We had a very unusual project that was time sensitive. I called Robbins on a Friday and someone was at my house Monday morning. They did exactly what was discussed. Contractor Bob made sure everything went smoothly. I feel the price was fair for the quality and speed of work. We would call Bob at Robbins again if we need help with another project. They were easy to work with.

We had interior and exterior damage from the snow storm in February and Robbins did an amazing job getting everything fixed for us. Evan was our project manager and he was great at keeping us informed of timelines and what was going on. They were on time every single time they came to our house. We also had a lot of back and forth with our insurance company and Donald came out on a Saturday to be there when the second insurance adjuster came. I cannot say enough good things about this company and would highly recommend them for any renovations!

Trust me, I met with 5 different companies over the course of 3 months at the beginning of 2020 and Robbins came through with the best price, the quickest timeline AND a very personable experience. I was told by all the other companies that I would have to pay over 20k the price Robbins quoted us annnnd they all seemed skeptical about the project as a whole.Donald Robbins, the owner of the company, worked with us personally and directly for many weeks before the beginning of construction. He paired us with Kim Hill as the project manager and she was very accessible and professional the entire time.We liked their work *so much*, we even had them fix a hole in our ceiling while they were still finishing our outdoor project, hah! Cant recommend them enough!

We would highly recommend Robbins Construction when you want a project done right, on-time and on-budget. Our water heater sprung a huge leak in the middle of the night which came down through our ceiling ruining walls and floors. After a cleanup crew removed the wet drywall and had things dried out, Robbins came out, looked things over and gave us a repair estimate and a timeline. (A heads up to State Farm, too. They handled things quickly and recommended Robbins Construction for the repairs.) The job is finished now, complete with all new floors, replaced drywall and painting. Our job supervisor from Robbins was Evan and he was on top of every step from beginning to end. Everything is perfect, even better than new in some cases. It’s difficult these days to find contractors who are reliable, honest and do exactly what they promise. Robbins does that (and they’re nice folks, too).

We contacted Robbins Construction on the recommendation of a friend who is a builder. They were professional, straightforward, and responsive. Evan Robson was our project manager and handled our requests and questions efficiently and ably. We would recommend this company without hesitation for remodeling work.

We used Robbins Construction for 2 different home projects: a relatively large complete kitchen remodel and a smaller flood restoration. We have done a few home renovations with different contractors and Robbins Construction is head and shoulders above the others. They always showed up when they said they would (I’d even see them waiting outside until it was the scheduled time before wringing the door bell). It might not seem like such a big thing, but I’ve found that this is not the norm The work was done on time and on budget, and the quality was great. They aren’t the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. We found the project manager to be very responsive.... a real pleasure to work with. They stand by their work..... they seem to genuinely care about their customer’s satisfaction. Last but not least, I think these are honest people. We never felt even a little uncomfortable having them in our home without somebody there to keep an eye on things. I’m trying to think about something critical to write so that this seems a bit more balanced, but nothing is coming to mind. I can’t recommend them enough and we’ll use them again the future without hesitation.

We used Robbins Construction to completely remodel our kitchen as well as other work around our house. It is extremely rare to find service providers in the construction industry who are excellent on both the business/customer service side and the workmanship side, but Robbins is one of those businesses. Their quoting process is extremely thorough, they displayed very good attention to detail throughout the project, the contractors they used were excellent, and when issues arose (as they inevitably do on any significant project), Robbins stood behind their work and were very responsive in communicating with us.When the project ended and they were completely paid, Robbins didnt ghost us like many general contractors do when they move on to their next jobs. They continued to check in with us to confirm we were happy with the work they did and promptly touched up a few minor issues months later. We will continue to use Robbins for our future home projects, and we have recommended Robbins to a number of our friends, who have been equally happy with their work.

I had quite a few projects I needed completed and began looking for companies for each job. I had roofers, siding companies, and tile guys all come out to give their bids. After multiple quotes and dealing with a handful of contractors, I chose Robbins Construction as a one stop shop to handle the entire list. I am happy with Robbins Construction because I received quality work and honest advise all at a fair price. Inevitably, changes came up and they were easy to work with on those. Months later after completion, I discovered a couple issues with my roof. I took pictures and sent it over and they promptly came out fixed it, no questions. Ultimately, you want a company that will stand behind their work even after the job is done and the payments are made and Robbins Construction did that.

I used Robbins Construction for a bathroom remodel that started in May. They provided a detailed itemized quote. I was told that it would take about two to 3 weeks and was happy to see that the prediction was correct even when some wood framing needed to be replaced due to water damage. The project started on the scheduled date. The remodeled bathroom is beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. Hassen was very helpful during the planning stage and was open to questions and provided advice about the materials to use. The project manager Ben was responsive and regularly checked on the progress of the work. The craftsman showed up every day and performed high quality work. Last, this remodel took place during the pandemic and we were concerned about safety precautions. Everyone, the craftsman, project manager Ben and Hassen, wore masks when they entered my house to speak with me. I was very grateful for this because it put me at ease. I highly recommend Robbins Construction for any remodel.

I had a bathroom shower refit to ADA specs. The workmanship is stellar.Also had a my deck redone and expanded. Again, excellent work.I was somewhat disappointed in how the project was handled however. There were logistical problems with materials and at times I felt that my work was a fill in project. Took a but longer to complete than expected.Even so, I would use Robbins again, but would request management assurances ahead of time.

After our first experience with them, we knew theyd be the perfect fit to help us make our hall bathroom fully accessible for our son, who is a wheelchair user. Robbins Construction did a great job on our master bathroom. The team, Hassen, Ben and Evan, were extremely professional. Hassen always talked me through my anxiety during the process and is such a genuine gal with great advice. I trusted them in my home when I wasnt there, which was important to me. They finished the job within the time frame they gave me. I didnt really have any issues, but the few we did they addressed immediately. Not only do I recommend them, but I will probably be using them for a much larger project next year.

Weve had many different contractors in our old house (built 1902) over the years, and I havent seen one even close the high quality and professionalism of Robbins and their project manager (Donny). In an industry that seems riddled with false promises and sketchiness, Robbins is such a breath of fresh air. We did a master bathroom rehaul with some other odds and ends... and it looks fantastic. We had some setbacks unrelated to Robbins (vendors sending broken vanities, etc) and Robbins not only rolled with the punches, but made you feel like their #1 priority was to make sure youre happy. Theyre a cut above the rest. Great job Donny!

Lucky for us we chose Robbins Construction for our kitchen renovation. We are absolutely thrilled with our new state of the art kitchen.
