I’ve lived at one of their buildings for 2 years. If there is ANY issues, good luck getting anyone on the phone. I’ve been trying to reach them for 2 weeks. Not the first time experiencing this kind of situation by them.Also, if you are lucky enough to get a maintenance guy to fix something, be ready for a 50/50 chance of it turning worse.

I have 4 years leaving here and they never fixed anything in the apartment unless if it and emergency. Another problem is in 3 years had been this problem one of the rain drain overflood every time rains and they never fix it

I live in these apartments for 4 years and they want to enter the apartment when they feel like repairing something I know they have the right to go into an emergency but when it is something you are going to be without water for three days, they have to have a solution first before starting work because that is irregular more when the problem exists for more than a month

I went in and was helped by greissy i loved her how she was very attentive to my needs and trued to help me with everything i filled out an application but due to covid i was not able to move i will def be going back once this pandemic is over to see if is possible for me to move in. Please please, don’t come live in here, I’m not exaggerating, they never pick up the phones even before pandemic came they never did, I wouldn’t give a star, they don’t care about their residents, they always messed up, I would have wished that someone advices me about this complex before, living here and moving here was a really really and awful experience. We can ever park at our own resident, they messed up everything!!!!!!

I have been renting my apartment for about four months, maintenance requests are not fulfilled in a timely manner. My dishwasher never worked and it still has not been fixed. The staff needs to be more responsive and attentive to renters, very disappointing to live here.UPDATE: Their response to me is inaccurate because this has been an issue since APRIL!! Even now, when you call for any maintenance issues they claim they will call back within a day but I have yet to receive a call back for another maintenance issue. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I have been living in these apartments for five months. It has been a nightmare with the neighbors, because they have no consideration in putting on the music. The floor and walls vibrate with music. It has already been reported several times to the administration, but neither the manager nor her assistant have solved us. We have asked to check the apartment ceiling because the squirrels have nests there, and at any time of the night they wake us up by tearing the ceiling or running. No one has answered us. Be careful if you are considering living in these complexes. Latino people are very inconsiderate with their cultures and customs towards others. Not even because of the pandemic they do not respect the neighbors with their loud music.

Management is professional and well staffed, very kind and attentive to what your needs are.If your looking for quality service and for someone to help you look for a place that fits your needs, come to the Hamptons at Town Center. Julie and Luiza were two of the many kind representatives that helped me out.I’ve been very satisfied with my stay here.And when it comes to maintenance there is a wait but we have to come to an understanding how many people are they attending to, they get the job done whatever it may be. My boyfriend and I just got approved for an apartment at The Hamptons at Town Center, and we couldnt be more ecstatic. Not only were they running a fantastic special for moving in, but they also had a neat spin the wheel game to receive an extra reward, such as more money off rent (or free preferred parking, as I won!).Our main point of contact was Victoria Bauer, who has been a tremendous help every step of the way. She continuously answers every question I think of, with kindness and quick responsiveness.The property looks excellent and seems rather quiet. I cant wait to live here, and will update my review after six months in!

If you’re thinking about leasing a home here. I advice you search else where. First and foremost the online pictures look better than the actual space. Secondly (most importantly) if you have intentions of having your packages delivered while you’re not home and have no one to accept it ensure you work with the delivery company to schedule a time that works best for you. I have been renting here for over 10 months and my packages have been stolen 3 times. Today may be the 4th time. I contacted the leasing office and they said they do not accept amazon packages and I’m screwed if my packages get stolen. Even tried to say this is the same with any apartment complex. My lease is over in January. Honestly I may not even stay till then. Your best best is to look else where. BUT their base price is very affordable. Electric and water and sewage is separate. So yea. Choose wisely. I hate it here. Never again.

This apartments complex is trash!I lived here for 1 year I had many problems that whenever something would get ruined I would call the office and the person who is in charge of the maintenance of the apartments she never did anything about it, the electricity bill would always come really high and I was never home I had to call the county so they could go check that everything was fine because, if I called the office they would always come up with an excuse.

