CMS was punctual, cost-efficient, and did excellent work from start to finish. I was able to send an email with accurate measurements and drafting, and they provided me with a quote for the work. I was kept informed at all stages of the project, and it only took 2 days. The gentlemen who came to do the work were courteous and effective. My neighbors asked for business cards because it looks fantastic. Photos show before, during and after.

CMS did a big project for me, replacing all of my concrete walks and steps, moving the gutter spouts away from the house, and doing a large patio with pavers. They worked so hard, did a beautiful job and even did a few extra things like fixing a loose gate and shoring up my fence. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Concrete Master Solutions replaced a concrete double driveway for us in late June. We chose them because of their high ratings on Angies List and also because their estimate was the lowest we received. Their performance was professional and caring, and the driveway looks great--better than any in the neighborhood. They took care to replace grass and even garden edging that had to be moved, and when they were gone, there was no evidence that anything was out of place. They also caulked an uneven seam in the sidewalk without charging us. We have had numerous compliments on the driveway, and we would definitely use them again!

Terrific service. Great prices compared to other companies. They started sooner than they promised and finished in the time duration that they stated. Friendly workers. We tipped the on-site folks, fed them pizza one day, and let them use our bathrooms when the needed it. A little appreciation goes a long way.

I contracted Concrete Master Solutions to replace a large residential driveway, and was extremely pleased with the results. I observed the whole process from start to finish, which included extensive demolition, critical grading requirements, and relocation of subterranean drainage pipes. The quality of workmanship and equipment was first rate; the ample crew exceptionally thorough and thoughtful with regard to keeping the site clean and well-contained. In addition, there was only a very brief window of opportunity to complete all the work, because of two continuous weeks of daily rain. This contractor provided every resource to ensure the success of the project in the limited timeframe of just two good-weather days. This company is a standout for concrete constructions, and I certainly recommend them.

I reached out to them because of their positive reviews. I called several times with no answer and left multiple messages over 3 days without a response. Finally, someone answered a few days later. I outlined the work I needed done. The woman I spoke with told me to send an email with pictures and someone would contact me with a quote. That was nearly a month ago and no one has responded. This is too much trouble for me to just communicate with someone for a quote.

We would highly recommend CMS. Our experience with them was positive from start to finish. The crew was very courteous and hard working. We worked well with the project manager, Eder. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. The office assistant, Priscilla was very helpful and nice to work with.We had a number projects which we needed to have done before having a driveway installed. We needed to have the old sewage line from the house to the street replaced, a tree removed, and an electric vehicle charger installed.Originally, we were going to find different companies to do each of these projects, since we hadn’t found one that would do all of them. However, CMS was able to do all of them. This was incredibly convenient, helped streamline the process and made it affordable. They also handled all of the permits. We had a couple of companies request that we handle the permits.Although, we were not in a rush to have the work done immediately, they started work shortly after we were ready.Before they started the driveway, we changed some of our plans on the design and color of the driveway. They were very accommodating. With Eder’s knowledge and feedback we came up with a design that works with our small yard and desire to have a two car driveway.In addition, Eder suggested a few additional paving projects, to replace the front stoop and add a sidewalk to our sunroom. These added additional costs to the project, but we were very happy that we took his advice, very pleased with the results and feel that it was worth the additional cost. Honestly, we are not sure why we did not have these included in the project beforehand.We pretty much expected total destruction of our front lawn given what needed to be done. However, that was not the case. They did their best to preserve what they could. In addition, they replaced our neighbors rotting fence (which needed to be removed to replace the sewage pipe), kept the street clean, and cleaned up at the end of the day. Upon completion of each phase of work, they proactively address any imperfections with the work without needing to be asked.The driveway, sidewalks and stoop came out better than we had hoped. We felt there was a pride in workmanship that showed in the work done.

From start to finish, this company was superb. We had a large project; CMS did exactly what we asked at a very competitive price. I hope we dont need another complete driveway rebuild but if we did, CMS is who Id call for it, or any other concrete work. From the owner, to his office administrator, to the crew that spent about 2 weeks working at our property, you just couldnt ask for better communication. A+

Buyer Be Ware: Concrete Master Solutions installed a new driveway in our home. While the team of workers was hard working and pleasant, Eder, the owner, was arrogant and extremely unpleasant to deal with. The concrete was poured in the Fall and leaves got embedded in the freshly poured concrete. Eder assured us that he could remedy the problem but the so-called solution he came up with only made matters worse. Up to this day, the leaves have left unsightly marks in our driveway and it certainly does not looks like an $11,300 job. On a personal level, we found Eder to be unreliable, unprofessional and extremely rude. Moreover, he tries to cut corners and he totally lacks business ethics and he is not a man of his word. Anyone who intends on doing business with Concrete Master Solutions should be on their guard and get every detail of the job in writing ahead of time. Do not take his word for anything because he will not stand by what he promised.
