30 pd., All the way through to a 75 pd. load. Staffed office for when coin machines are down and if you forget your detergent. Parking in back, highly recommend.

Its September 18th and mask rules are not being enforced. The attendant is not even questioning why the mask isnt being used. So much for caring about public safety.

Great laundromat I’ve been going for years off and on. Hands down the cleanest their is!! I highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable and their machines can handle any type of laundry load. Whites, colors, and blankets/towels in separate machines at the same time, done same time. Huge dryers that can dry an average load in about 30 minutes. There is a snack machine and two TVs or you can find a nice person to share laundry stories with 😂

Nice, bright & clean inside! I went on a Monday and it wasnt crowded with a bunch of kids running around. You can tell the Owners care. All the machines were working. They have varies sizes in Washer Machines. Small tubs 20 lbs up to extra large tubs 75 lbs. The Dryers are extra large as well with different heat settings.

$.25 for 4 min RIP off. Set a washer to do extra soil and rinse. Costs extra, took my money but did not do it. Told attendant(older oriental man). And as I have seen him do in the past NOTHING . Needed to use the restroom. You need a key, cant find attendantShouldnt be allowed less min on a larger machine. And it takes more than 30 min on the large one, even though it supposed to be more cost effective.

Very busy with all different types of people coming through. They keep the place pretty clean and the machines work well. I love that they have a person or two on duty each time I have went in to do laundry. They have a restroom which is locked so people off the street are not encouraged to just drop in to use the bathroom. They did allow one homeless gentleman to use the bathroom, but it was just one time and I have been there at least 10 times.

I love this place. Its very quiet. Spacious and in my opinion, cheap. They have multiple options for washing machine in regards to prices. As well as dryers. I come here every weekend.

This laundromat has plenty of assortment of washers and dryers. You can do bedspreads no problem, all new machines. Person on staff, two tvs, and plenty of parking.

Great laundry experience. The place is clean, well kept. Laundry baskets large and there is a variety of washer dryer machines. Best of all, instructions on machines are legible! I know where to pour laundry detergent and bleach. There is seating and plenty of counter space for folding and a sorting clothes. Great lighting and plenty of parking. If I could, I would take this place bake to my neighborhood with me. The owner of this place cares about their business, and respects its patrons. This review is my thanks in return.

Clean and very friendly. I travel a lot and often times hotel laundry is subject par. This Laundromat/ Washington and Fold is superb compared to many Ive been too. I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, professional laundromat with good working machines.

Not too shabby, not to cheap! The place was clean and not too busy on a Saturday around noon. Prices are based on the size of load youre doing - smaller 25 lb washers to large 85 lb washers. The largest washer was $8.25 to use, and the mid size 45 lb washer cost me about $4.25 - pricier than I anticipated but it was a modern front-load washer and got my clothes clean in 28 min. I took my clothes home to dry on a line. They have a bathroom & small vending machine.

I give it a five-star its because place is clean the parking lot is clean you go in the front or the back the dryers are hot you get $0.25 per 8 minutes will most laundromat you get $0.25 for 5 minutes and the dryers are not this place has hot dryers up-to-date laundry machines from small two huge very very clean place. I come from Arbutus always Glen Burnie just through my clothes when theres two laundromats right here in Arbutus but I refuse to use them cause theyre not as good as the one in Glen Burnie.

Six months ago, I gave this place a good review. It is a clean, laundromat, with a lot machines available. But the reason I am now dropping my original rating, is the owners refusal to run the air conditioning, even one the hottest of days!! In the last four to six weeks, he has had the doors open, letting all the heat in, instead of using the air conditioning. He will only run the air conditioning, after at least three customers complain and yell at him!!! This has been a miserably hot summer, at times. His refusal to use the air conditioning, with all of the dryers running at the same time, just makes it terrible in there!!!