Just was on the property and for what I can see, seems to quiet and maintained. I speak on maintenance or any other matter but I will say that the staff is delightful and down to earth. The one bedroom apartments have just enough room to do everything you need are very decently priced. But like anything else I recommend you come and make your own judgements. But as for now this is my most accurate opinion.

Ive been here for 2 years and have seen no improvement in management. There are several things that I dislike about the complex and a couple of things I do like.1. The neighborhood can be scary some times. Yes, there are teens that just hang out in the buildings to smoke weed and because the doors are terrible, the smell gets into your home. Ive walked my dog at night and seen random people (not people I recognize from my neighborhood) just hanging out IN THE DARK without saying a word. Also, the within the first week of living there, we had a brick THROWN THROUGH OUR SLIDING BACK DOOR.2. I order some things from amazon or another service and its been delivered to the leasing office since Im not home when its delivered. I figured its safe there to pick up. But when I go to pick it up from there, they say they have no package or its not there. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES now.3. Whenever we send a maintenance request, we say that they are NOT ALLOWED in unless my husband and I are home because my dog is very anxious and doesnt like meeting stranger without my husband or I there. We always come home to a notice saying that they fixed the problem. I dont understand why its an option on the request to not go in when were not home if they are not going to honor it.Update: 7/8/18 If I could give them Zero stars I would.Our lease ends in the middle of the month and we were under the assumption that we would just leave our keys the day we moved out. Turns out that we needed to give 60 day noticed that we were moving out (We were not told this information) and when I called to get more information, the woman on the phone was almost lifeless saying that its on our lease and continued saying that repeatedly. So now we owe $1,102 for staying 17 days of the month. Ive talked to a couple other tenants and the office is only there to get your money.I absolutely hated our experience at the Hamptons and would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone!!!!

Overall I must say I had my roller coasters in this place. But the Property Manager was swift as well as the Supervisor of Technical Issues. This was the first apartment me and my family had and we had a 3 year old grow from an infant and a newborn in this place. Hopefully management gets consistent and everybody is on the same page. Don’t be afraid to utilize the services and speak up if you have issues or concerns. This staff is willing and able to handle everything that comes across the service request

I lived 5 years in one apartment and another year in another and my experience was the following the first 3 years were perfect if we had some problem they solved it quickly but the new administration came in and everything went badly worse. They drug at any time they steal the packages that come to you but they started charging and the department gets moldy. Their stoves do not need to buy one if they can find a better place. They do not know how to avoid being able to sleep. all right. I searched and found and the truth I think tranquility is wonderful.and if they really read the comments try to improve looking for efficient people and their administrator is disastrous he does not like to solve problems since I enter does not do maintenance the balconies are in bad shape the broken and rotten tables pay attention before someone gets hurt

I have lived in this complex since 2002. I have seen management come and go. Not always for the betterment of the community. However, I must say that adding Valerie to property management has been a very good thing. She made it possible for my apartment to be repainted and re-carpeted. My apartment looks brand new! I am so happy and the paint and carpeting crew far exceeded my expectations. Based on the professionalism, caring and ownership that Valerie has shown me over the last couple of months gives me hope that this community can and will reverse its downward decline shown over the last few years. The maintenance service here is very bad. It takes them more than a month to replace a shower knob and it has still not been replaced. The person whom I was speaking to even put down the phone when I wanted speak with The Manager. Michael if you are reading this I want your opinion. How could people in your company be so rude.

They moved us in a renovated apartment with mold in both rooms! Not sure how they missed that. Mentioned it multiple times since move in date and still nothing has been done. Michael Marshall (property manager) was absolutely no help at all. Should I even waste my time calling Harbor Group Management (HGMC)? They have a lot of bad reviews as well......

Over all horrible experience. Me and my fiancee did not feel safe both in our home and in the area. The apartment was HORRIBLE was not even taken care of before we even got there. Seriously old old appliances barely anything worked. Cops are always their because of constant violence as well as fire fighters ALWAYS there seriously bad lack of communication between tenants and leasing office. There is so much more I can say.

