I had a horrible experience here and if I could give negative stars I would. I made an appointment but when I came in I wasn’t greeted as the woman at the front desk was on her phone and I had to get her attention. She then was very rude and unfriendly when asking me what color and telling me to sign in. She just sat there and told me a table number to walk to. I sat at the table for about 5 minutes. She then came over and quickly filed my nails and nicked my skin a couple of times. She was very rough and still hadn’t said a word to me. In the middle of glueing my nails she was preparing three other people for pedicures and left me there for 5-10 minutes without saying anything, and when she returned she grabbed my hand very aggressively and rudely and made me very upset. She was glueing the nails on halfway down my nails and getting glue on my fingers and the fake nail was hanging over getting glued to my skin. She was being rude and rushing and putting the nails on crooked and not placing them right what so ever. She also filed my nails so much it felt like paper and hurt very badly. She then went to start glueing nails on my other hand starting with my thumb. She drenched the fake nail with glue and then stuck it on my finger and she realized she messed up and then ripped it off my finger and took some skin and the top layer of my nail with it. After she did that I told her that I did not want my nails done and that I wants the tips cut off on the one hand so I could leave (they weren’t really tips because they were glued onto my skin and halfway down my nail). She was so rude when I asked for this and continued to file my nails down to nothing before she let me leave. I am very upset and now left with very thin nails, cut up skin, pieces of fake nail on my skin, and glue on my fingers.

The pedicure was fine and nicely done. I had gotten the acrylic set put on here previously and it had came out to my liking. However, for the refill it was terrible. The acrylic nail was done more thick and they couldnt color match the acrylic color properly. There was a clear line where my old acrylic ended. Also, the entire time the nail tech was hurting my actual nail when she did the refill. When going back to the salon to ask them to correct it, the lady looked at me crazy and said she found nothing wrong the manicure. I became frustrated and asked them to just take off the entire set. They charged me $15 to take off the set, and the nail tech left acrylic STILL on my nail. Also, I had to go through another 40 minutes of torture as she destroyed my nails and hurt me in the process. I repeatedly told the nail tech she was hurting me. This place is absolutely terrible and had little to no concern on fixing the problem. I do not recommend this location unless you need a quick pedicure.

I have never been much of a nail person before I came here. I have tried many different salons but I always left unhappy, in pain, or my nails would be destroyed once the acrylic came off.I came to this salon about a month ago and for the first time ever I left a nail salon with exactly what I wanted. The young woman who took care of me was gentle and kept asking throughout the process if I was happy with the way it was going. I had no pain at all during or after! The acrylics lasted so long I was able to file them down a little at home once they grew out and keep them for another week or so. I just recently soaked them off, and my natural nails are just as strong as they were before.I will absolutely be coming back here, and I may even start to make it a regular visit! Thank you Linda!

Had an appointment and when I got there I was informed they were not honoring my appointment because they were behind. Didnt ask me to wait or offer another appointment. Just told me no. Why book an appointment days ahead if they dont honor. Informed me regulars walked in with no appointments and they come first. What???

Employee wasn’t wearing a mask and then was rude to me after i asked her to put one on. (We were in a small room and she was about to wax my eyebrows). So since she was mad about the mask thing, she waxed me aggressively and didn’t even trim my brows. I did NOT tip.

They really shouldn’t have a “walk ins welcome sign”. Popped in for a manicure and just a polish for my step daughter. Waited a few minutes which was expected for a walk in. The woman took us back and did my nails then left to do a men’s waxing in between my nails and my step daughters. Waited 30 minutes and eventually got up and left without getting her nails done. The woman who rang us up in the snarkiest tone said we should have made an appointment. Didn’t think it was necessary for a service that takes hardly no time. Also the quality of my simple manicure was not worth the $15 they charge. Polish is clumpy and she cut my skin while cutting my cuticles and an hour and half later I’m still bleeding.

I have been here several times and theyve done pretty well each time. Although they used safety precautions; they could have stepped it up a little. The last time I was there I went too fo d of how my brows were arched, but I appreciate that she kept them thick how I asked. Ive done gel, dip,manicures, pedicures, and brow waxing there throughout the years. When Ive brought in designs that I found online, theyve replicated them well. Theyve always done consistently well with all those services.

They were very unprofessional and rude. We called for an appointment ahead of time and the owner told us that we ruined their schedule with our appointment... what?! They were rude throughout the entire mani-pedis. I spent 250 dollars there because they charged extra for every little thing. It was just absolutely a terrible experience and I do not recommend that you go there, especially in groups.

Excellent job getting nails done, a friend recommended this place and advised me on getting an appointment because they are really busy. One day I was in the area and walked in without an appointment, it was true, they were busy but they didnt turn me down and they made it work, I only waited 10 minutes and got a new set of uv gel nails at a very reasonable price. Usually getting my nails done something small bothers me like a misshapen nail or a space unpainted but amy did my nails perfectly for a good price in my opinion.

