Recently purchased a 2019 Dodge Durango RT from Lance. This guy is the man. He got the deal done for us. Also kept his word when we came to pick up our plates. When we purchased this awesome vehicle he said when the plates were ready he would wash and fill my tank on my new whip. He was off the day I headed over to grab the plates. He had one of his associates wash the car for me fill the tank(which isn’t cheap). This dude who’s name unfortunately I didn’t get also put my plates on for me applied my front window tag for me perfectly straight which me being a perfectionist means a lot. So if you need a new ride please ask for Lance this cat will take extremely good care of you. Believe that👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Had an awesome experience at Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Georgetown. My sales rep, Mark Martinez was very knowledgeable and helpful. We could not find the Jeep I wanted so Mark walked me through a special order. I picked up my Jeep yesterday. The process was smooth and painless. The staff made me feel wonderful with my new car. Brand new truck under warranty having problems.Next available time for service is in 20 days. Turn around is 3-5 days.Cannot provide any alternative car because of car shortage as I’ve been told.It is my responsibility to rent a vehicle..You buy a new truck under warranty to avoid expenses like that and you end up getting it anyway.Will definitely go back to Ford next time.

Took my Charger for a recall I kept getting emails about. 4 hours after I left my vehicle I received a call from the service advisor and was informed they would charge me $70 because my car is lowered and they needed to get it on a lift. I explained Ive never been charged for this before nor has there been any issue ever getting my car on a lift. Dwayne then stated it takes a lot of man power to get a car on a lift and the techs dont work for free. I told him I didnt want to come out of pocket for a recall. He then told me good luck finding a dealer that wouldnt charge me for that. When I arrived to pick up my Charger I walked up to his desk and he simply said my paperwork is at the counter behind him and he didnt bother looking up from his screen. I didnt fuss at him or make it a big issue.Ive never dealt with Dwayne before this encounter. I purchased my Charger from Mac Haik and have taken it along with my Durango to them for all service and maintenance. I wont be returning to Mac Haik for any reason after dealing with him and being inconvenienced.

Called Service department Saturday. No answer, operator transferred me to a voicemail. Left voicemail. Call not returned by Tuesday. Wednesday morning send email inquiry. Received a response stating Dillon would call me. I gave a number to call. Dillon never called. Just call right now at 5:44, no answer. Transferred to another voicemail after ringing back twice to the operator. Stellar service, can someone call me back. It’s a Ram dealership that can only handle my issue, if not, I’d be going somewhere else after this lack of service

Sales experience was great! Service department is not a great experience. You get oil changes and tire rotations free with a purchase but I have never been in and out in under 2 hours. Often times it’s 3+. Trying to call service department is an endless circle of getting the front desk and waiting for service to answer then. Getting re routed to the front desk. Give it a try this has been my experience every time.

Went to see if my vehicle was still under warranty for the ABS light being on. Spoke to Tony and he said that they charge 150 to put on the computer to find out what is wrong. The sensors are not bad and before I took it to the I had it put on snap on tester to fin out what code was reading. The same one they use there. The computer said that it was the HCU motor. Tony told me before I left that would be covered as long as that was what it was. Got a call today and they stated it was not covered by the drive train warranty and gave me a crazy price to pay. I went in there specifically to find out if still under warranty before they even tested. Tony lied. Did not have the prepaid done for faulty equipment on a Ram 3500 with 52,000 miles. Crazy that the parts do not hold up paying 53,000 for this truck brand new and then be told not under warranty for their parts when told it would be. Then asked to look at power steering leak to see what needed to be fixed on the leak. All they did was look at the hose and say yes it leaks for another 150. Felt worse than going to the casino and giving my money away for something I already. They said replace the pump. I said you already replaced it, With 30,000 miles on it.My advice, if you like your money stay away from this place. They are crooks. Liars and thieves.Spoke to the manager that needs to shave that 1980’s beard and hair. That was a waste of my 5 minutes to where nothing was fixed or done to resolve. He just said you signed the paperwork.Stay away from buying or services this place are liars and thieves.