The property and apartments are perfect for someone looking for a one or two bedroom. Now that they have a towing service its awful!!!!!!! how much management do you need for one and two bedroom apartments there is plenty of parking space for everyone!!!! Like i said everything is nice property and apartments. You cant have a late small gathering or cook out with your friends or family late because of towing. (speaking on behave of a friend)

I do not recommend living in this apartment complex. Almost every employee we have dealt with is rude and unwillingly to help with even the most simple requests. For example, I requested getting maintenance work done in our apartment after 4pm, which is when I get out of work. Maintenance works until 5pm daily, but they refused to accommodate my schedule. We had to speak with management at length to rectify this situation, which I think is terrible customer service. If the employees do not want to talk to you anymore they will hang up the phone or ignore you. During my lease period, new management took over, this became a mess of miscommunication and a hassle for residents. Additionally, the overall culture of the complex is unpleasant, and the property management makes no effort to repair it. In addition to the unmaintained bushes and grass, we regularly dealt with the smell of drugs throughout the property. The laundry facilities were a huge inconvenience. Half the time 1 or 2 of the 6 washers were Out of Order, leaving 4-5 available. We regularly had to compete with the other residents to get our laundry done, even though we paid more to be in an apartment near a laundry facility. The pool, which is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend was opened a week after Memorial Day due to circumstances out of our control. Throughout the winter we saw that the pool was not being maintained and was left to be destroyed. These circumstances were fully in their control, they just refused to maintain the pool and did not give themselves enough time to recuperate the pool for opening by Memorial Day weekend. We moved from New York, and needed to find an affordable home for the first year of relocating. I was very disappointed with what we ended up with at the Hamptons. I would sooner pay twice the price in rent than live here again. There are much nicer places to live in Germantown that are comparably priced. I highly suggest you chose another place to live. We have tried discussing these issues with management previously and they ignored or sent our calls to voicemail so when they comment on this asking to discuss the issues further do not believe it.

I feel for all the people who are stuck here, this place is bad. the staff are nice but there is too many problems here. You have teens blocking the path to your own door (not to mention they are not from the complex ). You have teens standing outside your doors smoking weed and fighting. Literally outside your doors. Cops dont do a damn thing about it. I wish this complex would have security patrolling or something of that nature . Every time a cop shows up the rascals scatter, its a brief moment of peace. You actually see parents coming out enjoying the day. 1 hour later it resumes right back with the nuisances. If youre going to live here this is what to be expected.

The only reason they get 2 stars is because there is a lot of parking and they don’t check credit apps and bank info. She provided all necessary information all with a great smile and helped convince me to do an application with my roommate. She was very sweet and easy going.

She has no respect for anyone. they will lose money orders and tell you that they will work on it and then give you a fee that you owe money when it has already been paid. They NEVER answer the phones, you have to call about 10 times to get someone to answer. and she never gets back to you!!! they have TRASH EVERYWHERE!!! WORSE PLACE TO MOVE TO! This really the worst place to visit we called the office to keep getting something fix and it takes weeks for them to come. Also today they came to fix the heater and told us they didn’t have the parts to it because it was old like why would move someone in if it’s old and you know it’s not going to work for long. This place is the dumps, I moved here with a friend and let me tell you. The manager Shanon is so unprofessional that its sad. Shes dresses very sloppy and Stands in front of the main office and smokes nasty. They have to worst cleaning services, they dont cut the grass or the bushes I had to duck under them to get out of my building. When you go in the office to pay your bills they look at you like why you here sad. Shannon talks to you like some kid or like its her way or the highway. She is truly nasty and if I could give them no stars I would. I would have left sooner but I contact so I had to stay one year. Great location bad management.

My Boyfriend Ronald M. Car has been damaged 3 times now at this property. The management team refuses to address the issue and we had to get an attorney involved. Do not recommend anyone staying here. They busted his windows out on 10/22/18 and although he met with the manager Michael Marshall that informed him that Carlos V. the maintenance man witnessed the two tenants who damaged his car back on 10/22/18 as of 01/09/19 he has yet to receive the statement despite being an eye witness. His attorney has advised him not to pay for the month of January due to his second car cover in less than 2 months being physically removed from the car. We are in the process of viewing the camera footage at this time due to 3 incidents occurring in a 3 month time span.

