Lived there for almost 4 years, and enjoyed my time.From support to maintenance staff, everyone is nice and kind.After launch of their web portal, it was so seamless to pay rent, raise service requests, etc.Nice & affordable place to live.Great staffKeep up the good work guys.
Lived here from 2019-2021The complex moved me out of my apartment several weeks before the end of my lease. Rent was paid in full on time every month but they claimed that because I left the door unlocked and my keys on the counter I had forfeit the property. The complex threw out my remaining furniture in the apartment.Guest parking must be requested from the management office or they WILL tow you. Unfortunately the office opens/closes at whatever hours they feel like and you more likely than not will be unable to get a guest parking pass without requesting ~3 days in advance.Management is aggressive and unhelpful in every capacity. Several of the leasing agents are polite and professional but most will refuse any requests for help and seem genuinely happy about turning you down.
Worst customer service ever! Letty or Leticia is so freaking rude and unprofessional. Glad I found a better place to live. The only community that doesn’t do virtual tours in the whole area and yet expect you to pay a crazy expensive application fee and huge deposit. I do not recommend

I have lived here for 3 years and i am so pleased with how this property is managed, everyone that works here is very professional and kind. the safety & cleanliness is behind great. with so many new apartments being built & prices so high, seneca club has everything they have and more.thanks for all your hard work from upper management to maintenance crew.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR CARPET REPLACEMENTS AND GIVE YOU FALSE INFORMATION. PLEASE READ YOUR LEASE BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING. THERE PRICES ARE CHEAP BUT THEY WILL GET MONEY FROM YOU AFTER YOU MOVE OUT.
Why do I give 5 stars? Short and simple, the apartments are affordable, clean (zero pest issues), bigger than they look, they all have patios/balconies. Staff actually was kind, and they are professional as they should be. Maintenance is really really good, they always fix things in a timely manner, they answer calls same day, and I never had to wait for more than a day or two for bigger issues (like a leaky faucet or broken A/C). Staff in general answer all my questions. Neighborhood is definately safe, no issues here, its a quiet and safe neighborhood.My only wish is they have more parking for guests, other than that I found the general staff is direct and to the point and professional. The apartments themselves pretty nice and well kept. Safe and friendly neighborhood. All in all a good experience. Felt like I was getting more than I payed for here. 5/5 for being better than the average apartment.

Worst management. The leasing agents were told by the community manager Mayra to not give us any visitor parking passes. We rarely ask for parking passes. At most we have asked twice. We have never caused any problems. We pay rent on time like all the other residents. Im pretty sure shes breaking fair housing laws and we will be reporting her. And Im also pretty sure she employed her parents to work here without the companies knowledge cause Ive seen them several times. Corporate should look into it. The leasing agents are great but the management is shady. You should not have to deal with being treated poorly as a paying resident.
Its our 4th year living in seneca club apartments,mangment is v kind and generally answers all queries same day.we would recommend our friends n family to move in this area.our overall experience is really good so far...
The Apartment complex is very Military friendly, the price is very affordable. The area is maintained neatly year around. The Bedroom is kept in very good condition. The Manager and Marvin where very professional and helpful.
Recently just moved in in March, I’ve emailed the leasing office multiple times due to my car not being registered in my name but willingly trying to come to a conclusion on how to fix the problem to be able to get a parking pass but they never answer my emails or nothing I’ve asked multiple times for a temporary parking pass but nothing i simply always get carried by the office just don’t find it fair how when i leave my car in the parking lot when i walk down the next day wondering if my car will be there or not professionalisms isn’t up to par
I am really shocked to read the bad reviews on here! I lived here from 2008-2014 and moved back in 2017. I have never had any issues with the main office, we have had no issues getting our visitors parking passes either. Safety is a priority to me, especially with children, and it’s a very safe environment. Neighbors are friendly and maintenance is quick with repairing any issues. I have lived in way worse conditions in other apartments and so far Seneca Club is the best place. Not sure why people are complaining about the parking or getting a permit - it has never been an issue for us and we have two vehicles. Rudeness from the staff - I have never witnessed that. They are really friendly and helpful at all times. It makes me wonder if you have not liked living here, why do you keep renewing your lease (which is done yearly).
The units aren’t that bad for the price but management is a joke in this place you come to them with problems in the community they are very rude. You’ll get different answers from the different people who work in the office. I’ve only lived here for 3 months and already do not want to extend my lease any further. They will not accommodate their tenants when you say you don’t want to stay there past your lease agreement a good property manger would accommodate you to keep you there but this one will not. I do not recommend leasing here.
Great apartment for living. Quite neighborhood, very close shopping areas and pest free. Only downfall i have had is the guest parking is very limited and the towing rules are strict. Also, there ways of rent payment is very limited for the 2017 Era. Other then that, its pretty great!
This apartment is absolutely ridiculous. Ive lived there for almost 3 years and i never been annoyed in my life. First of all the staff at the management office is rude and do not care about their tenants needs and being strict for no reason! Second of all they make some stupid BS rule to make all the tenants come and check in to the office to renew parking stickers. They always have issues with parking spaces and instead of tracking other tenants who do not follow the rules, they target EVERYONE and keep changing the rules. They been checking parking information so frequently its driving me crazy. Oh and not to mention the fact that they are so strict on how registration has to match with the leaseholders just to park there????? and if you do not have a sticker they tow you. oh and there is like 5 visitors parking space and you need PERMISSION from the rental office before visitors come and park at the VISITORS section!!! theyre just doing this BS because they have limited parking spaces. DON’T waste your money here whatsoever! IT’S NOT WORTH IT!!! I FINALLY DECIDED THAT IM MOVING OUT OF HERE!
We moved into this place loving the price, and location, however our dreams were ruined with the lack of experience and knowledge within the management staff when it comes to handling and resolving issues. I have had the great pleasure of moving up the chain and bringing these issues to light to the corporate staff who apparently has no idea of the issues happening with their staff. The vice president basically called me a liar when I wrote her a letter filing a formal complaint against three mangers, and even had the audacity to say she has never heard anything bad about these people, which clearly means she isnt fit for her job either, you can see every review is about issues with management. Their workers were negligent and left screws behind while either remodeling apartments or changing the lights. We know this for a fact and have proof we provided to the staff and were told it would not be accepted unless we video tape them actually leaving screws behind. Kay Management knows their responses is in no way shape or form an offer of resolution, and they do not seem to care about the bad reputation they have given themselves due to poor customer service skills. Guess they will continue to have horrible rapport, and residents moving in and out. Im glad to help those in need of legal help living in complexes under the control of Kay Management if you seem to be having issues as well and do not know how to handle it. Lets stick together and make our apartments a place to actually call home since management has no idea how to do so.