I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram last week. I called and spoke with JJ. He had a few Jeeps for me to see upon arrival. JJ greeted me with a big smile - so kind, patient and helpful. Very professional and simple transaction. They gave me a premium for my Jeep Wrangler trade in sight unseen, it was in the shop needing repairs. I was transparent and honest with them and were honest and transparent with me. I wrote a check and drove off in my new Jeep that day...while my other Jeep was still in the shop! I did have the clear title to leave with them, however, trusting me that the Jeep may need some mechanical repairs, however, it is excellent condition for a 2011 with 135,000+ miles was what really sealed the deal. Thank you JJ!!!

Good luck getting you car/truck serviced here. I had a safety recall last year and was told I had to leave my truck for 2 weeks. They could not order the part and schedule the service once it arrived. They also would not provide a loaner or rental... so I ignored the issue.Last year, I stopped by the Quick Lane for a oil change and waited in the lobby for 4 hours. When I asked why it was taking so long they informed me that they could not find my truck. It was moved from the spot so they misplaced it. I had to walk the lot to find it for them.For the past two weeks Ive been trying to get a warranty issue resolved. I filled out the website form for a schedule service and have not been contacted. I called and said I had a warranty issue... the guy said hang on and put me on a 10 min hold. He never asked for any of my information or gave his name. I called back and was sent to a different persons voicemail. I left a message and still have not received a return phone call.I called Covert Hutto this morning. They took my name and VIN. Verified my issue was covered under warranty and checked for recalls. Order the recall parts. Scheduled my service for next week. Sent me a text and an email with a confirmation. All within 5 minutes.Ill be ordering my next truck from Covert.

Made an appointment online with the service department to repair a safety recall with my truck. I arrived at the appointed time and my service advisor (Robert) was quick to get me checked in without any issues. Since my wife gave me a ride home I had no reason to utilize their courtesy shuttle service or wait in the lobby for it to be completed. About 3 hours later Robert called to inform me that the repairs were completed and I could pick up my truck at my convenience. Everything went smoothly and I was pleased with the experience. The next day I received a free Carfax report via email on my vehicle as a thank you for using their service department. Thats a nice touch.

Was told I had to wait 2 weeks to bring my Jeep in for diagnostic, understandable…. Scheduled to come in 2 weeks later and when I come in I’m told I would need to leave it for another 2 days before someone would even be able to look at it. Why schedule an appointment two weeks out to just have someone drop on the vehicle to be left for 2 days? I’m ready to trade in for a Grand Cherokee L but won’t be doing it here if this is how they run the service department

They will squeeze every dollar out of you through your trade, they have a VERY limited stock, and the addendum stickers are out. Beware, would not recommend, plain and simple. Was not there long enough to review the staff, walked out on their trade in offer. Purchased a truck elsewhere.

Different sales people, used and new departments and they were cold and rude, complete waste of our time. We switched over to Toyota and had that great quality service again. I came into Mac Haiks DCJR as a young, clueless, first time buyer thinking I was going to receive an 08’ Accord but upon my arrival i was saddened to hear that the car was sold the previous day but after a few word exchanges I wasn’t even worried anymore. Nicole did such an amazing job helping me find the perfect car to replace the 08’ and also giving me tips/advice as in what I should look for as a first time buyer and only being 29 & traveling 42mins away from home to purchase my first vehicle alone that truly meant a lot and helped me feel so comfortable and that I was honestly in safe hands. I ended up with wayyyyy more than i expected (14’ sentra) to leave with! all from the different features im not use to, the cleanliness of the inside (literally not a stain in sight), to the outside being dent/scratch free and great maintenance work being done on it all while still having it to be in my budget is truly a blessing and I give all thanks to Nicole for genuinely helping me through this process!

Can I leave less than 1 star? The service manager is a crook. We paid nearly $5,000 and my husbands car is STILL not fixed. We took it back again and they fixed it only to have the same problem a 3rd time. We called to let them know and they said they could get to it in a day or 2...um NO. Absolute bull and now were out 5 grand and our car isnt fixed. This should be illegal.

