Do not rent a vehicle from this enterprise 503 Leander Rd #2, Georgetown, TX 78626!!!They are fraud!!! They will Rent to you vehicles that are damaged and then try to blame you for it!!!! Even after you tell the rental person about damage you see they dont write it down! We have been loyal customers for many years. We normally rent from our nearest location but unfortunately they were are close Saturday. We had no other option but to go to Georgetown, and let me tell the Worst place to rent! Please safe yourself some trouble and go to a different enterprise!!! Manager Steve hasnt returned our calls. Or bother calling us!!! Please be aware of this enterprise. Best believe they did this to the wrong person!!! We will continue fighting! We will not pay for damaged We did not do! If we need to get lawyers best believe we will and make sure this enterprise pays for it!!!! They are fraud!!!
Rented a car with my brother in law. Upon walk around we noticed damaged on the front bumper “deep scratches” and the bottom engine cover loose. The guy said not to worry about the scratches since it’s on the bottom of the bumper and the engine cover loose was due to it just being serviced for an oil change. Well guess what. Engine cover came off and got folded under the car. We stopped in San Antonio and traded for another car. Called Georgetown with what happened. They said no worries. 2 weeks later we get a bill for 2,800. They said the front bumper needed to be replace and the radiator. There was no leaks and I have pictures to prove it. They won’t see a dime out of us for their mistake and lack of notating damage when we asked them to. Will take this one to court if we have to. 💯 percent ready. Beware people! Make sure they are writing down everything even if they tell you not to worry. Thankfully we took pictures of everything.

When we rented the vehicle we notified the enterprise employee of the damages that were on the vehicle and he failed to mark any of those damages down and now they do not want to take responsibility at all! We have attempted to contact the branch manager and he failed to give us a call back and after many attempts on trying to reach him he finally answers and is just rude and is not willing to answer a simple question instead he states that this is above his pay grade and does not provide us with his managers number and instead just hangs up the phone! This guys name is Steve or Steven at this location just the worst customer service ever! I highly recommend that everyone stay away from this location and if you do go make sure that the employee helping you puts everything down before signing any contract with them since we now know they cant be honest!
One star because you cant give zero. My wife made a reservation for pick up this morning as she was planning a trip out of town. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle she was notified that there were no cars available. This seemed odd since SHE MADE A RESERVATION! Not sure what the point of a reservation is if the cars arent available. They said that she was welcome to have a seat and wait. They said they were confident they would have a vehicle by the end of the business day. Why would anyone sit in their lobby for 8 hours waiting on a vehicle?!!?!
I had to wait at the collision center for a long time (almost an hour) for them to pick me up (this wasnt communicated very well at the time) but they were so nice after they picked me up that Im still giving them 5 stars. After drop off, someone took me right back to my car in the same vehicle so no complaints there. Check in and check out was easy.
Dropped my vehicle off for repairs and Enterprise brought my rental to the dealership. Heading out the driveway I noticed the trouble indicator (!) illuminated on the instrument cluster, and the car smells like a cigarette. Called 3 Enterprise locations and none had a vehicle I could exchange. WORST rental car EVER! The renting location said oh those indicators go on and off all the time! Terrible.
Very good experience, only thing I can say is it seemed a little pricey. I do understand that there is a shortage of cars right now.Thanks for the great service and a nice vehicle.

