Hagen Plumbing did a great job....Peder got the old faucet with a sawyall it just didnt want to come out. And the new install Im very happy with.

This is the first time we used Hagen Plumbing Service. They were recommended by Mestan Contracting. Ray installed three new bathroom faucets for us. He was great and very efficient. Holly who did the scheduling was very professional and responsive. The price was right! We will definitely be using Hagen Plumbing Service again. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Hagen Plumbing. They were very knowledgeable - I could tell they were experts in the field. They also had great communication. My water heater went out right before I was about to go out of town. They didnt have an opening for a few days, but called me later that day to let me know their plumber got done early with one of his other jobs so could squeeze me in. I really appreciated that! I ended up needing a new water heater, so they were quick to get me scheduled and fast to install. They were professional and very friendly. My husband was out of town for work, so I was happy to get this all resolved by myself before her returned! Thanks for your help Hagen!

Called them to repair a whirlpool tub that was leaking.Very nice over the phoneThey came when they said they would.Ray was Very professional and nice.answered all my questions.I also had a couple of outside faucets leaking and Ray fixed those.Very happy.I recommend.

He knew what the job entailed before he arrived and was all prepared and was done quickly. He made some helpful suggestions to simplify the next phase of the project too. Needed emergency snaking for our main line going to the septic. The plumber arrived promptly and had our issue fixed in under an hour. Recommend!

Completely unprofessional staff. Have dealt with them few times. First of all, hardly ever you can reach Holly (the receptionist) in the first call, then plumber does not communicate with you before leaving the job site and leaves you wondering why the work was not completed. Then, after making multiple calls, Finally, Holly responses that, a part needed to be ordered and we will send the plumber back on a certain day.No show on the set appointment and the process starts all over again with leaving you wondering why the plumber has not showed up yet.Moral of the story, if you need quick service, better call a different company.

I woke up this morning with a puddle of water under my sink. In a panic, I called Hagen plumbing--I am glad I did. The plumber was on-time and very nice. He explained the situation to me, and fixed it in such a way as to ensure that any future work would not have to replace the valve that he was installing. (I explained to him that we would be changing-out our dishwasher soon.)I was not charged for the supply run. Additionally, I was not charged for the time that the plumber took to explain the situation to me. He was finished in under an hour and the charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend Hagen Plumbing. (I worked for 4 years in remodeling. I can tell you, these guys are great!)

After a call for help due to the previous owner’s lack of skills, Peder saved the day by installing a sump pump and repiping all kinds of wrong while at it. He also installed a ‘bitch of a toilet’ in the 2nd floor bathroom. A fifth star would have been earned if he had followed up on my quest for a new kitchen faucet. Perhaps that will happen now.

I had Hagen Plumbing replace all the pipes in a rental house I while I was remodeling it. Their communication was awesome and they did a great job for a very fair price. I cant recommend them enough to everyone looking for a reliable plumbing company.

You more than likely will have a decent experience with Hagen. However, when things go wrong after the fact, that is the true test of a companys character/service. I would avoid Hagen.
