They sat on I-85 for an hour while my moms AARP service tied to find a provider. I found Smokey from his Google reviews and tried my luck. I hit the Jackpot. He was kind, empathetic, honest and he helped find a place for mom to drop her car. He made sure they were situated before leaving them and was nothing but professional. Best price I was able to find to get my car towed, very punctual I had to meet him at the location and when I arrived he was there already waiting. He was very fast amd helped me greatly. He was also very friendly and even gave me some advice on what a few things that could be the problem with my car. He also called to check in and make sure everything was correct. I will definitely recommend anyone who wants fast, and cheap sercice to him and i certainly will use again!

Before he towed my car, Smokey went ahead and took one quick look at my battery (the reason I couldn’t get my car to start). He fixed it in two seconds flat and only charged me 25 bucks. Super cool guy, very down to earth and honest! Give this man a fist bump if he swings around wherever you need help.

Was quick and reliable. Locked keys out of my truck and he showed up within 10 minutes. Then my truck wouldn’t crank so he had towed it to a recommended shop nearby. Great 👍🏻

I called to be towed and got towed but when I ask for a receipt for insurance I was immediately cut off saying we don’t take insurance. First of all I asked for a receipt to turn into my insurance not if you take insurance! Then he left with no receipt soon as he got out the truck! Customer service skills and professionalism definitely not a plus for this company! And thanks for the receipt whoever answered the phone when I called, still haven’t received it, good thing I wasn’t counting on it

I had Mr. Danny come yesterday (9/21/2020) on short notice to have my brothers Mini Cooper towed. He was very quick, efficient and friendly. I had thought that having the Mini towed was going to be a difficult task, consuming hours of my day but Smokeys towing had me done and back home within an hour. The price was perfect (though he is very willing to work with you) and he was friendly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I will always use his towing services, every time. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a unique towing situation that required several different parties, Smoke’s Towing kept in touch with everyone involved, made phone calls to insure all parties were updated, they arrived earlier then expected which was a major plus and made the pick up and delivery without incident. Need to get it to the shop were they are waiting for me( parts ordered an they close at5p not open on Sunday) I spoke with a man due to the fact he was not a gentlemen who stated he would not come pick my car up because my phone is blocked. I explained to him that I bought this phonelike this an do not know how to take it off.I asked him can he he write it down an call me back. He said no. Now i asked him in the beginning of the conversation was He available to do a tow right now he says yes but..... My question why would you answer the phone on the first place? If you dont answer phones that are blocked/restricted?? Let it go to voicemail an return the call. Or if your going to answer since your not doing anything write it down an call me back. ( 5min from my house an going5min from his shop easy money) Well needless to say he obviously didnt need any money but Im obviously stuck wanting to get my car fixed so i can go to work Monday. So he put me in a bad situation. Not professional what so ever especially hanging up on me while try to reason with him... I would never recommend this company to any one. They will let you down. Especially if your out there stuck on the highway with no battery life. Good thing Im at home... He was NOT even busy... Smh. Programming in phone now do not call this tow truck. I was stranded after Midnight and none of the other “24 hour towing” services in Gastonia would come get my Jeep. Danny returned my message and came out as he said— beyond that he charged me a reasonable rate when he could have charged far more. I was stuck and he chose to help rather than take advantage of me. The other Gastonia shops were not interested in leaving the shop— they need to stop advertising 24 hour service. I called almost every place in town— took me 45 minutes to find Danny.
