I love going to this salon. I never walk in always appointment because they are always busy. They are welcoming and make me feel good when leaving there. They stay open until the last customer is complete. Even during the pandemic and being short staff at a small moment they still took care of there clients. Excellent service with Cindy. Got a brand new set, pedicure and waxing. Shes always on time and provides quick service with fabulous results! Prices are extremely reasonable for what you get. Wont go anywhere else!!

They do a very good job. I have never been to a place where they clip and file the natural nail before putting on the fake nail. I liked that. The only issue I have was they didnt ask if I wanted Gel or Regular polish they just put it on. They shouldnt assume because what if I couldnt pay for it.

First of all I never leave reviews. I’ve been to Teri 3x for dip nails and I’m hooked. She does such a good job. Super natural. I’m so picky when it comes to my nails. There is always something I hone in on whether it be shape or thickness. Literally perfect each time. Thanks Teri!!

I came to get a simple refill but i wanted a nice design. And by the time I left i was COMPLETELY unsatisfied ! my diamonds came off hours later and it was only one diamond per nail ! My nails didnt have a smooth feel and it was UV GEL, he only refilled half my nail 😠 my diamonds were put on by hand, he didnt even bother to use a tool, also he used top coat to keep my diamonds on which is probably why they arent there anymore !! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I personally just go to Lucy because she’s really great in my opinion. Everytime i got my nails done from her it looks soo good I get compliments. Now on the other hand, some of the workers have straight up attitudes and when you point something out complain. So if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t go there at all.. (Also the remotes on the pedicure seats are broken so no massage)

They suck at doing feet and they get confused on the prices on the phone they’ll tell you $20-$25 but then in person say it’s 30. Luckily I had enough money and I told the lady just a regular pedicure with no gel and she looked at me like I shouldn’t be getting regular wasn’t feeling welcomed at all. I should’ve stuck with Posh nails.

Came here because I couldnt stand the service of the other Glassboro shops (most of them). As my last attempt I was skeptical at first but I must say service A+ and customer service A+++. The staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home, VERY clean and great atmosphere. Cindy and Winona are my two favorite. Surprising they do a good job when theyre so fast, but one things for sure. I found my new home.

Wonderful!! My mother and I were both at Nails Club today. We saw Jen. Knew her from that other place she worked. She is an excellent manicurist. The salon is beautiful, clean and people were friendly.

I came to the salon to get a acrylic gel refill and a pedicure. Cindy did really really good job on my acrylic gel refill and Lucy did a great Job on my pedicure. The salon was clean and neat. I will keep coming back to this salon!!!!

NEVER will go there again!! I am literally bleeding!! Went there today for a full set because I had an event tomorrow (if I had not needed to get them done i would have walked out!!) First, the man who took care of me was either sick or had allergies because he sniffed the entire time. Next I asked if he could cut my cuticles since it had been a while and I wanted my nails to look nice. - Well - he butchered me! and everytime I complained it was hurting, he stopped but then did it again. He then proceeded to cut my nails short, but I didnt mind that as much as the shape he made them and the fact that he shortened them A LOT MORE when filing them down. I am now left with a stubby looking hand that has bleeding and red cuticles!! See for yourself! NEVER Again!

I love going to Nailz Club! I used to go to Expo in Glassboro and my moms boyfriend urged me to go to Nailz club. Cindy is the best and will always work around your schedule if youre busy. Its super clean and pretty and she is super fast but does extremely good work.

I would highly recommend Cindy! I’ve tried almost 4 salons and she’s the only one who exceeds my expectations EVERYTIME! After finding her years ago I will never go anywhere else.

They work when they feel like it. Went and got a pedicure the girl never checked for hangnails or anything. She took my polish off, soaked my feet, and scrubed the top (ouch) and bottom of my foot with the scrubber.

The only reason I am leaving 2 stars is because they were nice. My nails on the other hand turned out terrible! They are uneven, SO bumpy, and the color recommended looks nothing like the picture I showed that I wanted. I definitely wont be going back!

