Driver showed up before the expected time frame. Was all loaded up in no time. Hopefully i wont need em again but I’ll definitely call em if so.

Called these guys and the women who answered the phone said they would be at my location in 30 minutes. Me, my wife, and our infant twins waited on the side of the road less than 10 minutes away from there shop for over an hour. I called them after 30 minutes wondering where the driver was the women said the driver was on his way. Again we waited for another 30 minutes and the driver still was not at my location. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS as they will waist your time and money and they clearly don’t care about the people who are in need of their assistance.

Tow truck driver in professional would not deliver to proper location. In the process of unloading let the truck roll into the back of a tractor thus causing damage then would not take responsibility to fix damage. Teresa their office manager was very unprofessional and would not take responsibility for their companies actions. Will not be using them further, would not recommend and will be taking legal action to reconcile damages.

I should have called them first!!!!!! Sat on the road for almost 2 hours trying to find a rollback. Everybody was booked up. Called them and were there within 10 minutes. Best customer service. Very professional and Glenn showed concern about me being stranded. Definitely know who I will be calling next time.

Terrible communication. I was told someone would be to my location within 1.5 hours. I waited for three hours only to have my phone calls ignored. Customers should be treated better

When you walk out of the the gas station and your starter has decided to die at 10 pm on a Wednesday night, this is who you call. I did! They got to me really quick and got my dead car & myself home safely. Really nice couple working together to help others when they have car troubles. Only towing service Ill use or recommend!

I needed a heavy duty wenching and this company is true to its word! I recommend them to any and everyone! I called Hefner first and that company had me stranded for hours on end and Sawyers came out and had the job started before Hefner was even on the way! Sawyers is who to use!!!

I needed a car towed from my job, they came within an hour where another wrecker service didnt come at all

First time using this company and I am disappointed. I set up towing at 1050 and was given an estimated time of an hour. After an hour passed I called to ask for an update at 12pm. Teresa told me he is 15 minutes away. Another 40 minutes passed and I called again at 1245. Teresa was very unprofessional. She made excuses. And again told me he will be 15 more minutes. 40 minutes later she answered the phone nonchalantly and said they had just picked my car up. I asked for an update when my car is dropped off. No one called and it’s been 2 hours. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I also spoke with my insurance company as well about the awful service and non professionalism. Communication is key and they definitely do not have that.

Called in to clean out my truck of personal belongings and was told at 11am to meet them at the shop at 1pm I have to call 3 times before they answer phones around 1 to be told they had another call and would be 2pm so I wait another hour to be told one truck got stuck and other has to go get it out at this point I know I’m getting the run around it’s now 3:05pm when I was told the 3rd time I would be able to meet this guy at this point I’m probably better off ordering new stuff from Amazon and it’ll come quicker than whoever is giving me the run around i would recommend finding a better towing service in the future.

Fiancees car broke down at our work and it was very late at night but they was the only ones to answer the phone. The guy was super nice and was able to get the car towed to our home, honestly I would reccomend this tow company to others.

Called about getting a dirt bike and motorcycle towed. 130 is what their cost was. sawyer towing was half as much and could come out quicker.

Will say much love and respect to the tow truck drivers. They did what they was suppose to do. But to the lady named Teresa that handles the pricing. Shes unprofessional. She told me one price. Then when truck was loaded. It was a different price. By about 150 bucks. I even asked her the price before everything was said and done. Will defiantly call goudelock towing in Gastonia next time.

They were open late and helped in a time of need for a car lockout. The pay anywhere app they use is pretty convenient. $50 seems high but I dont have anything to compare it too.

I was literally stranded in Lancaster, SC with my 73 year old mother at 2 am with not a tow in sight. My alternator went after a long 13 hour drive back from CT because my brother had to have emergency surgery. Nervous and frustrated because I was told by AAA after my second call that wed have to wait until 5:30am for help due to no one being available in my vicinity. After waiting 3 and a half hours, I finally saw a tow and it was Sawyers. Even though I was still frustrated and nervous, Jacob M. and David N. were absolutely amazing. They were both understanding and were able to calm my mother and I down and get us & my truck home safely. We ended our experience with all smiles! Oh and did I mention that they traveled from Gastonia, NC to Lancaster, SC after being on call for 72 hours and just a couple hours of sleep!!!! Sawyers absolutely rocks! Even though I live in Lancaster, SC, Sawyers will be the ones Ill always call. Thank you !!

They took a while but got the job done

Car would not start so called to either have battery charged or car towed. Hour and a half later no truck. Called several times to cancel and went to full voicemail. Tried to send email and it kicked back. Would not use this company.

My husband and I had an axel break on our boat Trailer in Shelby, NC. 33 miles from home in Belmont. Called my Roadside assistance and 2 hours later they called back and could not find anyone to bring our boat home. So I started calling after two tow companies said they couldnt help me. I called SAWYERS not only were they going to help me they arrived within 35 minutes.AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.....they will be my first call if I ever need any towing services.

Well I have been stuck on the side of the road since 1 am and it says the are 24 hours a day so at 3am after I had no other choice I called to get a price and the lady tells me probably around $85, I told her I would call back in a few minutes, well I called back a few mins later and no one answered, it is now 7am, 4 hours later, Ive called over 30 times and no answer.I would not recommend this place.

I would not recommend this place either. My husband had a blow out while on interstate and just trying to get a quote for the towing charges. I felt okay with their quote but I needed to call and confirm the exact location of the car before giving the go ahead to tow our car. Before I could even finish my sentence the girl hung up on me in mid sentence. I would suggest that she give someone a chance to finish their conversation before ending the call. I chose to call another towing service and they were great. Very quick and listened to my dilemma. I want name the name but Im going to finish this and give the other company an excellent review, Ill also mention that the other company was slightly cheaper but had Sawyers had decent customer service I would have stuck with them. Glad she hung up because now I know who to call the next time I have a problem.

Chargeung to much to pick up a car from a place in Gaston to Gastonia NC knowing that it dont need a front wheels to haul it and you want 60 to 70 to do it and other people charges less

What a joke, waited several hours for a tow that never happened. I called several times for an update, when they told me the truck would to me and they just kept telling me in 45 minutes. Then they told me the truck just broke down and they would be coming out.

Horrible service, they were told not to start the car and they started the car and floored it to get it over a curb wile they were told the front transmission pump was bad witch means the transmission had no fluid in it and yet they floored it, when they loaded the car they loaded it sideways so the car would go over the rail witch was 6inchs or more off the ground, when they unloaded the car the yet again started the car and drove it down the ramp with the transmission grinding away, they are incompetent people who dont care about their customers cars and customer satisfaction and they did more harm than good. Why even call a wrecker when they start the car and floor it why not just drive it your self. (That poor transmission)

I was told one price for a tow over the phone by the lady, then charged more when the driver finally arrived, I was told to call when I would be on the way to meet the tow driver, well I ended up having to wait over 3 hours in the heat for him to get there to finally get my car, due to that and my asthma I ended up in the hospital with bronchitis...

Poor customer service and not forthcoming about removing parts from daughters car before taking it to the Auto Body to be fixed. They will be replacing my daughters tire because we have pictures of her car before they towed it to Charlotte Auto Body and Paint.