So this review is based so far on how my interaction has been up to this point. On 8/18 I dropped my vehicle off at the dealership at 8am. Enterprise was called to pick me up to take me to their location to complete the paperwork and pick-up the rental. At 8:55am Im still at the dealership so I get upset and call a uber( $ out of my pocket) to bring me to Enterprise within 7mins. I get there and they tell me that I have to wait Because they do not have any clean vehicles to offer me. I explained the day before that I had a very tight schedule and needed to be at work by 9:30. They dragged their feet and offered me a Chevy Colorado instead of a mid size Suv like expected. The final inconvenience was the $50 deposit that NO ONE tells you about until you are in front of the rental ready to leave. This is something that customers should be told when making a reservation not at the very end as a surprise. Ill update the rest of this experience when turning in the rental and hopefully there is no more surprises.
Made a reservation for 6/15 to replace a later reservation for 6/17 at a different location. When I called last week everything was fine and the person I talked to said I had a reservation for 6/15. Just called to confirm and no one at this location remembers anything, they have nothing in their system, and theres nothing they can do.THANKS FOR MAKING A STRESSFUL SITUATION EVEN MORE STRESSFUL!
The Enterprise in Leander was great, but our first option was the Enterprise in pflugerville. We just had an accident in San Antonio today and USAA gave us a rental car at the Pflugerville Enterprise location, the person that answered the phone was really short and rude and wasnt very helpful at all. Weve had encounters with this Pflugerville location in the past, and I swore not to go to it again.. but our insurance company USAA told us to call that one. We just ended up calling the one in leander, and they were very helpful, very professional, and very nice and took care of us. So five stars 🤩 to Leander no stars 🤬 for pflugerville..

I will definitely recommend enterprise Rent A Car to anyone without any fear or doubt. Their vehicles are extremely clean, eco friendly and comes with great daily rates. Prices seen online when making reservations are generally the same in store.I usually make reservations at the Leander location in Georgetown, TX and I must admit, the store associates are extremely helpful! And just to add, theyll even drop you off at your door steps after returning your rental and dont have a ride back home.
Hands down the best enterprise I have ever been too. If you dont have a major credit card, there is more information you have to provide with them. They will offer you so many options and opportunities to get you into a rental. Very polite staff, very helpful. Highly recommend using this enterprise.

Alex is the best. My daughter left her iPod in the car. He kept checking the car and eventually found it 2 weeks later, very well hidden under a flap of carpet under the seat. We had given up, but he did not.Great service and will use again and again.

Picked me up, after wrecking my car and needing rental through USAA. Car was nice. I had a good experience overall, but the original agent placed me in the car, which had no gas. I mean, NO gas! It was hot out and I am 65, so I was not happy about possibly walking. Another agent immediately remedied the situation and was very friendly. Original agent may need more training in customer care.

Very disappointed in the way information was provided from the initial reservation. Was given the drop off time of 2pm on a Saturday by the representative who did the reservation. Noticed I would be a little late to drop off and was also concerned because the office closes at 2, so I called the drop off location and they informed I could just drop off the key in the drop box and it would be fine. Now I have been charged for an extra day of rental and a 2nd damage waiver fee which I was not informed it was per day. If the proper information would have been provided this could have been prevented but of course it would have been less money Enterprise would have made for this rental.

I recently needed a rental to use while my car was being repaired following an accident. The repair facility as well as my insurance company had default arrangements with Enterprise, and I have had good experience with Enterprise in the past, so I agreed. The Enterprise location in Georgetown, TX were sent reservation information directly, and on the day I dropped off my car, by the time I signed paperwork, Enterprise was outside ready to take me to their rental facility to get the car. It was painless. I had great conversation on the way with a retired attorney who was working with Enterprise, and when we arrived, the car was ready, was a nice model, and in a very short time I was on my way.Returning the car was so easy - I went to the car repair facility to pick up my car, and they told me to just leave the rental there and it would be taken care of. Then a few moments ago, I received a phone call from Enterprise to make sure I was pleased.I have rented cars hundreds of time in my work involving travel around the Country. Never has it been so pleasant and easy. I highly recommend Enterprise of Georgetown for any instance of needing to rent a vehicle. You will be pleased.

Ive been using Enterprise for about 15+ years now. Brent was the most courteous and helpful agent that I have had a chance to work with at this branch!!! I had to come at the end of the day (After 5pm), but he was super accommodating and very pleasant. Wonderful attitude! Helped me book a weekly rental for a specific date, even though they were closing down for the day. Definitely has great training/customer service.... Honestly, as a customer, and a small business owner, I recommend promotion, or a raise---these are the type of people you want to keep and grow. Thanks again for helping me at the end of the day!