The service department quoted $1100 for a repair that was not accurate since we didn’t damage our own vehicle. Then when picked up the vehicle is was no charge. Get your facts straight before you upset the vehicle’s owner who pays way too much money in the first place for a vehicle that he doesn’t even like. Your only saving grace is Brian Wyche. It’s ridiculous when your communication with your customers are horrible!! You don’t even clean up the vehicle after you work on it. Great customer service. We will never come back to this location and definitely don’t recommend this place to our worst enemy….

Best experience I have had buying a new vehicle in 30+ years. Mr Mark Martinez contacted me yesterday after I requested information on the Jeep Wranglers. As I narrowed down my selection I called him back last night requesting to see the Black Wrangler 2DR 4x4 Sport. He showed up at my door this morning around 11 to pick me up as my current vehicle was disabled. I drove the vehicle back to the Dealer and loved the way it handled. Heres some details on our experience:- Michael (sales representative) was full of knowledge, patience, and zero pressure to go with one truck vs. another. He was exactly what one would want in a sales agent! It didnt hurt either that he has a sense of humor and brings a everything is gonna workout approach to the table - 10/10 sales experience.- Alex (sales manager) brought the solutions to us without the need to negotiate. Just when we thought we wouldnt make a deal, Alex came in and really saved the day by presenting great solutions (in terms of price and financing) 10/10.- Keith (finance) was a pleasure to deal with. Took Jeep to their dealership. They replaced body control module ($1,208). They claimed it was due to water damage. I paid $185 for a tow. Three weeks later on Memorial Day I was driving down the highway, and I lost all power. I nearly crashed as I maneuvered to the side of the highway because the lack of power. The lack of power caused the steering wheel and shifter to lock up. It was a frightening moment. I had it towed back to Mac Haik the same day. Three days later, the service manager Tony calls and says they have to replace the body control module (again). He claims this time the A pillar has failed and it needed repaired. A few hours later he calls and says the windshield isnt sealed. I asked if they could make sure it is sealed, because I want a safe vehicle to drive. He said they dont seal windshields. I asked if the vehicle is safe to drive. He said I would responsible for another body control module costing $1,208 and a tow of $280.Meanwhile, the general manager hasnt called me even though I asked on Tuesday and two weeks ago via email.How many times do we need to do service before I die in a car accident to show them that they arent being honest with customers?This is horrible, horrible service!

My experience with Chris was a joy, I was looking to trade in my vehicle and then purchase a Jeep which is my dream SUV, I did a online search and she came through with finding me my vehicle in my price range and finding a great trade in value on my truck that ended up paying off my old loan and getting me a down payment for the Jeep. Not only is my vehicle a certified preowned vehicle which gave me a ton of peace of mind because I have 3 kids! 12 Days later the used Jeep that I got happened to have a bad battery but Chris got it replaced the same day I called! Unbelievably positive car buying experience from Mark Martinez of Mac Haik Jeep in Georgetown.I was stationed overseas for work and wanted to custom order a new Jeep Wrangler. I contacted Mark via email and listed exactly what I wanted to order and exactly what I was willing to pay out the door (which was a considerable percentage below invoice based on feedback from Jeep forums regarding current pricing trends). Mark responded quickly and agreed to my terms with no hassle or negotiation tactics. He took my deposit over the phone, ordered the Jeep exactly how I wanted, kept me up to date on the build/shipping progress, and held the Jeep in a private storage area away from foot traffic until I came to get it.On top of the easy ordering, Mark got me a higher-than-average price for my trade-in and also got me 0% APR financing. Since I was coming in from out of town, Mark had all the paperwork mostly done before I arrived so I was in and out in about 45 minutes.I was honestly pretty nervous on the drive to the dealership that morning. I figured there was no way I was going to get literally EVERYTHING I wanted in this deal: the exact vehicle I wanted, the price I wanted to pay, the timeline I wanted to pick it up, the price I wanted for my trade-in, and the only financing option I was willing to consider. Mark hit it out of the park with living up to every single expectation he had established for himself though, and the end result was the smoothest, easiest, quickest, and most pleasurable car buying experience Ive ever had. I would be rating this dealership 1-2 stars if it werent for K.C. Gardner.K.C. provided me with the best experience Ive ever had when dealing with a car salesman. My experience purchasing a Jeep from him was very pleasant and straight forward, with none of the pushing. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted... K.C. didnt try to change my mind & he was a great listener/communicator. If he was the 1st and only person I dealt with, I would be rating them 5 stars.I had many hoops to jump through to finally get my new Jeep ordered in March 2021. I first stepped into this dealership to purchase one back in June 2020, but came across some obstacles because of my specific desires not being available. I also did not have the best experience when dealing with a couple other salesmen here, but K.C. really changed my perspective by treating me like a human instead of a marionette doll (or some other thing that can be easily manipulated).

