I recently had my first experience at the salon. I made an appointment for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Mary last weekend. Mary was incredibly professional, caring, concerned, attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire 90 minutes. She went above and beyond. After our session was complete, Mary spent some time with me in the guest lounge area to teach me a few stretches that would alleviate my hip pain. I feel much better thanks to Mary! After a bad experience the first time around with one stylist, I went back to see another stylist and absolutely love my new cut!! She did an amazing job and made me feel confident in my hair again. She was sweet and communicated really well and really listened to what I wanted.

I had an excellent experience yesterday with Vicky. I had a cut and color done. I am loving the new look. I really enjoyed the scalp massage.

Vicky was my stylist and she was great! She figured out what I wanted and made it happen. I love the way my hair turned out. She was easy to talk too and the salon itself was very clean.

I got my hair cut by Meghan and the experience was absolutely phenomenal. To begin, it was my first visit and they have this amazing offer for first time guests ($20 off $65 or more) and the ability to schedule online made me feel like I was not breaking the bank (pay 50% of service at booking) when I arrived to get my hair cut. The place was amazingly clean and well-organised. I waited outside (no inside visitors) and it wasn’t too long (though it was hot!). My haircut looks phenomena and I even catch myself smiling at myself in the mirror more than i’ve ever done before. Its much shorter than i’ve ever done, but it’s so cute and I just love it. Thank you guys so much! Wonderful, wonderful job and experience!

I have been coming to this salon for the past 2 years. Vicky is my stylist, and always does a fantastic job. She is always excited to try my different ideas and executes the style perfectly. She also gives the BEST scalp massages during the wash. Today I asked for a trendy, shaggy cut with lots of layers and she totally nailed it! I left the happiest I’ve felt in months. The salon staff was very helpful, wearing masks and requiring masks, and checked temperatures and symptoms at the door. There was hand sanitizer available, too. Great experience, as always!

Lori was fantastic. I was 10 minutes late and she still took her time. Scalp massage was most relaxing part of my day! Will be back!

I had a great experience at Breeze! Booking online was super easy and convenient, and I appreciated being able to easily see the prices for different stylists and choosing a stylist within my budget. I do wish the jump in rates werent so significant (at the place I went to before moving it here, it was a $10 gradual increase as the stylist was there longer), but the starting rates seemed very reasonable for the quality of service I received. My stylist did an awesome job, and Im so happy to have my hair look nice again after going several months without a haircut (Covid-19). I also definitely appreciated all of the precautions being taken related to Covid-19 and felt like they were taking everybodys safety seriously.

I was charged $73 for a haircut. The beautician cut my hair prior to coloring and shampooing. She just trimmed the ends and didnt style it prior to the coloring . I was then charged an additional $85 for a color. In total I was charged $230 for a cut and color . I will never patron that salon again. Definitely not worth the $73 for a Haircut. Where do they get off charging $73 for a haircut.

My hair had been severely damaged and the cut had been butchered and she was able to communicate a plan to get my hair healthier and presentable in the meantime.She was able to start correcting the color and really did a fantastic job. My hair is very difficult to color, and she nailed it on the first try. I am so impressed!

Vanessa is an amazing stylist! I had the opportunity of being a model for her, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve had a pixie cut for almost two years, and Vanessa is always great about trying out new styles. I definitely won’t be switching stylists anytime soon!

This place was amazing! Such a relaxing environment. Got a massage from Mary and I couldn’t be happier. I had some trouble spots in my shoulders and calves and she worked those out with no problem. I’ll definitely be back!

First and Forement, they have taken precautions to keep you safe. Everyone is polite, professional and friendly. They are efficient, run on time, which I appreciate. My hair stylist Kylee is awesome, Mary gives a great massage and Jill help with me out with a chair massage the other day! They are wonderful, all of them.

I had an Amazing experience with Vanessa doing my hair and makeup for my wedding day. She listened to all my requests and made sure all my needs were met for my big day. She also acted as a therapist at times when I was stressed or concerned with the outcome, which was far beyond her job requirements. I would recommend her and Breeze Salon to anyone in need of a place to trust with their hair and quality products.

Lori was EXCELLENT but prices are ENTIRELY TOO HIGH! $62 for a haircut is not acceptable. Because the cost was so high. I was not able to leave the gratuity that Lori deserved.

Didn’t actually get into the salon. The girl who answered the phone was unbelievably incompetent. Wanted to book me in for an appointment at 12.15. But it was already 12.50. Then gave me an appointment for 1.30. Then I was rung back and told I couldn’t have that appointment. Hope the hairdressers are better than the girl on the desk.

Worse salon I have ever been to!!!! Save yourself and don’t even bother u are better off doing ur own hair at home !!!! Hands down worse experience ever !!!