Be weary of what you say to the rental folks if you have been in an accident where they are the contract company for your replacement vehicle. I used Caliber Collision (required by USAA) in Georgetown as the body repair shop. My car is in the shop for 3 days. My replacement vehicle is a rental from Enterprise (required by USAA). The rental was provided at Caliber with a Enterprise salesperson who proceeded to question me about any injuries and the accident itself. Apparently, Enterprise wants to be a witness for USAA if there is any personal injury claim. It was a very odd transaction. She then proceeded to tell me I “owned” their car now that I signed for it and was responsible for any damage. Mind you, she didn’t account for the fact someone could hit me while in their vehicle and that person would be “legally” responsible. Never used Enterprise for my rentals and wouldn’t have this time except for USAA required it.
The staff is awesome, especially Sarah. She had us checked in and driving in about 15 minutes, and thats with me chatting to her. Checking back in two days later and Sarah again did the job in 10 minutes or less. Never felt rushed or anything. Just fast friendly service and good clean, well maintained vehicles. Oh and they still will pick you up and drop you off before and after.
Cannot say enough great things about Georgetown Enterprise. This is now the second time I have rented through them for an insurance claim and they answer the phone after one ring, are SO quick in answering questions or making adjustments, the car was ready in less than 15 minutes and it was overall a fantastic experience. Dropped the car off after hours with no issues, which is a true miracle in of itself!

Service was good, but the female employee was rude and very stand offish. She looked at me strangely several times as I was asking routine question, and I overheard her talking to other employees inappropriate comments complaining about other customers. I think she is very unprofessional, but the other men there were very nice and professional (This incident occurred around 3:30 pm on June 8, and she was the only female employee at Enterprise on Leander road in Georgetown, TX at the time). I urge enterprise to look into this matter

Absolutely wonderful. I have been driving for 3 days from Virginia to Texas and I was so tired but they really made me feel better. They were all really sweet and professional. They make you feel like you are apart of the team! We had some issues with almost missing the pickup timr and them closing but they were great and worked with us! Then we were all set to review the car when someone left with the car.. the guys face was very scared but his team members coached him through it. They ended up upgrading us for the inconveniences. It was just a few minor issues but when you are sleep deprived, it could make or break you. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!
My recent experience was rather lengthy (45 days); but quite exceptional.The Georgetown, Tx team was amazing, professional, and very knowledgeable of all the aspects of my leasing experience.I had 2 cars over 45 days. After I turned in the second rental, I went back to see if they had an item that I left in the first rental (which I had for the first 30 days). Super nice people. I had an accident and needed a ride. My insurance set me up with Enterprise and I got a replacement vehicle. They upgraded me to a van because there were no small cars, I really appreciated that.
Manager is very nice and takes care of you quickly. Seems hes the only one moving quick to get everyone taken care of. Couple guys washing cars and playing a rag-smacking game while there were several customers inside waiting for their cars to be ready.

The service I received at the Leander Rd. branch in Georgetown, TX was great. The agent was nice, smiling, welcoming, and followed their practices very closely. The service was right on par with what I would expect. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the car I was given. The normal outside walkthrough was fine and the car looked brand new. It was a 2020, so that was somewhat to be expected. Plus, Enterprise branches in my area seem to do a banner job of keeping their fleet damage free. The internal cleanliness was below par and not what I would expect; however, this is now the 2nd time in a row I was given a vehicle that did not look like it had been cleaned on the inside. First, folx should absolutely clean their messes before they drop the vehicle off. Second, Enterprise should do a better job of quality control prior to putting a vehicle back out for use.
Even though they were busy, they managed to get me a car quickly. The pickup point was promptly made and I was comfortably driven to the car lot where they did the paperwork quickly and whisked me to the rental car. I was quite pleased when I returned the car and was delivered to my repaired auto at the collision center.
The folks at the Georgetown Texas Enterprise location are always very efficient and always give me a nice clean car. I have no complaints.