Me and my fiancee HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE!!!*For starters:1.) The apartment its self is SERIOUSLY outdated. All the appliances look like they have been here since they have opened!When me and my fiancee moved in we noticed dark yellow stains in all the cabinets and drawers(IN THE KITCHEN!), the hinges had dark brown looking gunk in them! All around the kitchen was a MESS!The bedroom closet inside has drawings on it(from a kid and we live in a 1 bedroom). Almost all the outlets do not work! The walls have just been painted over some of the places in the apartment you can see the old wall and it is gross and disgusting!The front door has almost NO sealant which is not safe WHAT SO EVER! The A/C doesnt work properly when you put it on high. And finally the balcony is falling apart and is not safe we rarely ever use it because it looks like it will fall apart at any given moment. We choose not to call for maintenance because the maintenance people we have seen are rude and are slow so we just choose to not waste our time and patience on calling for maintenance...(FYI, this place is infested with bugs!)*silver fish, spiders, and some weird looking bug!*The neighborhood:The area in its entirety is COMPLETELY UNSAFE! we have cops come through our court almost daily! And at all hours of the day. We have had 4 fire fighter trucks come in our court late at night and circle around the court.People are constantly fighting outside ALL the time and at ALL hours of the day with no regards to how inconsiderate they are being to the people around them.Most nights we can not get sleep because the fights would get so violent they would threaten to physically harm someone, or worse. They would be out from 9pm-4am depending on the night it always is late and long! We have had numerous occasions where we would have a guy stalk our bedroom(we live on the second floor, bedroom facing the back) and just stand there and stare into our window and we would have to quickly shut and close it. We had a guy out in front of our balcony look up and stare into our apartment and just stand there. All of which would occur late at night so we could not see their faces. We do not even feel safe in our own appartment. We are always watching our backs and looking outside because nobody here cares and will do whatever. We had a night where a group of guys posted up downstairs in our building( dont even live in the building) and would fight, cause conflict and problems and we had to constantly look out the peep hole to make sure they wouldnt do anything. We had a group of 10 guys walk around the court at night in the search for just one guy and we felt/ feel completely unsafe! And we have only been here for 3 months! ...( there is probably much more I could say but this gets you the gist of it all! And should help you out!)So in conclusion if you value your safety and living conditions. Save your time and DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I have been living at the hampton for almost 6 years now and this past week was definitely the last straw.i have recommended so many people to this place but am so over it.i put in a work order for bath tub being clogged and peeling and closets doors that needs that out of track.i waited for a week no response.i stopped by at the office and the new guy in charge of repairs tall African American dude with dread locks, and grey hair told me he WILL print it again and make sure it was gonna be fixed.i told him while you at it can you also add that the kitchen disposal does not work he said ok. i left.a guy came on Tuesday only fixing the clog bathtube.i went back in the office and confront them about not finishing the job.the guy with dreadlocks got irritated and extremely rude.i can even hear him mumbling word under his breath .I told him I wanted to talk to someone higher up he said well you can talk to Michael then he proceed singing some random tunes .he has zero professionalism and zero customer services.just because I came in with my uniform does not make me less of a person to deserve your respect.i am earning my life honestly and even though I am under rental supplemental program my rent is around $875 and I always pay it on time.if you can not deal with customer complain then you are doing the wrong job.if you can not hold your team accountable for the very poor maintenance service they deliver then they can never better themselves. Shannon Baldizon is very unprofessional and has wrote me two harassing letters. I am a disabled army veteran and have been receiving medical treatment out of state due to my disability. I have already got a lawyer involved due to unprofessionalism and management refuses to reply and provide a written statement on my vandelized automobile despite them informing me someone both witnessed the incident and saw the tenants who damaged my car originally on 10/22/18. On 11/28/18 my car was vandalized again when someone stole the car cover off the car despite it being on since 11/12/18. I have to pay security out of pocket now due to the crime infested neighborhood. My lawyer originally called Shannon Baldizon on 11/13/18 and she refused to provide her email address. I would advise individuals to be weary staying in an area where management does not respond to emails and threatens you with harassing letters. They do not care about people who are physical disabled. They do not fix issues, communicate effectively amongst one another or follow up on issues. The property manager Michael Marshall will say one thing and the assistant Shannon Baldizon will do another. Very stressful and they have hindered my medical condition severely that I am now on two medications.

