Daniel is the best! He is very proficient in the Hertz service and even went out of his way to make my rental easier for me. Daniel also discussed with me all of the possible discounts that I am eligible for. Don’t waste your time at this location. Walked in and waited for 10 minutes. No one was there. They do not have hardly any vehicle here either. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Needed to get a rental due to an accident with my own. Had an appointment for 4pm to pick up the vehicle. There was a note that said they stepped out to pick up cars. My husband and I waited for an hour and no one showed up. I called my insurance to let them know and we got booked with another company. Its not acceptable to know a customer is coming at a specific time and not be there. Its be fine if it was 15-20 mins but it was an hour.

Dave is very good at helping us get the right car for our trips and also on showing us the features of the rental car.

Amazing place to rent the car you need, sales person was respectful and was not pushy on purchasing extras, made it very easy when I called to extend my rental another day. I definitely recommend this location for your next rental.

Went to pick up vehicle and buisness was locked with a will return in 10 minutes note on door. Waited and no one showed up. Had to call office to get store to open. Poor customer service for a buisness tgat does not close for lunch.

Staff friendly I needed a car for a short period of time while I purchased a new one.