Quiet neighborhood in general; the apartment is nice, the kitchen is smaller than i expected but very manageable. However, there is a serious problem of rudeness and attitude with the management team handling the property right now. At one time in the month, i tried to get several visitor parking passes because my car was in repair and i was driving a leased car, i came up to the leasing office and explain the situation and they literally told me that they do not care and if i find a way to get a parking pass with someone else (or another way), they will tow my car with the pass in it. at this point, i was like...Is this personal or what?! i dont know and i did not want to argue neither so i just decided that i will not be re-leasing with this company next year. Both agents and managers there act so unprofessionally and i just cannot take the rudeness. i do not take it from my children, i do not have to take from people handling a place i pay for.
Isolation is bad, you can hear your neighbors what they are talking about. Windows cant open if you are female, you need a lot of strength to do it. If apartment has a view on forest you will need to turn on lights all the time.Pool is good, sauna not working 3 years. Its safe and quite.
Stole my deposit money + 6 days rentI lived here for two years They took $600 deposit after two years we had Kept the apartment super clean, the appliances, kitchen and carpet I wish I had taken pictures to attach here, that how clean we left the apartment, they refunded me $72 and wrote that they bought carpet, and we had emptied the apartment on the 24th and I had paid for the whole month which $ 317 extra money they stole from me,
I dont have Zero otherwise I would choose that, Firstly the leasing team management is behaving very bad. The car parking is a big issue with them. Being a lease holder they towed my car. Guys when you re running such a big organization make sure to know to run it in good manner not giving headache to the customers.I went inside the office to talk, one lady her name is Lacey she replied so rude and the way she behave with customers is not yet good I been in Denver and Texas not seen such type of behavior with customers. They said we are sorry and told me to go pick my car from the towing location.Who will pay for my time and uber?, I was super late in the morning for my office meeting.Please try to organize your situation for the parking lot if you guys dont have any idea I will get you an idea come ask me.
I have been living in this neighborhood for 5 years and have never had an issue. Its a great neighborhood to raise your kids (I have a 9-year-old) and its a peaceful area. We have never had any issues living here and if you need something repaired in your apartment, its usually fixed by the next day. The elementary school is enjoyable for my daughter and its a great school.
THIS PLACE IS SO BAD. last time we did nothing to are toilet and it started to leak all way to the two rooms. WELL CALLED THEN AND THEN THEY SAID ITS NOT THE TOILET. now are rooms look so bad because of that. THATS WHY WERE MOVING.
They will make you cry, they do not care about thire residents. the worst place to live. The rooms and the price is out lined. The managements are so mean.

Very rude staff. They have outdated parking policy and restrict you to one parking space. If you have multiple cars and might need additional parking space, they rather threaten to tow your car or you move out, instead of trying to help reach an amicable solution.
I have lived in this apartment for more than 1 year. I will not recommend this place to any renter primarily due to the attitude of the manager.Manager is very rude and unreasonable most of the times I have interacted with her. I would expect some level of courtesy when dealing with customers. I have rented apartment in almost all parts of USA but never had a bad experience except for this manager.

I have been a resident of this community for 10 years now and have never had any inconvenience; any problem the administration solves it quickly; It has always been a safe and quiet neighborhood. The current administrator (Mayra) in her last inspection to the apt determined that she needed painting and change of folder and other arrangements and everything has been done in a very efficient way THANK YOU !!! .. The rental agents are also kind and ready to help you ... Recommended community to rent !!
