Xan and his team were fantastic. We originally hired them for a cement patio, but we needed our retaining wall replaced as well so they did both for us. We are extremely happy with the end result. They made sure that the job was done well and went above and beyond what was expected of them. The projects were reasonably priced and we would hire XL services for any project at our house and would absolutely recommend them.

XL service is a true handy man team. They came to my house to fix the side roof. Since the roof is steep, it is very difficult to do the job at the roof edge.I am very much impressed with their professionalism, dependability and reliability. Found this company off their Web site. Called for an estimate and got great explanation and excellent written estimate. Being totally ignorant of what I actually needed I got a total of 4 estimates. Tossed the low ball and high estimates. Xan made me feel relaxed and I took a chance. The work required a sleeve and removing the existing square piping inside the chimney, re-crowning the top and a few exterior bricks. Also necessary was the re-bricking of the interior of the fire box. (I knew the work was required from the other estimates) They took excellent care to keep my home clean. They knew what they were doing and explained as they went along. While they were working I initiated and research a high efficiency flue/cap. They explained, but NO high pressure, I requested the flue /cap they installed the next day as they did not have one with them. Overall an excellent job, great price and truly and flawless event. Its nice to see craftsman that truly care about their work. I will use them to maintain the soot buildup annually.