It’s a FRAUD PLACE, I don’t write bad reviews that easy but this place is money hungry. The owner has no courtesy to return a call request for 2-3 weeks even after her employee informed me she’ll call back about the company policy. Do not ever use your credit/debit card in this place, they will do unauthorized charges on your card. I’ve been a customer for over 4 years and that means nothing to the owner or anyone in this place. I did have bad experiences here before but not this worse. I am definitely planning to file a complaint of fraudulence against this place. YOU all should be ASHAMED of yourself!

Staff were friendly. The Spa area even though it’s separate from the salon area seemed so busy with people coming in and out. At a few points you could hear staff having personal conversations back there. Variety of services offered but not worth the price.

Krystal is a wonderful stylist who takes her time doing my hair. Ive been coming to her for over four years, shes the best.

The hair stylist I had was nice. The salon over all looked nice. The price for having my hair curled was....not what I expected. My hair definitely was not like my picture I showed. I ran out of time so I couldnt really say anything right there and then, noon 12 May 2017. The curls were very weak that they truly fell down as soon as I stepped outside. Not a humid day. My hair takes curls very well. Sadly I feel I could have curled my own hair for the price I paid. I went to the ball with pretty flattened curls.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this salon. Even if you like it for a little while they will eventually run off all the good stylists and then you’ll be forced to choose between the brand new, terrible hair stylists right out of school or the cocky top stylists that spend two seconds on your hair, charge you a fortune, and then scoot you out the door and expect you to sing their praises. All the good ones eventually leave, so just go to a salon that can keep their employees to begin with.

I never received any information from your manager Julie as I requested and I NEVER provided my card information over the phone at the time of me booking the appointment. I asked Julie to have the owner reach out to me and provided Julie my email address to send me any and documents that I was aware that my debit card would be on file. I was NEVER provided the information that my card would get charged. Dont you think if that were the case, if I DID KNOW, why would I would go through such lengths to get this resolved and get my money back!! I will dispute this through my bank as I have given your company ample time to provide me with information I requested a week ago at this point. I feel like your company is brushing this off and it is not my fault that your employees failed to provide any cancellation policy over the phone. As far as you staying that I provided my card information over the phone is a complete fabrication of your company! When I spoke with Julie she stated that she would take my card OFF FILE which tells me you guys had kept my card on file from previous visits WITHOUT MY CONSENT!! Again, I will dispute and you will be hearing from the BBB about your scamming business of charging peoples card without there consent AND keeping peoples card on file.

My wife went here on 2 occasions. Said it was wonderful nice staff but when she returned home it wasnt like the picture she presented. I urged her to call them back, and she did. To my surprise they offered to redo it...thought it was very nice of them to do that. On the second trip she again said it was a nice experience but upon returning home noticed horizontal stripes in the blonde section of the hair cut. She is to shy to leave a review so Im writing it for her, so that way it might make people think twice or really look at their hair before leaving. Now she is gonna pay another shop to fix it as it looks very awkward to have horizontal lines in your hair, unless you wanted them...

Breeze Salon is like a spa, basically. I mean, spa is even in the name! And, while they do offer spa treatments, even just a haircut is a spa-like experience. The shampoo room is dark, with low playing music. Your scalp will be massaged, and with the ambiance you definitely feel relaxed. While the cost is a bit pricey, it is definitely worth the money. Not only will you enjoy the spa-like experience, your haircut will be perfect! I used to go to bargain hair salons, but my haircut was never what I asked for. Its like they couldnt replicate a picture I brought in, or couldnt imagine what haircut I had exolained to them (though they acted as if they did). So my haircuts were okay, but not what I wanted. Breeze Salon has employees that can totally nail the haircut you want. I have never left disappointed. The woman who I see makes sure I feel confident in replicating the styling procedure at home, too. Highly recommend this salon.

If you are ever planning on having something drastic done to your hair (in my case blonde to dark brown) GO HERE! They did a great job taking time to consult with me and pick the color and followed through with exactly what they said they would do.It is always nice to see that professionalism still exists. These guys are great.

I made an appointment to have my hair cut with Tiffani last night. When I arrived, on time I might add, I was told Tiffani was behind and they put me with someone else and that she was just as good.i still had to wait about 30 minutes. Since I had never been there before I really had no idea about who was good and who wasn’t. Tiffani had been recommended to me so that’s why I chose her. Well, this person’s name is MacKenzie. I told her how I wanted my hair cut and long story short this is the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had! She cut it so close to my head on the left side you can see my scalp! It looks like a 5th grader cut it. It’s very uneven all over. My recommendation—DON’T GO THERE!!!!!!!

I remember my first haircut at Breeze way back when they were in a small house/studio on the other side of Georgetown with only one location.Been exciting to see them grow!

