Visited this location today because my home dryer is waiting to be repaired. I washed my clothes before I got to this laundromat. I’ve never had to use a public laundromat since freshman year of college and the dryers aren’t labeled to tell you the recommended time for a load. I used 3 dryers. The last one I put money in and the dryer door didn’t seem to stick. I felt like my clothes were gonna knock the door back open. I put my clothes in another dryer and started my load then went to the front to the lady behind the counter to buy something to drink and to report the messed up dryer. She came over, held the door closed and hit the button to show me that it worked. There wasn’t a warning or anything about having to hold it closed and I didn’t have to do it with the other ones I’d used. When I told her that I’d already put my clothes in another dryer and paid, she gave me a “how’s that my problem” look. The only thing I could understand is when she said “it works.” When I asked for my money back, she pretended as if she couldn’t understand me. She just walked away like I’d said nothing at all and talked to the other Hispanic people that were there. I didn’t even wanna stress it because I’ve already had to deal with my broken dryer at home. I’d just finished my fall semester finals and didn’t need any more problems. The only thing I wanted was to dry my clothes and receive help with the dryer. I know it was only maybe $2, but she couldn’t atleast showed some kind of compassion. The whole vibe was just messed up and very rude. Customer service goes a long way and she should know better. I assure you I won’t be coming back here. I’ll drive 30 minutes to Baltimore before I drive 10 back to here.

I love that its open 24/7! Really clean, lady that works there very helpful and nice. Even has a check cash inside if you need to cash your checks and if you have boost mobile they have one inside as well

There is one woman that works behind the check cashing counter who is rude as hell. Nasty and unprofessional. Youre in the customer service field, so learn how to be pleasant. Even if it consists of someone being directed to you, to ask a question because you appear to be the only one who speaks and can interpret English to the rest of the staff. This brings down my overall experience with the entire establishment. I liked doing my laundry here on the late night but the unprofessionalism has turned me off.

Great service and clean and friendly people

Call themselves 24 hour laundromat and now Im bout to be late for work because they said they are closed. Racist workers too if your not hispinic dont expect them to be kind or good service that is if they even unlock the door. Been coming here for 2 years never had an issue until now