My nails are just ok i definitely have had better i sat in my car right after and had to cut and shape some of my nails but the pedicure was the best i ever had i feel like i was over charged when i called and asked about prices i was told one thing but checking out i paid way more and they don’t tell you that it’s going to cost more like she immediately went with the more expensive gel acrylic which is fine if the work was there to back it up i don’t mind paying for a luxury but the luxury has to be there however that pedicure is what’s making me give it another chanceResponse: That’s fine that that’s the totalBut that’s not what i originally asked for that’s what you grabbed you didn’t ask if that was OK the price isn’t the issues it would be nice to know what I’m getting in to i work in the business and always inform my clients of any up charge also you might want to take note that your website says $45

My family goes here religiously!! We LOVE it. Much more detailed than perfect polish, and a lot cleaner too. At Lush, I know the tools they are using are clean and sanitized. They know how to make your nails look brand new and take the time to do it. Highly recommend.

I drive from over 40 minutes away for this salon. I’ve gone to every single salon in my own town and neighboring towns and Lush is hands down better in every way. Cleanliness, skilled technicians, inexpensive price, and very welcoming. Me and my best friend see Rachel and Amy love them both! I won’t be making another nail salon change again!

Lush is the absolute best nail salon! Have been coming here for almost 3 years now and Ive never had a bad experience. Ive had a chance to work with most of the technicians and they are fabulous. Everything about this nail salon was peaceful and relaxing. My Pedicure/Manicure service today came out great as i expected. The lady that took care of me was quick and efficient on what she was doing. She also took time in every details on my nails and made my nails look perfect. The price was reasonable for what i got. This place definitely became my favorite nail salon in the area.

My favorite place for nails. Since I moved to New Jersey a year ago I have tried four different nail shops and this one by far is the best. My nails come out the right shape. I had such a great experience this time around at lush nails. Previously my experience wasnt so good but after speaking with Rachel the manager, everything was amended. I set an appointment today for 5:15, I was serviced almost immediately by Thomas. He took such great care of my nails. My color and shape are fire. Im cant stop staring at my nails. DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE. This woman completely ruined my nice, thick, even eyebrows. She made one of them insanely thin for no reason and made them two completely different styles. I have been here many times but I am NEVER GOING BACK.

Ive only ever had my eyebrows and lip done here. The employees arent always friendly, it always seems kind of forced, and I think their wax is a little too hot. I always leave there with little welts on my brows and lips. But they always look nice!!

I came into Lush Nails & Spa (the one off of Rowan University) after class to have a full set put on and my old one taken off. Ive come here before and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the nail technicians are always generous and thoughtful of their clients. This is a good location to my house and I never have to wait hours and hours just to get a mani. I will definitely continue to come back here because I feel welcomed and understood here. Great place and great people! 😊

What a lovely nail salon. I took my friend recommendation to give this place a shot and totally happy with this place. The owner and staffs are really nice and professional. Last night they did a great job on my full set of u.v pink and white. So love their service. Highly recommend!!!

They never stay with their prices. I went in to get an acrylic nail done with design and they charged me $65. Then when i came back to do the same exact style they were ready to charge me $80. They just get more and more expensive every time i visit. They are fake with their prices charging people an arm and a leg.

I actually love love love this nail salon. Not once did I have to complain about anything whatsoever. Theyre very gentle and I like the fact that they take their time when doing my nails so that everything comes out completely perfect. Im actually heading back there today for a refill. On 4/13/19 I had a 9:30am appointment. I drove 20 minutes and arrived at 9:30am for my appointment. They sat me in the chair, I patiently waited. They kept calling Rachael to see if she was on her way. At 10:00am I couldn’t wait any longer and left. At 10:00am Rachael still hadn’t arrived. This salon is unprofessional and I will not return.

I love my girls at Lush Nails! They are the best!!! My nails have never looked so good...people always ask me if they are acrylic but theyre just my regular nails. If youve never been here I highly recommend you stop by for a spa manicure and pedicure.

I go here every two weeks, I can’t believe they would treat me like this. I scheduled an appointment and totally forgot about it so I called back right at my appointment time to apologize and reschedule and the woman refused! She basically told me that she won’t book me again because she’s not sure if I’ll come in? Unbelievable! They just lost a loyal customer of 2 years!

Cyni is the only one I will go to. She works fast and does excatly what I want her to. She is good to her customers. Always willing to work with crazy schedules. I always appreciate that. She even translated what she was talking about for me so I didnt feel left out. How many of your nail girls do that for you?