**This place is truly a ghetto in every sense of the word.**Police stay on the grounds and harass the neighbors and even your guests. Heavy drug use-the smell of marijuana from mamy of the neighbors. (Yes, many).Groups of young adults literally hang out on your steps, walkways, and are loud and fight in the parking lots.Tell manage-ment and they are rude and basically say it is your problem-- Just call 911. The manager, Lisa, is the ring leader of this circus, and the other clowns.I do not recommend this place for even my worst enemy.

4 days after I moved in, I was served with an eviction notice. They did this in error as they had forgotten February had 28 days, not 30, and had tried to correct the bill I had paid as if it were a 30 day month, saying I owed around 80 dollars. Things went much further downhill from there. Most recently, trying to move out has resulted in extortion attempts as they try to charge me the entirety of the cost to turn over the apartment for the next tenant and then some. There is constant threat of dragging you to court, even if you never miss a payment. In short, youll be treated like a criminal. Good Luck to those unfortunate or foolish enough to live there.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!! This is section 8 housing, so unless you dont have a choice, keep far, far away!!!! I lived here for a little over a year, and it was the worst, most miserable living experience of my life. It adversely affected my mental health and well-being every day. There literally is NOTHING good about this place. Nothing. I mean that. Drug dealing in broad daylight, shootings, kids shooting BB guns into neighbors windows, Pit Bulls everywhere (even though they are supposedly not allowed), cars vandalized, neighbors brawling outside my apartment, teens smoking weed directly outside my apartment door, outdated utilities, and dark, dank apartments. I swear on my entire family that EVERYTHING I say here is true. Everything.My dog was attacked by a Pitbull, I reported it to the police and tomanagement. Needless to say that nothing was done, because about three months later, the same Pitbull attacked ME!!! After my window was shot out with a BB gun, I reported it to the Main Office on two different occasions. My window went unfixed for the final 4 months that I lived there.BEWARE - Irma in the leasing office is a liar, flat out. She is one of the most mistrustful people that I have ever met in my life. She will be sweet and nice to you until you sign a lease. After that, any requests or complaints will be handled by her with contempt. She lied to my face on numerous occasions. BEWARE- she will try to tell you that before you move in, you have to have a renters insurance policy from a specific company. THIS IS ILLEGAL!!! I had my insurance agent call and deal with it after I was fooled into buying the renters policy from the company that IRMA said I had to have before I could move in. Thankfully I got my money back after my insurance agent threatened legal action.If you have to live in section 8 housing, then it sucks to be you. But if you can avoid this place by paying a few extra bucks a month, I HIGHLY recommend it.

Only been here for 24 hours. Found out that plave had bedbugs. People in and out conatantly. Loud outside of your door. Smoking weed cussin. Not good for people with children. Manager. Thinks everything is funny. Refuse to move me. HORRIBLE PLACE

The maintenance service is terrible. I have been waiting for a week for them to fix the heating system. I called on Wednesday and they said theyd be here by Thursday. They called me back on Thursday and said theyd be here on Friday. They never came to fix the heater and they dont work on the weekends.

Going downhill FAST. Lot of riff raff around the area now. Young teens hang out around the apartments and whatnot. Busted blunt guts and trash all over the steps and ground. We got notices recently outlining some violent situation that happened and to let the police know if we find any weapons laying around the complex (be wary if you have small children). People dont even try to get the their trash into the dumpsters around here either. Its weird. Its like they lug it all the way to the dumpsters and just throw it next to the dumpsters and it piles up right there. Smells to high heaven and seems very unsanitary. Passing by other apartments I see notices of failure to pay rent, and the notice literally says Failure to pay rent lol. I understand things happen in life beyond your control sometimes so for the office to blatantly post that on someones door seems very vindictive. I guess the aim is to embarrass tenants into paying their rent on time? Borderline unprofessional. Who does that?... Guerilla rental office tactics LOL?

