This is the best nail salon! Prices are good, service is incredible, the quality of products is top notch, and the store itself is decorated well. Would recommend making an appointment a few hours ahead. Can get busy but usually accommodate walk-ins.

Had a really great experience today with a young lady and man who did my nails. I walked in without an appointment and was seen quickly (it wasn’t too busy) on a Tuesday at Lunchtime, but I’m impressed with the attention to detail today. I get gel manicures and sometimes it’s hard painting lighter colors because of streaky lines in the color but they made this look effortless. I will be back! Thank you.

Ive always had a great experience at this nail salon. I usually try to call ahead because they do get very busy! The atmosphere is calming, and I always get compliments on my nails. I recommend them highly.

Came in on memorial weekend and I was in a rush to get in and out. My tech was very attentive and knew exactly what she was doing. Price was great and place was clean with relaxing atmosphere. Love to be back!

After covid relaxed their rules and being a senior I decided to finally get a pedicure with a gift certificate from last Christmas. The owner, a man, was extremely rude. Told me he would not respect my certificate because I could have come sooner. Are you kidding.? Restrictions have been coming and going. Should be my choice. Said he dont care, he only cares about his business. He did not charge me for the pedicure but would not give me credit on balance he owed me. Fine, if you cant respect the ppl that come to your business, you wont have a business. Never come here.

Absolutely the worst nail salon around. I wish I could give them a zero! I made an appointment and when I came in they had a lady work on my nails first than a man who was rude and unprofessional. He kept grabbing my hand and bending it down with force while taking my color off. Its normal for them to hold your hand a certain way but this was over doing it. Than I was sent to another lady who finished my nails. In less than a week a nail broke I set up an appointment to come in. When I went in they werent ready for me even though I had an appointment I waited 10 minutes to be seen. It took her 30 minutes to do one nail!! The next day another nail broke! I will not be going back!!

They don’t sanitize their tools, They were in a basket unwrapped. she was very sloppy with my toe nails. The list goes on…… didn’t use the lites to dry only the fans. 🤔.

A man did my nails I didnt catch his name. however he literally manhandled my hands the entire time bending my fingers funky getting aggravated with me because apparently my hands were too stiff and talking badly about me the entire time. this was an awful experience and Ive been getting my nails done for years and have never experienced anything like this before I will not be returning and I hope others do not as well there are many es in glassboro to get your nails donego. this is just not the place to

These folks are always very nice to us. I have been taking my teenage daughter in lately to get some girl time, and they have all COVID guidelines in place. I am autoimmune and have anxiety. You tell them to please be gentle, that it might hurt, and they listen to you. They make you comfortable and remember you, which is nice. If you feel like stimulating the economy a bit, please do so with local businesses. Help them recover!!

I live in Washington Twp and was looking for a new salon. I’m big on customer service as another review stated from the moment I walked in I felt rushed despite being the ONLY person in the salon. The man that did my nails was just downright rude and I’ve never experienced since manhandling of my fingers in my life. He was so rough and getting your nails done is supposed to be a pleasant experience which wasn’t the case at all. I will find somewhere else to go who appreciates my business and is more advanced in valuing customers.

I will never go back. I was the only person in there, and was still rushed out. I am never one to complain, but this was just ludicrous. Ever since there was a change in owners it has not been the same experience. It really is a shame because they do a great job, but the new owner is so incredibly rude it makes the entire visit off putting. This time did it for me. I showed a photo of what I wanted in the beginning of my service, but explained that I wanted them a bit shorter than the nails pictured. The man then mumbled something about me being American, and when I asked what he was saying he replied “What you still didn’t understand me?”. I then asked a question about a nail swatch that was hanging up, and after he answered it very rudely, turned to the other girl working and mumbled something to her. After he was done my nails, he passed me off to that girl to get them painted. She also saw the picture prior to him starting my nails. What I got, was not what I asked for, and when they confronted me about it after I was visibly unhappy saying “you didn’t say you wanted that” they just finished off with “Oh, sorry”. Horrible.

My partner & I had just got done eating dinner next door from Peking Buffet & decided to stop in for the first time for future services, we walk in & as were taking a look at the price list, a male (did not get to catch his name) he walks up & says what do you need done? I said, its out first time in here so as of right now were just browsing.Then I ask about their spa pedicure service (which he seemed to know NOTHING about, then I say, Do you mind if we take a look around? Rudely, he says No. Why do you need to look around the shop? My partner & I looked at each other in disbelief & I replied, Why not? It looks beautiful in here & we were curious to see exactly what the salon looked like! I then said, thats terrible! & simply walked out.CLEARLY, they lack ANY good & proper customer service !! Why would you be disrespectful to a polite customer ?? A new customer at that ! Even the other workers had no decency to apologize. Just because a customer does not tell you what service(s) are needed, their not allowed to take a look around ?? Its !I WOULD NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS !!

They are professional, adept at meeting your needs, & friendly. Always do a great work & are very creative. They are eyebrow pros! Posh nails is fast becoming my favorite nail salon & spa!