We went to Mac Haik Jeep in Georgetown Texas on September 4th, 2021 because of the jeep in the screen shot attached to this email. You can see on the pic the online price is $60915.00. When we got to the dealership a sales person helped us and I told him the price we saw. We decided to purchase the vehicle for the online price. While in finance the finance person tried to sale us an extended warranty. Saying that Chrysler only finds there at fault on warranty items about 1% of time. I questioned this because I have bought many cars and they always try to up sale an extended warranty but I had never been told the manufacturer warranty was useless. I told him I did not want to purchase it and he said ok. I thought we would move on at that point but then he started being snarky saying why dont you cover or protect your vehicles? I told him I do and it has always been the manufacturer warranty and he would say well I already told you about that. We did this 3 or 4 times until I finally got upset and left the room to call a friend who was a car sales man for a number of years. He told me the finance person is not telling the truth and the car is covered for 3 years and 36k miles. I went back in and told him I would not purchase the extended warranty. He then told me if I didnt want to get a bunch of marketing emails to sign a form saying I didnt want it( I think this was so I would not get the survey from the dealer)Later that night I was going over the contract and I noticed an additional charge of $1793.00 for :accessories which made the actual price $62,708.00. I hadnt asked for accessories so on Monday I called the dealership and talked to both the sale person and then sales manager. They both said it was on the paperwork I was shown which I didnt remember seeing as I assumed the price I was paying was the advertised price. I said ok, I do not want those accessories to which they said well we can remove them but we will not take the price off what you paid. Basically I was forced to buy something I didnt want.This pic shows the price I should have paid and I feel this is false advertising

I would not give these people your business. We spoke with Lance on Saturday and went to test drive a vehicle. When we got there he said they had just received the vehicle and it had not been through inspection so therefore he could let us test drive it but he would have it inspected first thing Monday. After waiting all morning he came back and said it had a coolant leak and therefore would not be selling the vehicle. I just called and spoke with JJ who checked the apologized but unfortunately they had already sold the vehicle in the morning. Shady business practices lying to a customer. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was shopping trucks for about three weeks and decided I wanted a Ram 1500 Laramie. KC at Mac Haik contacted me and after telling him what I was looking for, quickly sent me window stickers via email of vehicles that had what I required. After picking what I wanted to see, I went up to check them out. Wasn’t fond of the interior color of the first truck. Not a problem. KC took us around until we found the one I wanted. The sales process was painless and if you can imagine, the financing part was even easier. I have never been in and out of a dealership that fast. Seems in the past, it’s been an all day ordeal. We were in and out in about 3 hours. That’s looking, applying, getting financed and detailing the truck. Everything about the experience was surprisingly pleasant. Went with. my husband to get an oil change, and decided to venture over to look at the Wranglers as I have been curious to test drive one. I had the privilege of getting to work with John Goins. John was super friendly, laid back and easy to get along with and extremely patient with me as I ended up test driving 3 vehicles that day. The entire time John listened to the feedback we gave and was super helpful never pushy, which was very appreciated. I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle, but 3 test drives later I feel in love with the renegade and ended up driving one home. Bought dozens of cars in my life, but rarely have I had an experience this smooth. I was shopping for a rare color Dodge Charger Widebody. Salesman Mark Martinez helped me search the dealer network to find my perfect car. Because my car wasnt in stock, Mark helped me order exactly what I wanted from the factory - and at a price that was in my budget. I was satisfied with the trade-in value offered for my trade (which I also bought from Mac Haik). Mark kept in contact with me during the entire process, giving me status updates while my car was being built. When the car was delivered, he got all the closing documents ready before I arrived, so it minimized my time waiting in the dealership. It was basically arrive and drive. Really satisfied with the dealership and especially with Mark. Highly recommend!

