I want to start of by saying I dont write many reviews, but when you have a great experience at a place you have to say something. These are not only professional people they go above and beyond to help you. I got my cylinders head fix by them and they gave me recommendations to help save me money, most places will charge you an arm and leg just to get your money. Any problems I have I take my truck to them. I would not trust any one else to work on my vehicle, when you have a good mechanic you have to stick with them.

Their service is impressive! Machelle went out of her way to take my driver to the nearest hotel while our truck was being worked on. Im not sure what Alex Lopez was talking about, shes fluently bilingual. Marvin took his time to fully explain what caused the issue and was quick to resolve it at hometown rates. Superb service! I will send anyone in my fleet there in a heartbeat.

They came out last night to help me get my car off of a trailer at 8pm last night and were very courteous, didnt charge me since Im putting my truck in their shop. Very nice of them to help while I was stranded.

Have been taking my trucks here for months now and havent had not one complaint. Top of the line mechanics and service. Would highly recommend. Ive had welding, electrical and many more done to my trucks here. They have it all in one shop.

They are a good service took care of me at a very good price and they go out of their way to make sure the client is satisfied and leaves with the truck running perfectly. Definitely coming back when my truck needs anything

SAVED MY LIFE!On a Saturday evening, after a tire almost blew on my moving truck, I spent 3+ hours waiting for roadside assistance in a foreign town. Frustrated, i scanned the google directory for a nearby mechanic and found M&M (also the only one operating at that hour). Although the shop only services Diesel trucks, Machelle graciously made an exception and allowed me to swing the truck by the shop. Not only did Marbin change the tire, he fully inspected and the truck and found a number of negligent maintenance issues on the truck. Marbin also test drove truck to ensure I would make it home another 200 miles once he repaired. Not only were Marbin and crew diligent in their work, they made it a priority to educate me in the process.M&M is a family business run by great, caring people. The entire repair process lasted around 2.5 hours, during which I was welcomed by and a great time with Marbins family. I couldnt have created a better happenstance even if I tried. Thanks to Machelle and Marbin for your skills AND your compassion.

M&M truck repair is the best truck repair I have ever since the service is fast, the workers are very friendly and helpful, and the cost for the repair is very affordable I recommend M&M truck repair if your in Gastonia

Horrendous call them at you own risk...Pls look else where when it comes to road service. The guy doesn’t know English, he comes out and tells you nothing while smiling the whole time. They charged me a 150 for coming out for 2 mins and fixed 0. Had to call another guy who fixed my Issue...