Set up a rental car, so I could move for work. Confirmed all information for pickup. Went to pick up vehicle. They stated a Do Not Rent popped up on screen from a 2007 rental in the area. Apparently, someone with a name, similar name to mine, not the same, but close enough that they decided to deny my rental last minute. Thing is, I had rented 20 times, in past 2 years from THIS SAME COMPANY, without an issue. No area managers were available for an over ride, due to them all being out of area. So instead of trying to figure out an internal issue in their system, that had nothing to do with me. They decided to void my contract, then and there. Complete garbage. What ever happened to customer service?
I reserved a car by internet and I was offer a upgrade for 20 + dollars, I accepted. When picking up not only the offered upgrade was not honored, but also the car supplied had the “maintenance required “ warning in the dashboard. They said it was ok to use it and that it was the only car available for me. So I had to take it and drive it for 8 days. I understand that when a car have this warning they are supposed to NOT rent it and send it to the shop for maintenance. They should have offered the upgrade that I already accepted to pay in my online reservation . The car supplied was dirty and all seats stained... Very bad experience. I do not recommend this rental company, after my complaint they have not even answered with an apology.

Had the same issue with using a credit card (I dont have one). I reserved the car online, paid with my debit card, and came to pick up. To use a debit card, they asked me to provide 3 references and proof of a loan and a paper bill with my current address on it (who gets paper bills anymore??). Absolutely embarrassing and humiliating, thank God my fiance was with me, they had to rent the car to him. I have never in my life dealt with that when renting a car. I have a valid TX license and car insurance, that should be all you need to rent a car. I was even willing to pay a refundable deposit like what all the other car rental places make you do. Rude manager who did nothing to help, and I was starting to panic because I needed to drop off my car at the mechanic before they closed and my fiance needed to get to night school. Just a bunch of unprofessional people that treated me like an irresponsible child. Thanks for taking care of us vets!!! Yours truly, a female combat vet.

I have been a faithful customer for > 10 years - renting regularly for my trips to Houston. Called to bring my rental back at 5:45 PM (Closing time of site was 6 PM). Was told that they could not drive me back as their drivers were off at 5:40 PM. Customer support told be to just bring it in first thing in the morning. Brought it back at 07:30 (Opening time) and they wanted to charge me for another day! I argued and they lowered it to charging me two more hours! I am completely un-satisfied with this. I will now just Uber to their competitor and back as it would have saved me $20.

The staff was friendly and got me in and out and on the road for my business trip. The car worked well and I had no problems. I would have appreciated if the car had been clean on the inside and out. Hopefully they will provide a clean car on my next trip.
The folks at the Leander Rd. location were amazing!!!! I needed a premium SUV for our trip over Christmas as there were 5 adults to be in this car. I specifically requested the Expedition EL in my reservation as we needed all possible space. I asked that they notate in my request that the Suburban just would not work for us as 4 of us were 6 or taller and the 3rd row seat in the Suburban is not conducive for a person of this height. I walked into Enterprise a day early thinking I might see if I could get the car early. As I was standing there waiting my turn I heard one of the gentlemen on the phone looking for an Expedition EL. I could tell he was working every angle possible to make it happen!!! I heard him say they had a Yukon XL waiting in the wing just in case they could not find the Expedition. But he continued to make phone calls to the other locations. Little did I know that all of this work was being done for me!!! As fate would have it a lady drove up to return an Expedition EL. I saw the gentleman immediately breathe easier and then release the Yukons hold. When it came my turn to talk with the Enterprise rep I mentioned I was a day early and wondered if I could pick up my scheduled SUV if possible and that my fingers were crossed I was getting an Expedition EL. They both looked extremely concerned and asked my name. Once I gave them my name they both smiled and informed me that the just returned Expedition EL was to be reserved for me. The reason I am posting this is because I tend to think most people only do the minimum required to get a job done. At this location I saw these folks going above and beyond. Because if they had done just the minimum, I would have taken my trip in that Yukon! Thank you Enterprise team on Leander Rd for going above and beyond! You made my day and my trip so wonderful!!!!
The worse experience I have ever had! I had an accident and the person at fault’s insurance company was going to cover the rental car. When I arrived at the office, the sales person made a phone call to that insurance company and said that I needed a car. The sales person provided me with the car that was covered by the insurance. When I returned the car, I returned it to the shop, who turned in the car for me. A few days later I get charged 639$ on the card that I authorized only a 50$ deposit for possible damages. When I called the office I spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and sarcastic telling me that i have to speak with the insurance company because the reservation was not made through the insurance and so I was responsible to pay the rental. I told him that the sales person made a phone call in front of me and spoke with the insurance company. The charge was fraudulent because I never authorized it but in order for me to get my money back I spoke with insurance and I am still waiting for my reimbursement to arrive. Meanwhile I am paying interest on the 639$ on my credit card. Today I logged into my account and found out I have another 72 charge pending on my account. Oh and to top it off, I noticed the car that I was driving had an expired registration since 10/2017.I would never recommend this place and never will I ever use it again. Don’t ever trust them. They lie to your face!
The worst experience of my life. After waiting 2 hours i was given a vehicle that wasnt safe or dependable. I heard engine problems before I left and because i am a woman i was pushed aside and told no worries we cover anything mechanical. HA! After being stuck on the side of the road my husband came to my rescue and when he went into the store to address the service or should i say lack of we were asked to leave without a car. This place is a joke and the manager even more. Please look into Hertz if you want professionalism and prompt, clean, courtesy customer service.