I finally found a nail place that I really really LOVE!!! I have searched and searched for local places forever. Lush did a very beautiful job. The nails are shaped right, a uv gel set looks very natural, and the polish job is PERFECT. I got my eyebrows shaped good and got a relaxing spa pedicure. I like how they offer different choices for a pedicure options. This is great!! The salon is trendy and so clean and many color options from regular to gel. I was greeted immediately by a nice front desk girl. The staff were incredibly friendly. Drinks are FREE. I will be back for sure and this is my regular salon now!

Its very beautifully decorated, the staff is amazing and very friendly and it gives the place a very positive and welcoming atmosphere. My nails always look good and last a long time, i also get my eyebrows done and they always do a great job.

To expensive for everything. Definitely will not be back. They charge me over hundred dollars for chrome nails that starting peeling soon as I left. Went to A&D nails in Sewell and they didn’t charge me a hundred dollars but $60 for my nails and toes. So they got an extra $40 dollars out of me. (AND MY NAILS WAS NOT THAT LONG BUT AVERAGE) Not professional at all as you can see.I see why your ratings are so low.

These are good people ! I moved to Maryland but I totally miss this nail salon . I used to walk here and get my gel nails done and even though I was indesisive I always walked out satisfied . I got my acrylic set removed and the woman doing the removal pried and pulled all of my nails off without soaking them in acetone or filing off any of the length. I told her she was hurting me and she continued to rip them off and didnt apologize, which resulted in her taking out a chunk of my natural nail leaving it short and bloody. As someone who has acrylic all the time and is used to getting them taken off, ive never had a removal be so painful.

Very rude! I have natural long nails i went for a overlay and ended up with damaged nails! Don’t do it to yourself worst nail place i ever went to.

Went for a group pedicure with two others and Im glad we called ahead because​ they were on the busy side. We were still seen in a very timely manner and the man who gave me a pedi was amazing, his name was Steven . A very friendly group of people was working and I cant wait to go back. Most of all I noticed all three of us had our pedicure tools opened from a sterile bag in front of us, which shows these people actually care about the customer.😊

I wanted to give this place a chance. They’re very nice and personable initially but i had a horrible experience. The nails are uneven and the polish was layered on way too thick. She must of not let it dry enough under the UV light in between coats because the nail polish popped after a few days and was wet still underneath the layers.I still waited to give a bad review because sometimes there’s just one bad nail tech at a good salon.But I went to (not even ask for a refund) get the nail polish changed because of the mess up and explained what happened. She was super rude and walked me around pointing to her nail techs asking me which one. Once I told her what nail tech it was she just said that they’ll changed the color but they’re charging me and “It’s not her fault”. I explained that I either wanted a refund or just to have the color changed since they messed up my nails and she just repeated herself. I guess they don’t value their customers money or time. Not to mention I tipped her really well even after being not completely satisfied.

I had an excellent experience at Lush nails. If someone had an issue with this salon or the people that work there I’m sure they were problem. Rachel and Tim are the nicest people I have ever met.

Rude and unprofessional. They have no sense of customer service skills and charge extra for every little thing. I went in to get a full set done (tipped very well) and literally four days later a nail came off and my other two began to chip and fall off as well. My nails didn’t even last a week so I went back to get them fixed. On their board is says $3 for nail repair but when I sat down she told me it’ll be $15 ($5 to fix each nail). The woman wasn’t even understanding or apologetic. She was very defensive and rude about it. I should of been the only one annoyed. Spent my hard working money on my nails and they didn’t even last me a week then you have the nerve to give me attitude and charge me $15? Never going back again after that experience.

Went for an eyebrow wax. The woman who took me in the back was on her phone loudly speaking the entire time. Did not greet me or ask about the waxing.I had no opportunity to explain what I️ wanted. She finished did not offer a mirror. If I️ am spending money in your salon, the least I️ would expect would be some courtesy. The brows were over waxed as a result and I will not be returning.

Im so thankful I found such a great nail salon by my university and I recommend lush to all my family and friends! I got my eyelashes done yesterday 5/30. The girl did a great job on the first eye then rushed through the second. There are gaps all over. If I’m paying $50 dollars for them they better be perfect because nailz club I’m glassboro does them for $30 and they look better.

The man that works in the Salon is EXTREMELY rude And RACIST. Every single time I’ve been. I walked in he doesn’t even acknowledge me, I’ve heard this from several Black students on Rowan’s campus . They bounce between prices when asked, not quite sure how me asking for a price turn into a whole debate but he tried to tell me to shutup.

This salon is one of the best in the area! They have great nail service with very friendly and amazing nail technician staff. As soon as you walk in the door a sweet aroma hits your senses and the decor is really nice. They offer stamp cards that give you a $5 discount on the 6th nail service and $10 discount once you finish the card. They also offer a $5 coupon with use of their ATM machine. I am always satisfied with their service and many of my friends and acquiantances have decided to switch to Lush Nails because of the great job theyve done with my nails. Highly recommend!