All the staff are nice, but I have had a nightmare of an experience every time I put in a work order. It took them 3 weeks and me showing up to the office multiple times before someone came out to look at my dishwasher that wasnt working. Currently it has been a week since I put in a work order for my air conditioner. They told me someone would be out the next day. No one came out. They apologized and said maintenance has been backed up with work orders. No big deal, it was 1 day, but they shouldnt have told me they will be there and then not show up. They said someone would come out the next day. That night I called the emergency line because it was uncomfortable. Someone was out in 20 min and cleaned the filter. He said he will be out the next day again because it still wasnt working right. That was a week ago. The guy came out again the next day, but only inspected it. Its supposed to be 93 tomorrow and I have no idea if I will have a/c.

There was a shooting at my apartment complex, this place needs to be shutdown, I left my complex an hour before with my son to take him out to play at monkey Joe so I had my brother look over my complex since it was a little dirty cause of my son terrorizing the place but I got a call from my brother almost an hour after I was gone telling me that they knock on the door and the description of two black male was trying to get in and one of them had my brother at gunpoint and try to shot 2-3 times but it didnt work, my point is this place is not a good neighborhood at all god forbid I was there and my son was there and he could have possibly lost his life to these shooters, Im going to the lease office and going to terminate my contract I feel like I shouldnt have to be charged for leaving a couple months early to my 1 year lease, I dont feel safe at all, my family could have died!

In very bad condition everything is old they do not fix anything when you call them for maintenance they do not fix anything the air conditioning is terrible it does not cool at all it is an oven in the summer I definitely do not recommend it to anyone the kitchen and the refrigeratorWorse they are older

My qualification is special to Greissy in the Hamptons office as she helped me a lot to be able to move and answered all my questions and helped with the needs in the apartment. I highly recommend it. I am very satisfied with your help and in your work to help me with my apartment. !! 😊Also give 5 stars to Mr. Rudy for maintenance. A tremendous man to fix everything and not to call again for the same problem .. I just cant talk about the others because several have come to my apartment to fix but until Rudy arrives he ends up fixing himself. I think they should put a better quality filter for maintenance since the prices and help are good but the maintenance still has too much to improve ... !!

I would never recommend The Hamptons as a home. The apartment where I live has many problems. When we moved they gave us a few pages to describe the things that need repair and 15 days to deliver those pages. After a week we left them at the office and they were never responsible for the problems in the apartment.One of the biggest problems is the existence of cockroaches, of which we had to take care of ourselves because, as I repeat, they never took charge. Really, DO NOT CHOOSE The Hamptons to live. The people in charge are incompetent

I sincerely apologize in advance, I have never liked to make this kind of pleasure, I have been living in the Hamptons apartments located in Crystal Rock for 3 years, 6 months ago I have been having problems with air conditioning, in repeated occasions I have gone to the office to report the same problem, I think it makes me and my husband more sad to be saying the same thing every now and then, it turns out that to date today 09/23/19 I have not had a solution to this problem, I am living in a heat oven, at night if it is not the fan, I had to buy can not sleep,, apart from that, add the humidity it feels of not having air,,, I do this so that they are more conscious, when renting At least make sure you have the apartments in decent conditions so that the tenant can live comfortably?When peer no one cares about this, there are many tenants who are leaving here for the same problem, I URGENTly call the people in charge of The Hamptons.Blessings.

I lived for 4 years in these apartments, at first I liked it very much everything was quiet but an old woman came to live in the apartment downstairs and that lady smokes so much that the smell was unbearable in the bathroom even she already felt in the room and I have a girl 3-year-old that was not an environment for her I went to the office repeatedly and they never did anything. It is the most horrible thing that those apartments have that allow people to smoke inside the apartments and another thing there is a plague of mice in short, the environment is fatal

To all those who think to come to live here, think twice it is malism they charge you for everything, there are bed bug pests at all times and cockroaches also charge you to get to fumigate when it should be your responsibility since the pests are brought by the rats whats in there Think twice before living in that place or else observe the Google note is bad not only I say it but many people.