Always excellent experience

Son had two football games so I decided to try this local place for a refill/pedicure. My nails were cut down unevenly shaped and length. Sitting here I noticed appointments definitely aren’t honored being as though 3 other clients checked in and are still waiting for their tech a half hour later. Pedicure was decent massage rushed literally 2 runs and a pat on the leg 😂. I definitely wouldn’t come back.

Excellent! Asked for gentle and the person was very gentle! Didn’t have to wait, didn’t smell chemically. Spa pedicure was amazing!

Best Manicure Ive had in a long time. B was meticulous in cleaning up my cuticles and my ragged nails. Friendly yet subdued manicurist. I just relaxed and enjoyed myself.

Pretty decent with doing nails, Henry is EXCELLENT on pedicures! However I do not like that they talk about customers in their language. They dont know but I speak mandarin and I understand everything that they say. Its really rude. They even said things about me when I insisted on my nails being a certain way.

This place used to be my favorite spa in glassboro, but then a month ago the fantastic owners moved, and the new owners came the spa went down hill. I would give this place zero stars, but Although google will not let me do that. First of all, the nail tech spent ten minutes on a phone call and she didn’t even work on my nails during that time. Second, I have had surgery in 2018 and with her moving my hand in the awkward and painful positions that left my hand in pain. She made my hand bleed with how she worked on my nails. I had another appointment that would have been on time to but since she spent and hour and half doing my nails which would only take at most 45 minutes took that long. To add onto the list of why I will never take foot in this spa ever again is she was very rude and bitter. She did not seem to like working at her job anymore and did not come off right. Which working with people you need to have that nice attitude and not a rude one. For the past 4 years of coming here, I would never imagine an experience like this ever.

The woman who did my nails was rude. The shape of my nails looks nothing like what they use to look like. And they charge way too much. All I got was a refill and a coat of nail polish and it was 22 dollars. They are ridiculously over priced. I love pedicures there, but I definitely won’t be going back.

This is my first bad review I have ever written. I usually don’t go out of my way but I have never had an experience like this before. Made me wait an hour & when I wasn’t smiling due to being annoyed, an employee, Henri I believe his name was, and an annoying guest decided to talk badly about me. Right in front of me! Did not want to cause a scene so I didn’t say anything, although they were both very rude and had no place to say anything. So unprofessional! Told them I couldn’t get them done anymore because I had somewhere to go. Didn’t care or apologize either. Very understaffed and my friend also did not enjoy the place either. In my opinion, go somewhere else!

I went twice and both times my nails were thick lumpy not shaped how I asked at all they didnt even ask me to check and make sure I was happy before they shoved me to wash my hands and who charges to cut your nails down when you go for a refill? They were rude i will not be returning

Use to love this place. Still love Henry but after new management took over here this place has become horrible. Customer service doesnt exist. Really thinking I wont return and will discourage others as well.

Horrible experience I thought I’d experiment with eyelashes and had an eyelash application (extension individual ) done here they told me it would last about 10 days which than at that point they could fill them in if some had fallen out or remove them with Vaseline so I took the plunge and did it well even though they looked great they felt super heavy and uncomfortable so I returned in about 7/8 days to have them removed seemed painless and harmless right ... NO I sat for 2 hrs with Vaseline on my eyes and one lash came off after 2 HRS and surprise surprise my real lashes with it came off!!! I left furious and called them to complain and you no what my response was oh be happy there still on we did a good job and that oh we told you 3 weeks even more it could stay on and it could take hours for removal ( lie they said soak for 10 minutes when I had initial application ) they completely undermined my anger and being upset like it was my fault and I’m only the person who has ever not liked eyelashes and basically called me a liar that I was told it would take long like 2 hrs and no results isn’t long !!!! I will never go there again they’ve lost a faithful customer and now I’m sitting here at another salon who does eyelashes that has flat out said the application was done wrong they used way to much glue and the glue they use is a very strong glue which for some may be good but for most isn’t especially when they want them removed and that you MUST have a light hand since a little goes a long way .... they used too much glue !!!!

I had a terrible experience and got a very sloppy manicure. The woman didn’t want to at least clean up the polish all over my fingers, and the staff hovered over me with jackets on to leave the place 30 minutes before the posted closing time. I asked when I came in at 6:15 if they could do a plain manicure, well before their 7:30 closing time. I dried my nails for under 10 minutes. They followed me out the door and locked up.I never write negative reviews, but this was a bad experience with a staff that was annoyed at having to stay for a customer. Bad business.Won’t be back here again!

Only went one time and had a terrible experience. The staff there is very rude. My friend and I waited for almost an hour to get our nails done. I went to go for a gel manicure and the person left me waiting at the table with my nails in the foil with nail polish remover for over twenty minutes. Finally when another worker came to actually do the gel manicure she rushed through the entire thing. I do not recommend this place!!

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. It shouldn’t even be allowed to be salon. Went in for the first time, and they were talkimg terribly about me. Like excuse me? I read through this comments and saw that they talked about another girl too.... what a disgrace. I pay to get my nails done in a nice environment. I most deff will not be back!

The only reason y i am giving them 2 stars is because my nail tech was very nice... They are very costly.. I ONLY got a polish change for gel is 45$ feet and nails...i waited 20 mins for a seat... I will use as a last resort not saying they dont do good work but almost 2 hours for a polish change i cant do!