I almost bought a used truck from Mack Haik and without a doubt, it was the worst dealership experience in my entire life. I went to look at a vehicle one Saturday, was told it was still being serviced and inspected. I asked salesperson if we could start the buying process as I knew what I wanted. No we cant they explain to me because the vehicle wasnt there, and it would be finished Monday. I put in for a half a day off that Monday and was then told the truck wont be ready until Tuesday. Okay, things happen. I put in for another half a day, on Tuesday, and was in constant communication with the salesperson and manager. I had my financing ready to go, I also had insurance on the new truck. While I was Driving to the dealership to purchase the vehicle I got a phone call / text that they just sold the truck. I was in disbelief, all of the time off from work I took, all of the moving my schedule around, all for nothing. I did follow up with the general manager to let him know what happened, and got zero response. Since this happened I have talked to friends and coworkers who have also dealt with Mac haik, and they all have nothing good to say. In hindsight Im glad I didnt buy the vehicle from them, so it could have been a blessing in disguise.

They didnt tighten oil filter.It leaked oil all under motor. Was going to charge me to inspect there mistake so I bought 2 oil changes for 100.00 to get to see after pan for motor was removed. The service department is into charging u anything an everything they possibly can even if u have an extended warranty. ROBERT THE SERVICE ADVISOR needs to understand that CUSTOMER LIVES MATTER!

Very disappointed. Had agreed to a great deal for a 2019 RAM 1500 Certified pre-owned with Cory (salesman). Told him I couldn’t get to him till the weekend because of work in which he replied “still with customers, Saturday is fine”. Later that evening, I asked for the link to the credit application and he said that the truck was sold to someone else. Told me that the owners policy was to “sell everything you can when you can”.Sounds like a greedy business plan that puts the customers needs to the back burner. As I first stated, very disappointed on how Mac Haik views it’s customers.

Me and my husband went to Mac haik due to a online inquiry. We set up a appointment to view the truck and was told exactly what we needed down and what paperwork to bring after our credit check. When we came in everything had changed. We went from needing $2,000 down to $5,000 down on a 04 dodge or we could choose to get a $70,000 truck vs what we wanted and the $2,000 would then be enough?? Doesn’t add up... Our sales man seemed to be irrational/on drugs. We were lead on and told one thing and that wasn’t the case. We were also told that they wouldn’t have to run our credit again after the first appointment. But during the second appointment they shotgunned our credit. They gave us the run around. I would not recommend this pre-owed place. We ended up going to Benny Boyd in liberty hill. They informed us that Mac haik does a thing called the “bait and flip”. They tell you one thing and they lie and make it impossible/unreasonable for you to get into your ideal car. Instead they tell you that you have to get a brand new vehicle because $2,000 won’t work for a 04 but it will work for a 2021 truck?? I will not be returning. We left empty handed and had wasted a lot of our time. My issue was the run around they gave me and my husband. They had no intention on helping us get into what we wanted. I believe they actually ran our credit to get approved for a $70,000 truck vs a $19,000 truck. It’s all about money to them not customers service. SMH.

We purchased a used 2017 vehicle 7 months ago from there. Now we are needing a new motor. When called to ask a question about warranty Keith was very rude from the time he answered the phone. It’s amazing how the attitude switched up from the time of sale. They super friendly until the ink dry then it’s screw you. Don’t be blind by the smiles. All fake!

