The administrator does not answer messages, mailbox is often full. We have gone to the administrator office to drop off legal papers and that person does not answer her doorbell . We have placed 7 calls in the last 48 hours and no calls are returned to us. An elderly client Needs to be out her current rental and is unable to get the required paperwork in to Prairie Meadows administrator because the administrator does not follow thru. So little compassion
