They are usually pretty good here but today when I got my nails done they rushed through it an they dont even look like the picture I showed them. First picture is what I wanted the second picture is what I got. 2 of the colors you cant even tell them apart because you cant see the colors. One is suppose to be purple an the other is suppose to be blue

This is the 2 nd time ive been there and the 1st it look like a child painted my nails and the paint chipped that night and now this time my nail came off in the dish water on the 3rd day of having a new set ive never had this problem!

Had mine and my daughters nails done for Valentines day!! We decided to match!! T is awesome!

Kims Nails always does such a great job! They offer water on hot days. They have covid precautions and if you do not have a mask they will sell you one...a surgical mask for $2 or a designed cloth one for $5. I have been going there for just over 2 years and have never had a bad experience. I even bring in my own SNS colors which they use for me but they have a plethora of colors as well.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a bout a year and my favorite set of nails is on their website of what they did on me. The green and white and butterflies, I have to depart ways because they over charge and make you look like it you’re clueless when it comes to prices of your services. They’ll rush on your nails and get snappy when you have a concern please be mindful when getting your nails done and also this will be my last visit.

A regular client here, I have no major complaints only that they should put more effort into pedicures (its always rushed,dont even let your feet soak)otherwise its excellent.

Got the best pedi in the world. For $45 I got a 1:15 mins. Use hot rocks and 7 different lotions and 4 different salt rubs. Worth every penny. I will be back every 2 weeks

I went in for a fill in and brows (Monday) and was told my total was $45 not sure why but it wasn’t a big deal I was just ready to go because chair 1 guy was drilling my nails until it was burning. He rushed on my nails which still has lumps. I check my transactions on my account and see that I was charged $54 dollars 🚨FRAUD🚨 I even signed my receipt that they keep for record smh USE CASH OR YOU WILL HAVE EXTRA CHARGES

Enjoyable pedicure. Great manicurist. He listened to what I actually wanted. BIG PLUS! He took his time even though he had another customer waiting. I will be going back from now on.

I was a walk-in on a Sat mid afternoon. Only had to wait a few minutes. It was a good experience. Only been there one time before for a pedi. Will go back again.

I am a cosmetologist and i wanted to say what a great experience! I had my nails dipped. A new technique. I love it. It has lasted longer than any way I have ever had them done before. They are very clean and have a great relaxing environment.

Great pedicure until it came time for the design, not even close to what was requested. I was told it looks better, my reply no it does not. I would have rather her tell me I cant do it let me get someone else or would you like to pick something else...

Not recommended. Kim Nails wanted to charge me an extra $10 for eyelash extensions because the first time they were applied the technician put way too many lashed on and I looked ridiculous. A custom should not pay for the technician mistake only the service they receive. Poor customer service. I will not be returning.

I have been going to this nail salon for over six months, I got so addicted to the service I use to go almost every week. Tee, her husband and Samme always treat me so good, they are welcoming and amazing at what they do!!!

I will not go to this place again. I was recommended by a friend whose nails always look great, well my nails are awful. Uneven lengths not shaped correctly, polish looks like it was just dropped on in globs. I literally cried on my way home about spending money at this place knowing to get my nails to look like I want I am going to have to find another salon and spend more money. Horrible service. And to top it off the tech sneezed and didnt get to wash hands till I refused to let him touch me again just nasty.

I love Kim shes the best! The other guys are okay but if you have her you wont be disappointed!

Spent $30 for a basic pedicure and I didn’t even get color. They got busy near the end of my pedicure and rushed through my massage. Will not go back and do not recommend. Overpriced for quality of service. Who still charges $30 for a basic pedicure and no color?! He also cut me with the callus remover. Don’t waste your time or money going to this place.

I love this place. They make you feel welcome and they do great job on your nails and feet.

I come here quite often. Wish they didnt pick and choose whos doing pedicures and when. They have this one guy that cant do toes period, stay away from that guy.

They USE to do such a lovely job but this last time I went was not good at all. I got a ombre acrylic full set and it was pretty from.a distance but they left acrylic on my skin and the guy didnt try to get it off, I looked like I needed a a fill in the same.day they were done, now two weeks later went to someone else for a fill in but before that they were lifting from back of the nail (from cuticle) look like press on nails and quite frankly not worth my damn 60$ im pissed!

Clean salon and very friendly however a trainee practiced using the dip powder on my nails and made a huge mess. A lady critiqued his work the entire time and at one point, three people were working on my nails. Hours later, I still cant get the excess polish and powder from around my cuticles. The end result was just ok, but the two hour ordeal was too much.

Been there twice and both times I paid for a service I was very unhappy with they never are able to do the color or design that I asked for they suggested this ombré mess then after taking my nails off they tell me they don’t have the color I wanted so that was a waste of money then every color I picked the guy tells me pink and white is the best because that’s all he can do meanwhile they were aware that I wanted green ombré a waste of time and money

Got my toes done Thursday noticed today (Sunday) that they are chipping already. I will be returning tomorrow. Overall very unhappy with the service and this put the icing on the cake.