My wife and I and three kids were on vacation when our car broke down. In the middle of summer 100+ dregree. They wouldnt take debt card cause we werent local. And our credit card wouldnt swipe and the chip wouldnt work. So with the credit card company on the phone saying that it was good they said they couldnt type the number manually. After we left we called corporate office and they said they could have typed the number manually. degree. Never had problems with enterprise till now. And they reply to your review on here to make them look like they want to make things right. But its all show for the viewers
I was recently in an accident, I had to have a rental until I purchased another vehicle. The first vehicle that I had sounded like it had a problem with brakes. They did graciously give me a better vehicle, and it was noted and appreciated. However, when the billing came in and I was incorrectly build and made an attempt to reach out to the manager, he did not bother to respond to my email at all. He did not call me or have any correspondence with me in any way. Eventually my insurance company got it straightened out but even some basic empathy skills in customer service would have gone a little bit farther for this review, in regards to the Georgetown Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Being in an accident is hard enough, a little kindness from people can go very far. I didnt see much of this with this manager.

We are very impressed with the Georgetown Enterprise. The leasing agents are very professional, the service agents always provide a very clean vehicle. We have dealt with the Round Rock location for many years, but prefer going to the Georgetown location now where we feel welcomed and well taken care of.

I have been trying to rent a car from this place for 2 weeks, but they have been out of cars. My insurance company set up the reservation, I luckily called them the first time and when they told me they didnt have any cars I cancelled the repairs on my car.A week later my insurance call back to find out what happened, I let them know that there were no cars available and they set up the appointment again. The called enterprise, told them what day I would be there, and when I show up guess what? No Cars again. There are 2 SUVs that I would have been willing to take, but I guess they were reserved. Well how the hell do you reserve a vehicle, because my insurance called you twice and you never held a car for me.

Enterprise Car Rental provided me with a clean car while my car was being repaired. Either though there was a misunderstanding on the appointment time, they were able to get me a car. They picked me up from the auto body shop and later dropped me off. I recommend Enterprise Georgetown.
This is a busy enterprise but each representative takes the time to give great customer service. I was in and out quickly.

Too my socializing amongst staff. My original reservation was for a SUV jeep. When the sales clerk saw I was by my self he tried to convince me to choose something else. Then when he saw my husband he backed off. Never said another word to us again. Someone else ended helping us out. They charged us for two days instead of one.
Ive used Enterprise for business and pleasure. The store in Georgetown TX is superb. I like their new app for making a reservation, it works and even I can use it.

My reservation was made well in advance and confirmed twice. They sent a car to the repair shop to pick me up and delivered me to their location. My information was put into their computer and at that point I was told they did not have any cars. No apology and no offer of a ride home. I ended up having to walk in the pouring rain several blocks to find a ride. This place is a disgrace. EXTREMELY poor customer service.
The people at Georgetown, TX Enterprise gave my husband and I excellent service, even when we werent sure about our need to extend the contract, they went out of their way to help us.