I found a vehicle advertised for $11,800. I spoke to Cris. I drove a little under 200 miles to buy it. I arrived. Inspected and drove the vehicle. I started to buy the vehicle. They went up on the price to $12,300. I had to show the sales person N.Tuck a screenshot of the vehicle with the price. N. Tuck went over the figures. There was a dealer charge of $1,495. I asked what it was. N. Tuck said the dealership added an alarm to the vehicle. The vehicle already had an alarm from the factory. I found out the charges were hidden fees. I spoke with a manager who said they added GPS to the vehicle. Why would the dealership add GPS and charge $1,495 for it. They aren’t a tote the note lot. They don’t need to know where a vehicle is located after the sale.I spoke with 3 different managers who all refused to give me the contact information for the owner or anyone Who would be able to take a complaint.I had my own financing set up. They were going to let me take the vehicle home. I refused to pay for the hidden fees. I told them those fees should have been disclosed before I drove almost 200 miles to buy the vehicle. They said it was not their responsibility to Advise me of the fees.This dealership is full of Liars and cheats. Be very careful when dealing with them. Use your own judgment. Look at the paperwork carefully. Ask questions. Don’t just enter into a sales contract with them blindly.

Though the website states that the service center closes at 6, that is untrue. I arrived at 4:30 and was told I couldnt get a simple oil change because the last hour is reserved for picking up vehicles. When I pushed back and started that it wasnt yet the last hour they ultimately agreed to do the oil change. They were done by 5 but didnt top off fluids. I really expect better service from a dealership.

Oil change only. Took about 2 hours & 10 minutes. They said they were having trouble with their oil distributer & had to pump & carry oil over as needed??!!?!? I guess stuff happens but they built that whole new side just for express oil changes not all that long ago! ?????

When I first called to make an appointment to bring in my vehicle, for a minor repair, covered under the original warranty, I was told to take it back to where I had bought it. I had purchased the vehicle online and it was delivered, so this really was not a feasible option. I tried again a week later hoping I would get a different person on the phone. I spoke with Robert Buckly, who was nice enough. I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle I was informed by Tony Santos that I would have to leave it there for a couple of days and they were not sure when they could actually get to it. No one mentioned this when I made the appointment so naturally I was quite surprised. I was quite disappointed and ended up making an appointment with another dealer. I had been warned by others not to go there and now I see why.

Sold car we were coming to see and buy. Found car online. Made appointment to see and buy paying cash. Had to delay due to ice storm. Drove for an hour for a noon appointment 0n 2/22. At 11:48 and three minutes out, we get informed that the car has been sold out from under us via text. Understand bird in hand, but not cool at all. Will not consider again.

Took care in for service including brake repair. They did have to keep it for 2 days. The brake pad did not hold and there was a grinding noise when braking. Took it in and they had it back to me in about 4 hours. Not the best time but the service was friendly and they took it in immediately. Things happen and its all fine now.

Yesterday Friday I took my 2015 dodge challenger sxt to Mac Haik for two simple recalls. Since I was there and I knew they had to keep the car for a few days, I asked him to change my oil too. This morning, Saturday, they called me and told me that they didnt have the right tool to remove the wheels from my car (I made the wheels turn from Discount tire without problems and they never asked me for the key to the wheels). So they didnt perform a recall because they dont have all the tools. After two hours they called me saying that the car was ready. I withdrew it and after 4 miles the oil light went on (the oil pressure was low): and they had just changed the oil. I check the oil level and there was not a drop of oil in the engine, totally dry. I spent $ 65 on the oil change (one of the easiest things a mechanic can do) and they forgot to put the oil in. I immediately called Mac Haik but since it was Saturday they told me to come back on Monday. So I spent 65 $ for an oil-free oil change, I had to spend another 25 $ to buy the missing oil and I find myself with a new car that now has the engine light on because surely that lack of oil has ruined the engine. In total I spent $ 65 on the oil change, $ 25 on the uber, $ 25 on the oil bought from Walmart and now I find myself with a new Dodge Challenger that has a light on the engine, without oil, without any assistance from Mac Haik customer service. I spent 20 $ on Groupon to change the oil on my Jeep and I had no problem, instead I spent a total of 115 $ from Mac Haik for a simple oil change and now I find myself a Challenger Sxt screwed because their professional mechanics forgot to add oil after removing it from the engine.