We didn’t experience any negative attitudes, the studio is fairly comfortable and neat. The problem is the long wait time and the skill of the technician. Even with an appointment, the wait was a bit over 20 mins. We needed to return the next day for a repair and although we called ahead, we waited for at least a half hour. Just wanted to try a few of the options being newer to the area. Safe to say, I’ll go back to the original place I started with.

Had a very weird experience. The woman who did my nails forced me to pay before the service was done. My aunt also got her nails done and her technician did not make her do this. I’ve been here a few times before and never was treated like this. I have a feeling the woman had a biased towards how I looked (age, ethnicity) and did not trust that I would pay for the service. Will not be returning.

I have gone to Lucy several times now! She is by far one of the best nail techs around! She takes her time and my nails look perfect before I leave the salon! Lucy does beautiful art work including 3-D acrylic nail art!! I love it!! Thanks Lucy!!!

Just to start, the tech that did my nails was in a hurry and it was obvious. My nails were shaped horribly and she did a horrible job with the polish. I mean, my 8 year old child couldve done better. She got the polish all over my fingers and didnt bother to clean it. The polish itself was terrible quality too. After complaining to my friend who was there, her tech overheard me and called the manager over who asked me if there was a problem. So I showed her my nails and told her I was not happy with it. She said that she would fix it for me which I happily accepted the offer since I paid $40 for my refill with gel polish. My friend saw another tech cursing what the fu*k to another tech behind my back. After only 3 days, my clear coat is dull and my friends design is already coming off. The quality of the products is bad and its not exactly clean or professional atmosphere!! Please go somewhere else!

I got my nails done today and the lady cut my finger right next to my nail and then she put this blue alcohol stuff on it she didn’t even ask me if I wanted it or not, and it burned really bad. My nails were finished and they were pretty good and I went home and I think my finger is infected now.IMG_3319.JPG

Ive tried other places, but I always go back even though I live 45 minutes away. Im a terrible nail biter, but my nails never fall off because of how short my natural nails are underneath. I dont know what is different, but this is the only place where my nails stay on and my polish never chips. They always treat me well.

I have been going to Cindy since before she opened her current salon, Nailz Club, in Glassboro. The salon is always clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. I have had acrylic overlay, gel overlay, and gel manicures, and pedicures with them. Their work has always been outstanding. I have been going to nail salons for over 25 years, and have been the most satisfied and happy at Nailz Club.

I had a good first experience but my second time I came here for a refill and I wanted coffin shape nails and they gave me an almond shape. Not only did I pay for a 45$ arylic refill with gel on top. My nail broke 3 days after and I had to get it fixed they charged me another 5$. So that turned into a 50$ refill thats not even that great. Ill never go there again

Awful they charged my daughter 53 dollars for a full set with regular nail polish. RIP off! Took advantage. I called and described exactly what she got done they said 25 dollars plus 6 dollars. Btw the design was awful looked like my 7 year old did it.

My daughter went here today and comes home with 2 cut on her fingers and they still charged her full price. I dont think thats right.Do you?

When I ask to move he said oh its not dirty I just didnt drain it??! He did not tell me he was going to charge me to take off my old gel polish that was barely on 3 toes. He then did my nails in a hurry and while doing so he messed a nail up and when I told him to fix it he didnt say sorry and he never put a clear polish over the color. I ask him to get my hang nail and he literally acted as if it was such an issue and banged on his table! & never got it, he said if you see it let me know and maybe Ill try To top it off when I ask to speak to the owner or a manager about my experience Cindi the owner was not in and the staff there did not care to hear about my experience they quickly sided with the nail techAlso check out the wall, there are 3 license ( one being the owners) when there was 6 workers at the time.DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEYTHERE ARE OTHER SALONS IN THE AREA WALKING DIDTANCE!!!!!!

Very poor customer service. They yelled at me from across the room to come over to the pedicure station. The remote to the chair was broken. The girl seemed like she was in a rush. She had to keep getting up to get supplies that werent on the cart that should have been. She also didnt open a new packet of supplies like they do at other nail salons. My nail polish wasnt even neat and she missed spots. I wont be returning.