Went yesterday to get a facial and a shampoo/blow dry.The estheician, Brandy had phenomenal technique. I really applaud her for not rushing through the facial.The products, however, were awful. I usually leave a facial (and I get them regularly from different places) with a dewy glow. I left yesterday with my face looking dull and feeling greasy.The hair stylist was kind but was just trying to sell me on products the *whole* time.(Products created by the Breeze parent company, Aveda.) I was not interested in them.I had requested my hair be flat ironed and Im not sure what it was but my hair looked dull as well.Not happy with the products used on me AT all.I would rate lower had it not been for Brandy.Ultimately, I feel the spa is *way* overpriced and if I knew they would allow it, I would definitely pursue a partial refund for the lack of product efficiency.

I Can’t say enough. Crystal provided the best Mani and Pedi. One of the best I have had. I would recommend Breeze to anyone looking for a great place to relax and be pampered.

WORST EXPERIENCE!! First off, I spoke with the Julie who is the manager of scheduling and I asked her to please email me what documentation they had from them stating that they have the right to keep my entire card information on file with my name, address all on file so they could run it for 24 hour cancellation fee?? I told her I NEVER provided my card information over the phone and therefore not sure how they drafted $62 from my direct checking account WITH OUT MY PERMISSION. Julie went on to tell me I provided that for to them over the phone and I told I had not and to pull the call and listen and she would understand why I am so UPSET because I NEVER provided that information NOR was I EVER told this would happen NOR was I EVER told my entire CC # was kept on file!! This is not ok with me, I told her that employees there not only have my name and address now they can have access to my card information at ANY GIVEN time!! I dont know about you, but that is private information and I would like for it to be removed she told me she would take my card information and remove it. WHAT!!?? Wait...You mean I have to request for my card to be removed?!! I told her that it was not my fault the appointment did not get cancelled and that I would need all proper documents of this information that I supposedly signed to email to me immediately. I then requested the owner of the place call me directly to discuss my rights about leaving a cc # without my consent and charging my debit card. This was Saturday afternoon and I have yet to receive a call, email or refund! This place is a scam and BEWARE of your private information being handle by whoever works there!! THEY HAVE ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION ON FILE!!!!! I will be contacting the BBB to get in contact with them!! I am astonished that NOT 1 thing out of my request was taken into consideration and on top of that I got penalized for $62 that I did not owe!!! WTH!! I would give 0 stars except I can not post without clicking on a star!! I will never again recommend or go to this place again!!

I will never have my girls go here again. They were told one price, went as a walk-in, then told the price was $30 higher. I even verified with my wife what we were told. My girls went in, were told they could not get their hair done unless $30/each MORE was spent -- my oldest started crying, all she had was the cash.I then spoke to the receptionist, told her she would either take care of my girls for the price quoted or I would be coming down there for a discussion and I would be reporting deceptive business practices. I was told they would be taken care of. I am waiting right now to see if this shop makes good on their promises.UPDATE: According to my girls the people at the salon are honoring their commitment and taking care of them. I will wait and see if the owner responds to this post.

I think it is very high cost, they make you feel like a herd of cattle. Its like they want you in and out and paying as much as you can while your there. I was told this by two different people but thought they were exaggerating. Now I know its all true.

Super bummed that I purchased some products before baby and after baby I wasnt able to return them. I can respect a 30 return policy, but considering the fact Im a breastfeeding mama and ended up staying at the hospital longer than usual there was no grace to my request to find another product that would work with my hair. So sad that the salon would rather loose a customer over such a small inconvenience.

Im sad to say that after being a Breeze customer for over 9 years I will no longer be taking my business there. For the money you pay for a Master Stylist youd expect him/her to do your hair from start to finish, but in my experience thats not been the case. I only see my Master Stylist for the few brief moments it takes her to do my hair color touch up and after that Im passed off to someone else to wash and style my hair. In another incident, my daughter had come with me to get her bangs trimmed and our stylist told her she didnt have time because she had another appointment immediately after mine. However, she just went to the back of the salon and sat there on her phone for at least 30 min while my daughter got her bangs trimmed by someone else. The experiences Ive had there lately are to many to mention. To me its become more about how many people they can get through the door. I get it its a business, but in the process the quality of customer service has become very poor.

Worst experience ever at a hair salon. Went in for a color correction and a hair cut. Walked out paying over $200 for my roots to be dyed white and still have the same color I came in with everywhere else. I was not explained in detail what I would be paying for and got charged $37 for some shampoo treatment they said wasnt optional to take out of the bleaching process. My stylist was running behind 30mins or so and then while Im waiting to get my bleach washed out, shes goes and cuts someone elses hair and leaves me with an assistant who half ass washes my hair and leaves bleach on my skin after wards. She also put some random toner in my hair that wasnt supposed to be put in at all and I have grey streaks on my temples where she didnt wash it out correctly. Then after my wash slash half assed blow dry, the stylist finishes up her other hair cut and then comes back to me and says that we shouldnt go darker and that its as good as its gonna get for now. I was so frustrated, I left. Completely disatisfied with this service. Lack of professionalism, complete lack of empathy. Total waste of money. I will never go back.
